The boba teas at this place are very good. However, the wait times can be very bad. I was in today to order a mango passionfruit, Boba tea and waited 25 minutes. I was never told that they were running behind. There were still five people ahead of me after waiting 25 minutes so I asked for a refund. I left pretty upset with no Boba tea. I will never be returning. read more

I ordered a hazelnut milk tea with boba. It was okay. I wouldn't order that flavor again but I liked that they had milk tea flavors I hadn't seen before like almond milk and I believe coconut. Even though I wasn't crazy about the milk tea I really enjoyed the way the boba tasted. Probably among the best I've had. However, I had the displeasure of sucking up a boba pearl that was entangled in some weird fiber. It wasn't a hair ... it seemed much thicker and wiry than hair. It reminded me of like a Brillo pad. It really ruined the experience for me. Not sure id return. read more

This teahouse is so cute and on theme! The decor is fun and bright, the vibe is perfect for dates and studying. They even have a cute little platform for people to sit on and comfortably study! I had ordered the Strawberry Tea, banh mi thit nuong (grilled pork sandwich), and calamari. The tea was good, really refreshing, and there are strawberry slices in the drink! The sandwich was really good for the price ($4.50~$4.99) and it had a bit of a BBQ sauce in there which worked well with the vegetables. The calamari was seasoned very well, it was my favorite item I tried. I will say the portion is just a bit small compared to other food items they have, but still delicious. The service was good and fast. We got everything in about 8~10 minutes from ordering. I didn't mind the wait because we were eating there anyways. Really good teahouse, give it a try! read more

I actually ordered from this place by mistake on Uber Eats a few weeks ago and nowwwww I'm addicted to their frozen hazelnut frappe with coffee jelly. I've had at least 4 and counting. This business is located right next to Katy Kids but it's not highly visible from the street so lookout. Parking stinks but the entire strip is that way. I've only stopped in for a pickup. Inside is modern and very clean. This would be a good place to post up and work for a hour if you're in between destinations with time to kill. The staff is always friendly and informative. They called once to verify details on my order which I appreciated. Drinks 5/5 - obviously Egg rolls 3/5 - filling wasn't very flavorful but nice crisp Fried fish sandwich 2/5 - the fish tasted like it had been frozen for a very long time. The sauce added nothing. The fish texture and bread did not work well together in my opinion it was too much. Maybe if it was on a soft bun instead of baguette. I'll be back for drinks but may pass on the food or try a few other items. Nice local spot. read more

My bf loves this place lol for watermelon slushy. Boba drinks are always good! Any drink you get will be delicious! They always have something for you to do either board games or sometimes you can buy stuff to paint or color! Fun and different from other boba shops! read more

My daughter and I wanted to try a new boba spot and pass by this place all the time, so we decided to try it out. I got to say, I'm a little disappointed. Their drinks tasted artificial and did not taste that good. I ordered their Salt and Lemon Tea (a popular Vietnamese drink) and it just didn't taste that well and tasted like they added something artificial. I also ordered a Dragon Fruit Tea for my bf (as he usually orders that from other Tea Houses) and it also tasted super artificial and tasted nothing like a Dragon Fruit tea. I was hoping they would have at least added some fruits on the bottom of the Dragon Fruit Tea to make it taste somewhat fresh, but none. I would say the only drink that we liked was my daughter's, she ordered a mocha frap, which I was told was powdered coffee. One thing to note, they charged me for the whipped cream that goes on top of the Mocha Frap. Usually Fraps comes with whipped cream, so if they were going to charge me extra for it, they shouldn't have stated that to me. My daughter was feeling snacky, so she wanted to order the regular French fries and an order of egg rolls. The French fries could've been cooked a little longer because they weren't as crispy. But the egg rolls were nice and crispy and tasted well. Overall, experience wasn't as expected and was a bit disappointed. Staff was friendly, but drinks and food took a while to come out when they weren't busy at all. read more

..... bruh.... Like I have no words! I came in at 9:40 pm before they closed. There was a few people in their and I wanted to try a new boba spot . I'm upset I even tried. I should have turned back when the lady told me the Macha milk tea was actually made with water. But I continued to order anyways . I ordered a matcha milk tea my husband got strawberry mango both with boba . .... It was both made with powder and water ... It was grainy and gross 11 bucks in the trash never again read more

I came in for a Bahn Mi and a tea for dinner. Ordered the chicken sandwich and the peach tea with strawberry jelly. Was iffy about the shredded chicken but when I took my first bite and was pleasantly surprised with the taste! It had more flavor than many Bahn Mi sandwiches I've tried before... wish it had a little more jalepenos but I know for others they need to keep it to a minimum.. I also loved the peach tea with the strawberry jelly as well. This place is also opened later than many places near me. By the way they seem to have a great selection for breakfast! Would come back and try their bagel sandwiches. read more

My mom and I were talking about taro coconut smoothies, and we stopped by here to get some afternoon smoothies. Unlike most boba shops I've been to, the baristas that make the drinks make them in the back by the kitchen w/ one of the employees sitting behind the counter watching something on her phone instead of noticing customers and taking orders. Overall the taro and pineapple-strawberry smoothies my mom and I got respectively were not bad at all and I wouldn't mind going back here again. read more

Came here with my boyfriend a couple of days ago--he SWEARS by this place. He's been coming here for years and is a complete foodie, so I trust his opinion. We got boba tea as well as the sandwiches. I got the jasmine milk tea with boba and even though I was confused at first to not see the percentages for ice and sugar you usually see at boba places, as soon as I took a sip I knew it's because these folks all around got the consistency right! It was smooth to drink, not too sweet to where it was overwhelming, and was overall good pairing with the sandwiches. My bf got the BBQ sandwich and I got the chicken sandwich. The meat tasted 100 percent homemade and was probably my favorite part of the sandwich. Other than that, the staff was friendly and it looks like the cafe has done some modern upgrades that were cute as well. Definitely my favorite Boba place! read more

