Service at first was quite slow, but now it's not too bad. They only have two ordering POS (the kiosk and one person), so the line is mainly to order. The only thing I have a sliiiight nitpicky complaint about is the pricing, like any of the sinkers/jellies/etc. are all 85cents when most places I've tried are 50cents, at most 75. None of the fruit teas come with any jelly or boba even if they have it pictured on the menu, so you'll always pay that 85cents extra for it. The couple desserts they have are pricey too, but I don't really go for desserts along with teas.
