The owners and the employee running the shop operate it stricter than the army -- and you know what? I actually kind of love it. Environment looks and feels clean. The employee periodically checked on the machines which is a good sign. My husband's order was brought to us directly despite that there was a line- speaks volume about their "hospitality". I understand if the strict treatment may offend others but people like me respect it and very much prefer this.

The gels gave it a little extra pop of flavor as well. My only complaint was the drink was full of ice chunks which make it slightly harder to drink. Maybe a little longer in the blender would've made it just right. Overall I would come back here again if in the area.