I used to come here a lot, but their products started to become less flavorful. I came back to this location after two years of not going and ordered a Durian smoothie and asked for it to be LESS icy. I do not think they got the memo cause it literally taste just like ice blended up...no flavor at all and durian is usually a very strong flavor. $8 for nothing. Very disappointing. Will not be coming back and I do not recommend. read more

This is the best place I have ever found by complete accident. first off the owners, are the nicest, coolest, best people ever. every Tea or smoothie I have tried has been awesome. They have some great snacks like shrimp tempura, and they go perfect with your tea! They have very comfortable couches and seating areas. Today I went to The Honey Teahouse, they have changed management and to say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. The menu isn't near as good as it used to be. I wanted a Vietnamese sandwich that they used to have and it seems all they have now is fried American food. Since they didn't have what I wanted I decided to order a Thai green tea with milk. I have extremely sensitive teeth so I asked for no ice. The man at the register decided to charge me $1.00 bc I asked for no ice!!! SERIOUSLY?? Who does that?!?!? I ALWAYS ask for no ice, at every restaurant that I go to, and never EVER have I been charged for it. Honey Teahouse, quit being so cheap. You've lost my family's business and you'll continue to to lose business if you keep trying to take advantage of your customers. read more

The place is nice for their smoothies and milk tea variety. They also serve food for dine in or take out. I decided to go in for a quick drink due to the hot weather and as well as due to the reasoning of being close to my trade school. Drinks are around $4 and goes up to around $5 with tax. They also have a punch card system where we can get free drinks with accumulation of over 7 drinks. This is a pretty alright range for a quickie lazy day when we do not want to blend our own smoothie and want a fast sip of something. I also went in to order more for their Fourth of July event that gave a free choice of tea drink with two drinks. read more

Cute place! Good to study/hang out with a group of friend. Credit card for $10 or more or 50cent extra per transaction. I tried: - macha green tea smoothie: very delicious! I enjoy it - BBQ pork sandwich (banh mi): delicious. The bread is pretty good. A little hard on the outside like sourdough but inside is soft. Very gourmet. Perfect balance with each and all ingredient. $4.50, more expensive than other places but worth it for the location, the taste. - coconut macaroon: pretty good. They have THAI TEA. ~Thank youuuu~ I love Kung Fu (one of the only other tea places around here) but they don't have Thai tea. The environment here is much calmer and more of a chill/study environment whereas Kung Fu is more hangout and loud. This place also does a frequent buyer card, but this is only buy 7 and get one free which is nice!! Boba is more firm here and squishier at Kung Fu, so that's up to your personal preference. Last, I like how here it's not super sweet. At Kung Fu I always ask for half ice and half sugar and it's still very sweet and this tasted so much nicer. read more

I'm an avid bobba drinker so when I tell you this place is so mid, it's underwhelming... ‍. The inside is cute though, I guess. The menu SOUNDS good but the actual drinks (or at least the ones my friends I got) weren't. Literally took 4 sips and had to throw the whole drink away. Apparently it's "not allowed" to remake drinks, even though multiple other Bobba places do lmao. The service was trash and the server was rude. Don't think I'll be coming here again anytime soon. read more

I ordered some boba teas and some banh mi sandwiches. Now let me tell you, the banh mi were substantially larger than your average banh mi. The baguette that they use is quite larger in width than your standard viet french bread. They also don't have all of your cold cut meats at your traditional banh mi place and that's ok for a teahouse. I ordered the almond milk tea, it taste like a half of bottle of almond extract was poured in my drink. If you like almond extract, it's a great choice for you. I got nothing but good things to say, THIS is how you do Boba tea. Amongst other great things, their Boba teas; from smoothies to slush to traditional, are top notch! Always made very well, not a bunch of ice chunks or flat, and always great service. It's not the prettiest shop to come hang out in, but it gets the job done. And on top of the drinks, they're sandwhiches are freggin' GOOD. Love supporting this place, and hope they continue to provide what they provide. read more

Honey Teahouse has always been a favorite of mine. They've had amazing service, great prices, and the boba is always cooked to perfection. Not too hard not too chewy. During this quarantine I was looking to get some boba but didn't want to leave the house. Looked up some places on UberEats and sure enough Honey Teahouse had the best deals. Not only that, but the app did not allow the option to add toppings. I just put tapioca in the description box of each drink I got not thinking they would give me any (since it costs .50 extra to add!) However Honey Teahouse came through and added boba to all three drinks I ordered. They have always had great service but this small act of kindness really shows that even during a pandemic with all the financial instability, Honey Teahouse stands out. read more

I was struck! I saw this place opening up awhile back, but haven't been back to this side of town in a LONG time. Since I was here I thought I'd try it out. I was mixed about reviews though. :/ I walked in and was amazed at how large it was and so much room to sit. I will definitely think about sticking around to hangout with friends next time. Love the seating space for floor sitting. My favorite part of the seating. :) I definitely saw the menu wasn't as big as other tea houses. So I was bummed that it wasn't very vast. I although did find a staple that I wanted badly and they had it! Avocado! It was delicious BUT yet again this tapioca joint had very pathetic boba/tapioca it was hard/chewy not soft like it should be. Also they were not sweetened enough like the name of this joint. So sad. I hope they take it into consideration that tapioca must be perfected but maybe those who don't get it often won't know the wiser. Maybe it was an off day, but no excuses. I aspire to find the best tapioca in Katy/Cypress area and hopefully soon. I highly recommend the Avocado! I will probably go for a milk tea next time cause I LOVE Taro!! Happy Eats! read more
