One of the neat things here is you can order on a screen and customize how you want without any chance of miscommunication/misunderstanding of what you wanted. They don't have dairy options but most of their drinks use non dairy so if you are looking for non-dairy double check which drinks have it already. Some of the drinks are a little more on the creamy side so you lose sight of the tea taste but just ask for less cream/milk. The workers are very nice and helpful. None of the fruit teas come with any jelly or boba even if they have it pictured on the menu, so you'll always pay that 85cents extra for it. The couple desserts they have are pricey too, but I don't really go for desserts along with teas.

I understand the "fresh milk" drinks are mostly milk but this just didn't have the flavor that I was thinking it would have since there was very little tea, taro paste and tapioca balls.
