Whether it's for a coffee fix, a WiFi session, a work meeting, a quick bite, or a reason to kill time, there is never a bad reason to check out Homebrew. The easy parkin, casual and quaint vibes make it really easy to spend lots of time here. Coffee is still a work in progress for yours truly, but I've found solace in their nitro cold brew, which is an effective pick-me-up for the morning + afternoon boost. An added dash of sweetness and milk is the golden pecan, which is another favorite. Another bonus? Latte art is most definitely on point. Their seasonal and constantly rotating menu is a brunch worthy, but not particularly destination worthy. From croissant sandwiches to avocado toast, they've done aa decent job at keeping everything presentable and quality. The daily pastry selection is also a variable and being out of danishes and muffins by mid afternoon is a real possibility. The customer service deserves special kudos since they've always done a great job in making every experience feel like a welcome one. They close every day at 5pm.

Our new go-to place for slow mornings with the fam! The coffee was so good, and they also had tea. Great prices, and family fun! Our kiddos had fun playing board games and reading books while my husband and I were able to enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Seems like all of Katy was there. Staff is so nice and friendly. As a mom felt like I was walking to a family friend's home with the warm welcoming they gave us. Will be coming back

Really cute coffee shop. The modern and clean ambiance of Homebrew creates a very inviting atmosphere. I was particularly happy to find the vegan sandwich option. The ciabatta bead had a delightful crisp on the outside and soft fluffy inside complemented by fresh vegetables that left me feeling full yet light. The staff is friendly and helpful. They checked in on us and even offered to put away our cups and dishes. I'll definitely be returning to this place.

I tried the pistachio cream mocha and the peppermint bark drink. The pistachio cream mocha was delicious and honestly a great combo since I love both mocha and pistachio flavors. I'd recommend ordering it half sweet because the syrup definitely makes it on the sweeter side. The interior is really nice with eco-friendly vibes, small games, and comfortable seating. Parking was also very easy.

GOLDEN CROISSANT

I forgot the name of this croissant but it was so delicious! It was flaky and in my opinion, had a good ratio of filling to bread. This is one of those moments where I forget to let the camera eat first. This place was pretty busy, however the service was still kind and inviting. The food comes out fresh and the environment gives a nice place for brunch, coffee, or study spot! I would love to go back and try more things off their menu.

Nice spot!

What a delightful surprise! Between name brand chains on Westgreen (e.g. Starbucks, Dunkin') you'll find the locally owned & operated gem. Great vibe when came in to place a to-go order. Menu offers pasties, muffins, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, paninis-- and variety of coffee & teas. Plenty of seating for socialization or to get a little work done. Even cozy tables outside. Definitely coming back!

Tiramisu latte.. not to sweet not to strong. Perfect for me

The tiramisu latte is amazing a must try. Atmosphere is nice but expect crowd. It's quite busy but service is pretty quick.

I have not been to homebrew in YEARS. I remember it being mid, but my friend said it has changed a lot, and it's one of her favorite places to go. We went on a Wednesday morning around 9am, and I was surprised by how packed it was! The menu was very impressive!!! So many wonderful items to choose from. I got the golden pecan iced latte. Smooth and nutty. I enjoyed it. I also got the strawberry ricotta toast, which was delicious. The strawberries were fresh, the toast was crispy, and the honey added extra sweetness to the already sweet strawberries. Everything blended so well together. Loved it and would get it again. The inside is small but there's ample seating. The vibes are so chill and comfy. They even have a toy box for kids, which I thought was very considerate! I will be back!!

A solid breakfast spot that seems very popular with the locals. This was my fourth visit here. It is family run and the owners/staff take the time to get to know the people that frequent here which is nice. Plenty of parking in front, it's a free lot. On this visit I tried the pistachio latte, the hibiscus tea (unsweetened) and the morning plate. My favorite was the hibiscus tea. They also allow groups to meet in the back tables if you want a have a gathering which is nice. A little pricey but what isn't these days.

