Disappointed in the quality of the juices that contain agave & dates. They were extremely sweet. I was in the process of doing a 3 day juice cleanse & ended up having to throw those away. I used to absolutely love this place. For years I've gone for the Java nut smoothie and the 4 or 6 packs of juice. Their is usually a discount 20-30% off on the juice packs and sometimes a couple dollars off for reward points. Today I ordered a smoothie and a sandwich and asked about deals on juice packs. I was told 20% off for a 6 pack so I ordered that as well. I asked to use Apple Pay and the cashier took my phone thru the drive thru and processed a transaction for 87.60. It was clearly reflected and process on my phone but she looked at me and said her system didn't recognize the transaction. We stared at each other while I was unsure what she was getting at (at this point it was unclear if I was even going to be given my order or if they expected I pay for a wihole new order. I showed them again the transaction on my phone (again dead she did herself) and after a few more confusing minutes I was told I Luke get a 10$ gift card since I was overcharged. I asked her how much the total was supposed to be and told 74.62, at which point I asked why I was being offered 'maybe' a gift card for less than the difference that I was overcharged. At this point I went inside and the other woman who had become involved and for the first bit seemed as if she felt I was inconveniencing them, provided me a number and said I could contact her boss who would be "speaking with IT" and would possibly request a refund for the difference that would process in 5+ days. I asked if I could have any down of receipt or break down I'd what I was charged for which I had to ask several times and suggest they re ring the items so I could at least see the proper total. All the while my smoothie was melting and sandwich getting cold. The second woman then ahhain throws the order so I could at least have reference to communicate with the number I was given since I was told u needed to handle the issue. - [ ] So for the third time they rang the same items and this time the total was 72.45. So now yet again for the third time I had to insist to see that the same items o was in fact overcharged even more for, 15.15. At this point I was texting the number given to me to solve the problem myself on my personal cell phone because that is what I as a paying customer was instructed to do. Then the women helping me asks to see the number she wrote on a paper for me again only to tell me she had given me the wrong number so I was also wasting my time texting the wrong person. When the number was corrected a man identified himself as a regional manager and offered me a 15$ gift card. So after 25 min of having to insist and calculate what I was overcharged while being given the wrong number I was STILL FOR THE THIRD TIME NOT ONLY NOT OFFERED AN ACTUAL REFUND BUT OFFERED A GIFT CARD FOR STILL LESS THAN THE AMOUNT I WAS OVERCHARGED. When I pointed that out I was offered 20$ gift card to leave the situation and I snap took it because I already wasted 30 min of my time while my food sat out. - [ ] I already was iffy because the Katy location has had issues with its fridge and just generally deteriorated in quality. - [ ] In addition this was at 6:55 am so I sat in absolutely horrible traffic leaving. I gravitate to just two smoothies ( Green protein and plant power) I don't mix my fruit with other food groups so it's very hard to find something for all diets. This location is my favorite, the employees go above and beyond here. The power juice and the detox juice are my favorites ! I Almost all of the other juices are ore made and have apple juice which I stray from. I'd love to see more variety/custom juices. However, I am challenged with understanding the place has charging stations with multiple outlets and would assume they offer free WiFi. Visited Main Squeeze today for a Yelp Event and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The location is near H-E-B plus near European Wax Center, and MOD Pizza strip. My first impression was it felt very refreshing upon walking in and the environment was very relaxed. I came during a shift change, so the cashier was not aware of the event going on today, but that is understandable as it was shift change. Brent, who assisted me, was very knowledgeable in the menu options and was able to answer all my questions. If you are unsure of what juice to get, they provide samples of each cold pressed juice in a refrigerated area (shake well). The use all natural ingredients and cold press the juice fresh daily! I had the option to get a smoothie but wanted to take advantage of a cold pressed juice. I picked Detox and it was amazing!!! Taste like fresh squeezed lemonade! Do not let the appearance fool you! Looks can be deceiving . There is a daily cleanse option which I believe I will be trying very soon! It is a bit pricey, but worth it for the quality you are going to receive! Thank you Main Squeeze! I was going to try the 3 day Juice Cleanse. This was my first time visiting a Main Squeeze, I tried the Fulshear location, but it was closed due to inflation and recommended this one. There were two people in the back when I walked in with a customer in front. I waited about 10 mins for them to finish the order of the customer in front of me. The lady in back walked right past me and handed the order to the customer and never acknowledged me. She literally walked right past me with not one word spoken such as we will be with you in a moment. I am still waiting by the counter several minutes later when another customer walks in then the two ladies in the back acknowledge her. A young lady employee helped us and she was very knowledgeable and offered us several suggestions and told us the health benefits of certain ingredients. My first visit here I went through the drive thru and the cashier was super friendly. He let me try samples of several different juices and during this process I found my absolute favorite juice. I LOVE the vision juice. I recently went on a cruise and they made pressed juices and I gave the ingredients from the vision and it was not the same. So now I know the only place to get my favorite juice is here. They are a bit pricey for a juice so it's a nice treat I get for myself every now and then. Lately they have had a special for 4 10oz juices for $27. I find I like this deal because I have extra juices for another day and the 10oz juices I do let sit for too long. They also offer smoothies and other items but I've only had the juice. If you like pressed juices I would recommend trying this out. I'm not sure if they press the juice in the restaurant because they have always been served to me in pre packages bottles but definitely worth checking out. read more
