Evidently their corporate office is insulated as I have tried to direct this towards them. As far as I can see, the testosterone replacement program is a scam. They immediately charge your credit card and then send you to get blood work. It is not clear who pays for that blood work. Then, once they receive the results, they send you a text that indicated that another text will be coming in the next ten minutes to talk to the doctor. I waited almost 45 minutes and finally got that text. I pressed on that link, but no one ever showed up. Finally after 30 minutes, I gave up. Suddenly I get this text indicating that I was not available for this doctor, Kartik Patel, even though he never showed up. Then I sent a message of my concern to their corporate office.... and they never responded. I want my money back and any other expenses incurred with this program. If I don't hear from you in one week, I will file a BBB report and make sure everyone knows what shysters the Vitamin Shoppe is. read more

Calvin is unhelpful and doesn't seem to enjoy working here. I had questions about a rather expensive supplement and he could not provide any information on the product and didn't bother to look up the product. I was the only customer in the store. read more

1st off I want to say the employee here are always super friendly nice, engaging, and very good with product knowledge. The reason why I'm giving the bad review is because of the manager/owner (middle Eastern guy) Im a regular there and a few days ago I went in to buy C4 bottle and some pre work. While checking out I noticed they had a sign stating "follow us on Instagram @ (username) and receive a free shaker bottle" which I did and showed the young lady attending me, she goes to back and gets it and before handing it to me the manager stops her and tell her and me that in order to receive the free shaker I had to post I picture on my timeline of the product I just purchased at the gym and tagged them on it (I wasn't going thru all that hassle just to receive a $10 bottle) and then come back and show them and claim the bottle. The other employees stood there in shock and one of them actually told him "your really not going to give the bottle" so I purchase the product and went about my day. I could care less about the bottle but the only reason why I'm writing this review is so manager knows that because of his action from now on I will be buying my Supplements from One Stop nutrition. read more

I've been there a number of times for various supplements, and they have very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous staff. You can get in and out quickly, and the prices are very good. You can order products to be delivered there. I love their wide variety of supplements that you don't have to worry about ordering supplements from other companies. Everything you need is there. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in here and NO ONE talked to me. I wanted to buy some vitamins and proteins and when I was trying to get the sales reps (or whatever) attention, they NEVER talked to me; they looked at me but didn't speak. They talked to other people that were in there when I was, but not me. When I wanted to check out, it's like they didn't want to at all...so I didn't buy anything and left all the stuff there. I don't know if it's because I'm Hispanic or what? But I did not get treated right. Thanks for nothing. read more

This is the best Vitamin shoppe I have visited. I'm a loyal customer of theirs! I moved 30 mins away and I still come to this location. They have the best staff. They are all very helpful and friendly. If you are new to going to supplement stores don't go to just anyone. Vitamin shoppe is much cheaper then GNC and the staff is not as "douchey" but I would definitely start with going to this vitamin shop to get a true first impression of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and best prices! read more

It's a vitamin store with plenty to choose. Unlike the generic GNC, this place offers more selection you wouldn't be able to find elsewhere. Pretty standard interaction and quick service. Never had an issue and conveniently located with plenty of parking. read more

Store hours are posted as opening at 10am Monday through Friday but I've been sitting outside in my car for the last twenty minutes along with like 6 other people because they still haven't unlocked the doors, and are not answering to knocks or even phone calls to the store. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Great way to lose business. read more