This is such a cute place and seems very family friendly. Not sure if they are always this busy at 10:30 or if it is because it is the first day of spring break but most of the tables were full which was ok since I planned to sit outside. I ordered the breakfast croissant and it was big and flavorful. When was the last time you smelled a breakfast croissant? I have never and as soon as she places it on the tables I could smell how good it was going to be. The croissant was crispy, filled with fluffy eggs (only way I'll eat eggs is in a sandwich) with bacon and sausage. The hollandaise sauce gave it the extra kick that it needed. I knew I wanted a coffee but was not sure what kind so I told the gentleman what I liked and he suggested an Americano with lavender. Never would I have thought to add lavender to an americano even thought I will add it to almost anything. It sounds so simple but it elevated the americano tremendously. If nothing else I

This cute coffee shop has great vibes both inside and out! The coffee tastes fresh and they have a list of fun seasonal drinks to try. Their vietnamese and pistachio coffees were delicious. They also have basic pastries and sandwiches, which are good as well for simple breakfast and brunch. Staff was friendly. Seating inside and outside. Clean setting. Will come again!

Pistachio Mocha Latte
Fay S.

Went for breakfast this morning. The food was good, but the coffee was amazing. I had the Pistachio Mocha Latte with oat milk and my husband had the Vietnamese coffee. Both were so good. I wish I had taken a photo of mine before I tried it, but I was sipping it before I even realized. It had this rich dark chocolate and this pistachio cold foam...they mixed so well together. The coffee itself was rich and bold. Ugh I want another one! Anyway. I will be visiting again for the coffee for sure.

There is no other coffee house in katy that compares for its service, care and attention to detail and their coffee + food is always soooo good. This place has become family to me over the years and it's always my first choice. Plus I always see atleast 1 other person I know in there! It's not just MY first choice, it's everyone's

I have never had any trouble at any coffee shop ordering this & i used to be a barista and would make these all the time. can it be a little annoying to pull two different shots? of course. but sometimes people order a little more complicated drinks, it's a part of the game. basically, i ordered and waited no problem. i LOVE Aleoli's coffee, and have shared it so much since I've found it. but the barista brought me my coffee instead of calling my number, then asked "were you the one who ordered the half caffeinated latte?" and i said yes! then she told me to please not order a half caffeinated latte again. that she said yes this time, but the machine doesn't like sharing beans. so please just do not order it again. this was honestly shocking, unless they have a machine I've never worked with. i also have a few barista friends and asked them, they also felt the same way as i did. it was honestly just a little disrespectful and i felt like management needed to know. i get to go out and get coffee there once a month or so for a little treat, and just felt like this situation was handled pretty weirdly. I'm sorry to be a little Karen about this. but it was definitely a little disrespectful for a normal coffee shop order.

Located on a strip center off fry, Trafee is situated between a few other small businesses. Walking in you'll see a minimalistic, modern and earthy decor. Like most drink shops, there is a walk up counter and small tables for individual work. I usually get their salted drip coffee or cafe sua da as it's the closest to 7 leaves house coffee. The price is as you expected at $6-7 so it's not cheap nor too expensive for todays economy. Either way, trafee is a good place for a coffee itch. Glad I stumbled into here

Reminds us of the banana milk cans we got back in japan. An absolute delight that ill probably keep getting til they rotate it out Tried their chairoi banana which is the espresso variant of the matcha verison and it's good but I think the matcha mixes much better with the bananas Yuki matcha - white chocolate matcha- I personally liked this one quite a bit but I can see it wouldn't be for everyone. It's not busy, it's spacious, it's clean for the building it's in. When you walk in, there's no music and it smells like an old pool. The menu has some weird back glow to it where it makes it blue when you try to take a photo. I went with my friend and she purchased an acai bowl, and I ordered a smoothie. They also ask you what base you want, almond milk, oat, etc. Just not whole milk. My first red flag was that the screen does not tell you the price. I had to ask the worker for the prices and it was $8 for my smoothie. Hmm.. okay. For 2025 prices, that's pretty normal. But when I got it, it was already melted. Nearly liquid. I took a sip, hoping maybe the flavor would be good... nothing. There was not an ounce of flavor in it. Not only was it already melted and runny, but I'm serious when I say this was one of the worst smoothies I've had. I literally drove to HEB down the street to buy honey for it, and it just made the smoothie taste like honey with no flavor behind it. And sitting there waiting for it was so awkward. The silence is really unwelcoming added with the buzz of fluorescent lighting. There's nothing really in there except a couple of couches and some tables. I was ready to leave by the time I walked in. I wanted to give it a chance and I regret giving it a chance.
