Ban Berry "Most Popular" Bowl
Regene R.

I live for acai bowls and get them whatever city i'm visiting. I ordered the ban berrry bowl because it had the fruit I want and I always, always have to have granola! Not sure how they could leave off granola. As it's a main ingredient listed on the menu. Also, my bowl looks a lot different from the one listed on the website. Mine was barely three quarters full, and again, the granola was missing. Disappointing. Ban Berry "Most Popular" Bowl. However the base was tasty and the fruit super fresh and high quality.

The YELP reviews woo'ed me into this little joint. Thanks Friends. This is my first experience with açaí and I'm excited to try it. First impressions - The staff is amazing. I was greeted by a really great guy who explained sizes, popularity of items and Brazilian snacks. Choices- I fasted this morning for a doctor's appointment and chose the Protein Power bowl to replenish my empty tummy. Location - Açaí Brazil is in a storefront off Katy Freeway near Energy Corridor. Small, industrial, clean. There are about four tables and a few seats up front for those of us waiting in to-go orders. Currently, I'm waiting on my bowl and its benefits.... Outcome - Got it. It's super refreshing, especially for a hot day in Htown. The fruit is fresh and beautiful. I'm not a fan of coconut, but these flakes do something special to the bowl. I like the chicken snack, but it's an interesting contrast to the bowl's light and healthy feel. Payment - Paying was easy. I was able to scan the QR code for Cashapp. It this place pricey? Idk. This is my first experience with açaí and the previous reviews say this place is pretty authentic. If that's true, it's a worthwhile expense. Recommendations: if you're looking to move away from heavy and processed foods, definitely add Açaí Brasil to your lineup.

The last time I had an acai bowl was in Austin (it's been a hot minute), so I was ecstatic to see a new spot opening up near me! Prices are on the higher side, per usual, but it is what it issssss. The quality always makes up for the cost. I paid around $13 for their medium Brazilian style bowl, and I loved it. I came to visit after my workout, and it was the pick me up I needed- super cool and refreshing, since the acai was still a bit frozen. The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the condensed milk was the cherry on top. The whole bowl had just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my cravings. Their acai is dark purple, so you know it's the real stuff!! I will definitely be back to try their other bowls anddd their Brazilian street food. I was greeted by a friendly employee as soon as I walked in, and I was informed of their rewards program... I signed up immediately and told her I had a feeling I'd be coming here often LOL. The interior is very neat and everything is laid out nicely. The parking lot is kind of small, but there's usually more than enough available when I go. If there are no spots left in front of the building, they have other parking spaces around the buildings. Already looking forward to my next visit!!

Wow, where to begin. I am completely addicted to these delicious bowls. I dream about eating them everyday. Easily the best Acai bowl I've ever had & it's not even close. I didn't know Acai could attain this level of perfection. The texture is divine. The fruits are fresh & the honey is simply heavenly. It's literally liquid gold. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their ingredients. I will continue to make the 30+ minute drive to enjoy this happiness in a bowl. Always brightens my day.

Came to soft opening. Brazilian lemonade was good. We tried the Brazilian street snacks-- they're tasty but I was craving some chimichurri either way them but they didn't have any. The açaí fruit bowls were definitely refreshing. Service was awesome. Highly recommend you check this place out.

This was the recommended bowl to me from an employee. The employee that served me was amazing and sweet. He recommended I swap the honey for condensed milk and I did just that. He gave me an extra condensed milk on the side too!! Everything about it was fresh! The Acai base was concerning by the color, but I loved it !!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST AÇAI IN TOWN !! I have become a regular at this establishment for the last couple of months and decided it's time for a review. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful for first-time customers. They have the perfect amount of natural light and brings a summer-like ambiance to the establishment. The first time I went, I got a medium São Paulo and it was around $12~$13, if you don't like açai, you can get pitaya as a base instead ! Their items may seem a bit pricey but it's 100% açai. After trying this place no other açai bowl place compares !

The only real Açaí in Texas can be found here. Whenever I am in the Houston area, I always visit and get my fix. I also bring a cooler bag and take some home (9hours away)

One of the better Açaí bowls I've had in the Houston area. Great customer service as well

Not a lot of açaí in the açaí bowl that was $14 and the strawberries tasted like they had sugar water on them.

