Sadly, my memory became crystal clear the minute we walked in. Closed circuit security camera, a million signs of what you CANT do. Where are we frozen yogurt jail? NO SAMPLES as the sign says so I decided to play it safe and go with plain tart which is always good. Much to my disappointment It dispensed in liquid form. When I brought the bowl to the lady at the front she started frantically shaking her head saying it will still taste the same even it its melted! It's still tastes good melted!!! What? It's supposed to be FROZEN? Ok.... I go and get another cup and try it again and this time it came out slightly more solid. The toppings were slim and what was there looked pretty unappealing so I skipped that part and went to pay. At this point her husband came out guns a blazing and started berating us about how his yogurt is the best! He's served 50 people tonight (place was dead)! He services the machine himself! He's done this since 1989!!! It was very aggressive and very awkward. The cherry on top of my very soft yogurt was them making us pay for the first serving of liquid yogurt as well! I understand times are tough so I'll let it slide that they're charging me $10 for cup of melted product and a small cup of of very mediocre frozen yogurt but what I won't let slide is their aggressive and condescending attitude. This location is absolutely prime, we come here on our boat all the time, but their vibe is an absolute detriment. Don't waste your hard earned money here, but more importantly don't let them ruin your day. I would not recommend anyone step foot in this establishment.

I chose to hit up the drive thru and customer service was great. Immediately I spotted the Tropical Mango Smoothie and went with that. I didn't want any dairy so it was more of a slush when I got it. I added mango starfruit gel because why not right? The drink itself was a tad bit too sweet which I'm sure can be altered. Flavor wise it was tasty. The gels gave it a little extra pop of flavor as well. My only complaint was the drink was full of ice chunks which make it slightly harder to drink. Maybe a little longer in the blender would've made it just right. Overall I would come back here again if in the area.
