The Mango Magic smoothie is consistently excellent, the Jerk Chicken Flatbread is packed with flavor, and the sweet potato fries are absolutely delicious. It's also a great spot for families - everyone can find something they like, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it's easy to enjoy a meal together. In my opinion, it's a really underrated option that's well worth checking out. Highly recommend!

The cozy location only has two tables, accommodating a total of 4 people, making it ideal for a quick grab-and-go experience. I visited their new Cypress location last night and the young guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stop by for a smoothie every time I'm in the vicinity. Oh! It's also nice that their hours (7am-9pm) are more extensive than most smoothie and juice places. Great smoothies, great customer service, and cute ambience = 5 stars.

I have witnessed on numerous occasions different staff being patient, kind, helpful, courteous, and appreciative of their job. It reminds me of the Chick fil la workers. Yesterday I decided to place an order and upon paying I noticed there was a coupon for BOGO and I wanted to use it. Not one time did the employee become disgruntled because I decided to add another smoothie. LUIS politely took my second order and even asked if there was anything else I would like to add. Then as I proceeded to pay there seem to be computer issues. Ethan immediately apologized and assisted with fixing the issue. I always customize my smoothie with substitutions and they always get them right. I promise you I could come here every day and would be pleased every time. Both were delicious. The employees were friendly. The location is kinda random and hard to get out of due to the traffic. It doesn't look like you can go in here. It appeared to be an empty building inside from what we saw in the drive thru.

Oh my God, one and done…read more Swig doesn't allow you to go into the store and this is a drive-through location only (and kind of a too-jammed-up site as well). This was our first--and last--visit. I made a mobile order ahead of time, thinking that might facilitate things. WRONG. Got to Swig ten minutes later to find cars wrapped around the building. But they move pretty quickly, right? WRONG again. They had a kid out with his little flip menu taking orders, one excruciating car at a time. I finally got to the kid, told him I had a mobile order, and drove on to the window. At the window I was inexplicably asked to pull into a parking spot in front of the store, where we got to watch employees dashing around in the store, dropping stuff and literally ricocheting off each other. I'm serious. At least that was entertaining while we watched car after car (that made in-line orders) get served and roll on through while we sat. And sat. Without exaggeration, our order (three sodas, pretzel bites, and mini cookies) took nearly 45 minutes. I'm pretty sure they forgot us. And remember: you. cannot. go. inside. So there we sat, watching the show. When our stuff was finally brought out to us, I handed out the drinks and the pretzel bites.......no cookies . At this point we could only laugh. And YOU CAN'T GO INSIDE TO FIX IT. I was going to just spin around through the drive-through and ask for the damn stupid cookies, but yet again, there were cars around the building, and after 3/4 of an hour we were so done. Swig got our cookie money but they lost customers, not just because of the wait time fiasco (this is SODA ffs), but because to top it all off the sodas were awful. This isn't sour grapes or having to wait too long. They were grotty. If you like sugar on top of your sugar, and paying $30 for it, this is your jam. These drinks were so incredibly sweet they were inedible. There was no nuance or flavor profile...the menu made them sound so good, but the reality is you just taste genuinely epic (and not in a good way) amounts of sweetness. It all blends together--until it doesn't. Even with all the ice they aren't appealing. Five minutes later all the drinks had separated with clear liquid on the bottoms of the cups. Just...yuck. I can see 13-year-old kids swooning for this stuff, but if you have any sort of an adult palate whatsoever...you've been warned.