It's not busy, it's spacious, it's clean for the building it's in. When you walk in, there's no music and it smells like an old pool. The menu has some weird back glow to it where it makes it blue when you try to take a photo. I went with my friend and she purchased an acai bowl, and I ordered a smoothie. They also ask you what base you want, almond milk, oat, etc. Just not whole milk. My first red flag was that the screen does not tell you the price. I had to ask the worker for the prices and it was $8 for my smoothie. Hmm.. okay. For 2025 prices, that's pretty normal. But when I got it, it was already melted. Nearly liquid. I took a sip, hoping maybe the flavor would be good... nothing. There was not an ounce of flavor in it. Not only was it already melted and runny, but I'm serious when I say this was one of the worst smoothies I've had. I literally drove to HEB down the street to buy honey for it, and it just made the smoothie taste like honey with no flavor behind it. And sitting there waiting for it was so awkward. The silence is really unwelcoming added with the buzz of fluorescent lighting. There's nothing really in there except a couple of couches and some tables. I was ready to leave by the time I walked in. I wanted to give it a chance and I regret giving it a chance.

I went with a new item on the menu - the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl. It was pretty good - for a non- Mexican food place. And it was a lot of food. The only thing I would knock on this was the red sauce. Needed a bit more bite. Maybe some jalapeños. But pretty dang good. Moms and bro cleaned their plates to so no complaints from them. Probably will be back.

I ordered the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl and a water. 1. When the plate was served I found it odd that I didn't see any Barbacoa in the dish. I figured it's in the sauce and looked for TEN MINUTES while also looking at photos of the dish online. It did not have any barbacoa in the bowl. I explain this to a different waitress and she takes the food back to the kitchen and brings it out again with a small piece of barbocoa sitting conveniently on top of my food! She tries to point that out saying there's meat in it which is absolutely ridiculous! Very insulting and gross. SEE THE VIDEO, there's only 1 piece of meat on top. I didnt take a single bite of food. Absolutely unacceptable to bring a plate of food back from the kitchen trying to trick the customer to avoid remaking the dish. They comped a single order of avocado toast and the manager came to apologize. Completely ruined my experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. (They also spilled water on my shorts but I understand accidents happen )

Well this is my go-to brunch spot to bring all my out-of-towners. I can't believe I don't still…read morehave a review posted in the system! Let me start by saying I've been here multiple, multiple times & I've never had any food items that weren't good. I always get breakfast (even if it's lunch time) so I don't know much about the lunch items. Not only is the food outstanding with a creative twist, it's consistent. Over the years, the place has expanded several times so now there is a decent amount of dine-in seating in addition to the outdoor seating. The place still stays packed but with their text ahead wait for list system & efficiency in seating customers, if there is a wait things move along smoothly. Additionally, anyone who is waiting knows it's worth the wait!! The service staff are friendly. The atmosphere is homey & they decorate for the various holidays & seasons. Owner/chef Lori is always walking around asking guests if everything is ok. On at least 2 occasions she happen to chat with me/my guest about some dietary restrictions & she whipped something up for us to try. My go-to dish is the harvest breakfast where you can pick 4 breakfast items from a list. This is a great way to sample more menu items. Here's my take on some of my favorites: - Sourdough pancakes are thin & really delicious. - Belgium Leige waffle is very sweet with the pearl sugar "nuggets" in them so taste them before you add a lot of syrup. - Scrambled eggs are well seasoned, not bland. - Avocado & tomato or the fresh fruit are nice light touches as one of the side items choices. - Fried chicken tenders are really good. Spice level 3 (medium) is not that spicy. It's flavorful. - Grilled chicken tenders are good. As much as I typically eat grilled or baked chicken, I allow myself to choose fried for these. - Grits are creamy. I get them with no cheese. I'm not a big grits person but I do like these! The menu is very extensive. It includes vegan, vegetarian, keto & gluten free. Is the breakfast a little pricey, the answer is "it's all relative." Sometimes it's just worth paying for a great meal. In case you haven't gotten the message, Harvest Kitchen is a must try. Do yourself a favor & have a visit. I'm betting it will stay on your list as a repeat eating spot!! Tips: - Use the text message wait list & signup before you leave your house. - You can always get 1 pancake on the side for $5.

When we…read morecame, they were about a week from getting their bathrooms connected to the sewer, and the bar was close to opening. It will be a nice place once everything is up and running. We had really good empanadas (spinach and cheese, and beef and potato) from the Crazy Bites truck, a nice cold and delicious acai bowl, and we got some cheesecakes to go. The spinach and cheese empanadas in the Pink Sauce were sooo good! There definitely need to be more cold offerings, like a froyo or shaved ice truck to round things out. I wanted to try so many things, but it was just too hot for hot foods. No trucks had cold sandwiches, so I ended up at the Everbowl Truck simply because frozen acai/vanilla base and cold fruit was the only thing that was cold offered. However, it turned out to be really dang good. So it worked out. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because we came on a day when it's 98 degrees in the shade. There are shaded areas to eat, but fans are needed. This is not only to help beat the heat, but to also keep air moving to keep the flies away. I'll be praying they add fans, or we may not be able to come during the summer. It was almost unbearably hot and the flies made it worse.
