Honestly, this is my favorite teahouse, and most of the staff are amazing. Chloe and Zoey always provide such great customer service and make the experience enjoyable every time I come in. Unfortunately, there has been one employee, Sydney, who consistently comes across as unhappy to be there. Her attitude and lack of customer service have honestly made me consider going somewhere else at times. I truly enjoy this place and the rest of the team is wonderful, which is why I wanted to leave honest feedback. I think the experience would be even better if customer interactions felt more welcoming and positive across the board. read more

Tried this place for the first time and reviewed it a few months back and I've been going about once a month since then and each time my experience is less pleasant than the last. Today will be the final time I spend my money at this establishment. I got an automated text requesting feedback. I had a few minutes, so I obliged this time and decided to fill it out. I simply stated that "the special drinks of the day should have a price listed by them." To then receive a reply message from a different number within minutes was shocking. What was even more off putting is that whoever was replying to me wanted to be argumentative when YOU ASKED ME FOR FEEDBACK! I have never experienced this before and find it to be extremely unprofessional. I kept my review earlier short and sweet however: 1) Your sales are deceiving! For example, today was BOGO ALL drinks. So I chose one of the listed drinks on the specials board which was a lavender matcha with boba. I'm thinking I order this and one other drink, one of them should be completely free. However, that wasn't the case when I got charged 99 cents for lavender flavor and 99 cents for oat milk and 99 cents for boba. The drink is no longer FREE. This is where the confusion comes in. Every other place that has BOGO charges you for the most expensive item and then gives you the second item FREE!! It shouldn't matter how you customize it, it should still be FREE! 2) Your "manager" needs an attitude check. Each time I come in there idk the prices(because you don't list them by the specials and charge extra for everything) and she is not friendly when asked to explain things. 3) The bathrooms smell like urine EVERY time I come 4) There are always dirty tables, several workers, and very few customers. The tables should cleaned more frequently and the floor swept during downtime. 5) A lot of the games for children are sticky and gross or missing pieces. Many of them need to be tossed. I hope you take this review and improve for your current and future customers. Going back and forth with customers after requesting a review is very tacky. I truly hope you don't make this a habit. The time spent typing out a paragraph to me could have been used cleaning your establishment instead. read more

Excited for the grand re-opening. The interior looks sharp & clean. The grand reopening is June 20, 2015. The have only 4 tables, a small little couch and a separate room with a long (probably 7-8 foot long) table so this can get busy so be patient if it's really crowded. There's some cool books along the wall For inviting atmosphere parking can be a little tough because it shares it with other retail shops and an H-E-B. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

I was craving some drinks and snacks and found this spot nearby in a plaza! The interior was super cute as it had these decorative shelves and also plenty of games to play with friends or family! Service was fast with the food and drinks as it wasn't too busy. I got a jasmine cream tea, mango cream slush, and popcorn chicken on the side! You can adjust the heat flavors for the popcorn chicken. I like the jasmine cream tea but the mango tea with boba could be better as the boba was okay. The chicken had some flavor but I would add more spice to it. read more

Service was amazing. The gentleman at the front greeted us as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and even let us know about their rewards program. My kids love Boba tea so we love coming here and they have great flavored teas that are yummy that my husband and I both enjoy. This place is very cute and quaint. I love the atmosphere. It's very teahouse like but more modern. And its location is very close to where I shop, which is the H-E-B in Cypress. read more

They are good. My tea tasted great. The service is friendly but slow. Shop is neat and clean. Also conveniently located by other shops in a strip mall. I would totally go back. Been there a couple of times already. If you are ok with the wait you will be fine because they get a lot of to-go orders online. read more

Terrible. This was my first time trying The Teahouse. I think I wasted 20 minutes of my life waiting for a drink. I ordered taro coconut with boba. I was not the only person waiting. There were 4 people before me. Not sure why staff apologized for the wait. I asked if it was staff shortage. The answer was muffled through his mask. Ok sorry about that. Like Anh and Fox described their drink were bland, my drink was... I have no word for it in any language. I live in Chinatown. There are plenty of boba joints. But I never visited The Teahouse at Three Yees Center on Bellaire Boulevard, because of parking situation. My drink was more liquidy and ice crystals formed on tapioca balls. That means, my drink was on the counter long before it was given to me. I wish I could threw it out like Fox did. I paid hard-earned $6.12 for it. Stupid me dropped a dollar bill in that empty tip jar. The reason I came here was to get a quick bite before heading home. I didn't feel like dealing with the crowd at H-E-B. I was gonna try Spicy Chen, but they offer takeout only. I don't want to eat soup noodles in my car. I saw The Teahouse and I regretted. After looking at the Health Score card, yuk. I haven't had boba ever since I came back from my trip to Seattle a month ago, so I swung by here to get some boba after buying groceries @ HEB around the corner. This place used to be Menchie's froyo until the Teahouse took over a couple years ago. Usually there are 1-2 people working and the wait can be fast or long depending on how crowded it is, but lately it's not so crowded which is good. I ordered the Teahouse #1 cream tea, and it was marvelous like the coconut cream tea I ordered the first time I came here! If it was in your backyard, it'd be The Treehouse. If it were the kind of "sums" I like, it'd be The Threehouse. And if this review gets censored, blame The FCC-house. We were not too thrilled by this Teahouse location. The service was extremely hostile and the drink was one of the most watered-down we've ever received from a Teahouse. We had a few sips and threw it straight in the trash. We are one of the most frequent customers of the locations at both Rice Village and Montrose and we go almost every day (can you tell by my tummy). They missed out on regulars because we come to Cypress all the time (and hit up the two different KFTs!). So they can definitely do something about the watered-down nature of the drinks here. Total waste of money and a trip and one of the perils of franchising a business to this degree is that the original that achieved all the success that allowed all the franchising, has standards that are not even remotely adhered to. And as I said, some of the rudest customer service I can remember. read more

Growing up in Cypress, there weren't a lot of tea/boba places around. I was excited to see The Teahouse to Cypress. This location is the average Teahouse. I've been here multiple times. I always go for the teas. This time I got a peach green tea. It was a bit sweeter than my liking but you can customize yours for less sugar, split a drink into two, minus the ice, but of course there is just one size. I am happy theres another place in cypress for boba and for my friends to hangout or to study. They also close at 10pm on the weekdays and there is a not a lot of places in Cypress that are open after 9pm. read more

This place is amazing! By far my favorite boba place ever. The have such great drinks and a great selection of flavors and add ins. (Lychee bears, strawberry hearts, passion fruit dolphins) and their snacks are amazing. Every time I come in, Shannon greets me with a warm smile and welcome. Really cute place. I don't usually stop at boba tea places, but the restaurant I was planning to go to was closed. This place was nearby, so I checked the reviews and decided to give it a try. Most boba tea is too sweet for me, so I asked for a less sweet tea. I ordered jasmine milk tea with boba. It was very good, with nice chewy boba, and not too sweet. I also ordered two bahn mi, one with chicken and one with pork. The bread was very fresh, and both sandwiches were delicious. I ordered my husband an avocado smoothie. He loved it. Cute little place to hangout! Girl behind the counter was very polite, cheerful and helpful. I found out about Teahouse at the Bridle Expo a few weeks ago. I tasted the Taro Coconut tea. The young lady at the expo described it as cereal milk. I literally tasted like cereal milk and I loved it! My husband finally brought me on Sunday and we both got the Taro and it was absolutely delicious! Their smoothie look great too! I hope they will open a location close to Elyson and the new Target!!!
