They let you modify your items to your liking and fit any dietary/allergy needs. I come in at least once a week at this point. Staff is super friendly. There's some bar seating inside as well. They even have kid friendly food and smoothies to choose from. Their food is wraps, sandwiches, & toasts, which have gluten free options. The juices are nice because you can mix and match, buy a bunch if you're trying to juice, or simply pick out one that suits you best. I'm so happy that Main Squeeze opens at 7am. I started working at IAH and on my drive to work I'm always looking to buy a breakfast juice or bowl. Unfortunately I go in at 8 and most locations open at 8 but thankfully I found this place in yelp. I love the wide variety of menu items from juices to bowl to coffee. Most places only have one thing but here I have several options to pick from. One of my favorite items is the Awaken juice and Cocoa Coffee. Now I will say the juice prices are a bit high than Squeezed but they are pretty good. I will definitely be visiting quite often. read more

Price 5/5: $$$ They are pricey which is standard for this type of restaurant. Make sure to sign up for the rewards, ask for samples before deciding on a juice bottle, and make sure to let them know you're a first-time customer. Vibe 3/5: There's no actual vibe or theme here. The blenders are extremely loud and the seating is uncomfortable in the cold temperature. As much as I'd like to rave about my experience at a local business, I cannot do so based on my last 2 experiences here. I've been here a total of 4 times, and I can say I was satisfied once which was the first time I went. Today, I ordered a pitaya bowl, & unfortunately, it just isn't what it should be. After a 3 min ride home, my bowl was almost completely liquid instead of the nice sorbet texture it should be, and only came with very little coconut flakes, maybe 5 blueberries, and granola. I added banana slices, blackberries, and more blueberries once I got home, but it didn't work to save the bowl. The entire bowl tastes like it's mostly banana blended with almond milk and a little bit of pitaya just for the color because I don't taste the flavor of the pitaya at all. When I have gotten this bowl from other places, the sorbet is completely pitaya and not blended with banana, almond milk, or anything else. And it usually comes with plenty of toppings- banana, blueberries, strawberries, granola, coconut, bee pollen, & honey. A much bigger bang for your buck! And tastier. I hadn't been to this place in awhile but I spent the whole day building a greenhouse and I was thirsty! Figured I would get some fresh squeezed juice on my way home. I ordered the #32 "Youth" drink. Then I noticed the price. Holy S! It was $9.95 for a 16 Oz bottled drink of carrot, pineapple, Lime, and Turmeric. No, there was no alcohol in it. Let me repeat...their juice...JUICE...is $9.95 a bottle. You do not get a burger with it. Not even an açaí bowl. And it comes in a bottle. Its not something they squeeze to order. You can buy whole bags of carrots, a pineapple, a bag of limes and fresh turmeric root for about half that price. And then make about ten of these. This is a 16 oz fueled hot drink priced at $4.95 and contains filtered H2O, brain octane oil, coconut butter, matcha, and maple. Lemme just say- SO yummy. I've never had matcha with coconut butter, but I love how the flavors compliment each other. They also have cold pressed juices, almond mylks, wellness shots, smoothies, super food bowls (s/o açaí!) and frozen blended coffee. The atmosphere is pretty quiet with free wifi, lots of outlets, and natural lighting. I hope to see more health-focused spots open up in the Humble/Kingwood/Atascocita area because we ALL should be prioritizing our health, and these juices are the way to go! Great smoothies! I usually wait for the morning text to see what is on special for the day which is great for trying different options. So far my favorite smoothie has been the Green Protein. I usually like going to this place to get a smoothie after a workout, today I came to the drive through and there was only two cars in front of me, I waited 15 minutes, then when I got to the intercom I was told to hold for another 10 minutes, I finally got tired of waiting and chose to drive up to the window and order, and the drive through girl told me usually you order at the intercom so we can get it ready for you by the time you come up to the window. Well usually I don't sit at a drive through behind two cars for over 30 minutes! She sent me a promotional code and I ordered on line with a description of my car, paid and was sent a email on the time it would be ready for curbside pick up. I got the Power juice and yes it tasted like greens, but would get again due to the aftermath . We also tried the Espresso shot and Ginger shot, I tried the espresso shot and it wasn't super bitter, and work almost immediately! The ginger shot my gf described as a bit spicy but delicious. I really hope this place improves its process. The smoothies, juices and açaí bowls are delicious but they are a mess. I waited over 30 minutes for 4 smoothies, 2 of which were kids size classic strawberry smoothies. One of the kids smoothies they completely forgot to make until I told them so. What's worse is they bring them out one by one as they make them. This means you might get one of your smoothies then have to wait 25 minutes for the other, then another 15 minutes for the rest. So the first smoothie you got is completely melted at this point. So much for picking them up and bringing them home. It's a shame because they are really delicious, it's just who can wait 35 minutes for a smoothie? Not me. read more
