We love Swig and since we can't get it in CA, we always try to find one when we are traveling. This location didn't disappoint. We ordered a 44oz Guava Have It and a 44oz Cherry Bomb. Both were delicious. The employees were friendly. The location is kinda random and hard to get out of due to the traffic. It doesn't look like you can go in here. Oh my God, one and done. Swig doesn't allow you to go into the store and this is a drive-through location only (and kind of a too-jammed-up site as well). This was our first--and last--visit. I made a mobile order ahead of time, thinking that might facilitate things. WRONG. Got to Swig ten minutes later to find cars wrapped around the building. But they move pretty quickly, right? WRONG again. They had a kid out with his little flip menu taking orders, one excruciating car at a time. I finally got to the kid, told him I had a mobile order, and drove on to the window. At the window I was inexplicably asked to pull into a parking spot in front of the store, where we got to watch employees dashing around in the store, dropping stuff and literally ricocheting off each other. I'm serious. At least that was entertaining while we watched car after car (that made in-line orders) get served and roll on through while we sat. And sat. Without exaggeration, our order (three sodas, pretzel bites, and mini cookies) took nearly 45 minutes. I'm pretty sure they forgot us. And remember: you. cannot. go. inside. So there we sat, watching the show. When our stuff was finally brought out to us, I handed out the drinks and the pretzel bites.......no cookies . At this point we could only laugh. And YOU CAN'T GO INSIDE TO FIX IT. I was going to just spin around through the drive-through and ask for the damn stupid cookies, but yet again, there were cars around the building, and after 3/4 of an hour we were so done. Swig got our cookie money but they lost customers, not just because of the wait time fiasco (this is SODA ffs), but because to top it all off the sodas were awful. This isn't sour grapes or having to wait too long. They were grotty. If you like sugar on top of your sugar, and paying $30 for it, this is your jam. These drinks were so incredibly sweet they were inedible. There was no nuance or flavor profile...the menu made them sound so good, but the reality is you just taste genuinely epic (and not in a good way) amounts of sweetness. It all blends together--until it doesn't. Even with all the ice they aren't appealing. Five minutes later all the drinks had separated with clear liquid on the bottoms of the cups. Just...yuck. I can see 13-year-old kids swooning for this stuff, but if you have any sort of an adult palate whatsoever...you've been warned. read more

I just happened to see this as I was heading home and looked it up to see it was a soda shop drive thru so I was excited. I ordered the 44 oz. Heartthrob and 32 oz. Cupid's Crush. Both drinks were delicious. The service was great. I didn't even wait that long. They were reasonably priced and I love the small circular ice cubes at the bottom of my drink. When I'm in the area again I'll definitely stop by. read more

I had a pleasure visiting for both of the grand opening days! I tried the shark attack, the founder (with sugar), and hula girl. They gave complimentary cookies, and the workers were super sweet. My favorite was definitely the founder. If you're looking for something sweet, and something different then I'd recommend trying these dirty sodas. read more

Other than it being at the worst traffic light in Katy swig is so good!!! Great options and lovely staff. So happy to have them here.

They only have drive thru (you can't go in), although it didn't take that long even though the line was kinda long. I got a Dr Pepper with vanilla and coconut cream and enjoyed it. Reasonably priced too. I would definitely return! read more

Customer service is great. All the staff are very friendly. Even when it's busy, the line moves pretty quickly. The drinks are great. There's so many options to choose from. Even the diet/sugar free options are great. Everything is great overall but I would skip the snacks they have. Cookies are okay. Pretzels and cheese dip don't really taste like anything. But I definitely recommend coming here for a fun refreshing drink. There's something for all sorts of preferences. read more
