I've been going to the bep for a few years now and I can very confidently say that they make the freshest Boba around. Nice and fresh and still warm to the bite. Everything can be pretty rich and sweet but if you ask them to go down in the sugar percentage it's pretty amazing. In town and had to find a boba tea place for a small evening snack. Ordered a simple Ube tea with boba and some parmesan fries. The tea was on point although the boba was a little extra soft. I like my boba to have a little bite to it. The fries were good and the portion was large enough for two or three people. The ambiance was relaxing and laid back. However the place next door was playing extremely loud music which played through the neighboring wall, I'm assuming this isn't a problem early in the day but it was a Saturday night so the music next door was blaring. Other than that I recommend you try this place out if you're looking for a good tea variety. love this boba shop! i got their blind box plushie keychain cup (+$2 upgrade). all the drinks i have tried here are pretty solid, but my favorite customization is the matcha flavored boba. it has a very prominent flavor and texture, and adds flavor to any beverage. the menu is so extensive its pretty hard to decide what to get! there is plenty of seating, and while there are often a lot of customers they are very fast. there are claw machines inside the cafe too, and i saw a worker help a girl win a toy she wanted :) read more

A bit disappointing to say the least on the misleading news messaging. Others make boba so not quite the first, but worse is their "organic milk" claima when they actually use non dairy creamer even in the signature Organic Magical Milk Tea or Bep Organic Milk tea. Not only do they not use milk they don't even have an option to swap it out with milk even you don't like the non dairy creamer. What's sad is the family actually enjoyed coming here a lot, but I really hate the idea of letting such a blatant disception go ignored. I know it's a little more but come on if we're paying 7-9 for a single drink I don't think it's too much to ask for what is being claimed. Thankfully there's still a few places that use milk or half/half or at least don't say organic and milk next together even though they use generic powdered garbage without even a disclaimer of what they actually do. I left a couple stars since their tea is decent but if you claim organic and American boba or whatever don't use a facade to use cheap non-quality ingredients for a pricey beverage. Just added that they said you cannot substitute the non dairy creamer and it does not change that the whole thing is very deceiving. Changing to 1 star since I've asked about substituting more than once only to be denied each time since it's premade with non dairy creamer and the cost with topping etc make it usually over 7. read more

I was introduced to this teahouse from a friend and I have been hooked ever since. The place is decorated super cute and they even have a little boba statue/art piece inside you can take pictures with. Employees are super friendly. I got their Organic Milk Tea which comes with lychee jelly. I will say that the tea flavor was stronger than I thought but I enjoyed it a lot! I also tried their fried combo which is a combination of most things on their menu (lobster balls/shrimp balls, tofu, and fried meatball with fries). The portion was huge! My friend and I had trouble finishing it just between the two of us so I'd recommend that combo if you're feeling super hungry. Great Cypress find! Give this teahouse a try! read more

this place is so cozy and nice, and the aesthetic to it is wonderful-blue tea lights and a soft touch to the furniture. There was a lot of toppings and additions to the tea when you order. The menu was decent and it offered a nice spread of cute desserts and other treats you can get here. I got the Butterfly Pea Tea speciality, which came with lychee jelly and gosh, was it good!! The exotic color gave it a fun look and taste. The lychee jelly pairs with it so well. Although I couldn't manage to order any other items, I enjoyed the one item I ordered. We've tried the Japanese brown rice milk tea, royale pear tea, happy camp milk tea, and the fresh kumquat coco refresher and we have enjoyed all of them. We're also a big fan of their rice paper rolls. This place is so delicious and their drinks are a fair price compared to places where drinks average $6+. read more
