Kim's Teahouse may not be the best quality tea in the world... but they are always consistent! I highly recommend their Thai Green Tea. It has a nice distinct flavor that doesn't get tiring. The real standout of their menu however is the popcorn chicken. It's fried perfectly and is always fresh and crispy. The seasoning is AMAZING and I love all the basil that they give. It's quite literally the perfect snack... always find myself craving popcorn chicken from here specifically and nowhere else.

Kim's Tea House is my favorite Boba spot in Houston. They are consistent throughout all their chains, have drive-thru, and also have the best popcorn chicken! (Coming from someone who is Taiwanese and has had popcorn chicken in Taiwan). I recommend the sea salt jasmine tea, as it is a perfect refreshing and sweet/salty drink! I also really enjoy their mango smoothies/slushies. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is also always ample seating inside all locations that I've been to, so it's perfect for hanging out or getting some work done while enjoying delicious drinks/food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Kim's Tea House always have similar theme but it's own uniqueness and IKEA lights. This particular Kim's Tea House is bright, clean, simple and has two cute vending toy/keychain machines. Great place to snack, drink bubble tea, hang out with friends or study. Upon arrival, I noticed their selections are smaller compare to other Kim's Tea House - not necessarily a bad thing, just a thought for all of you Kim's Tea House fans. The staffs are friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking spaces, especially since Krispy Kreme Doughnuts next door close permanently. Boba are smaller than other locations but not bad, still has its nice chewy yet soft texture. Tea is sadly weak.

May 2022 updated menu. They don't serve banh mi anymore FYI.

So happy to find a decent milk tea/ boba spot in Cypress area. I have tried several new places lately, especially near the outlet area and Katy where all the trendy places are popping up. However, the flavors are just not my... cup of tea? Lol! I came by unintentionally as I was just passing through the neighborhood, but also remembered a friend who recently mentioned about Kim's Tea House on Hwy 6! I tried the sea foam Jasmine milk tea with boba, mango green tea, and an order of spicy nuggets! Everything was great and I got my fix! Pretty much on point with the flavors and textures. The boba was smaller than most boba shops, but it wasn't too bad. Another bonus is that they have a drive-thru! Im actually happy about this bc the only drive through boba shop I know is Long's Coffee in Bellaire! Side-note: I was a little disappointed to find out they stopped serving banh mi sandwiches. There was a pic of the old menu with my favorite type of banh mi which was the shredded chicken... It's too bad they took it away. Hopefully they'll bring it back one day.

Stopped by here to get some boba while my family went to grab some doughnuts from Krispy Kreme nearby. It has a nice and chill atmosphere with games you can play with whenever you come here to get a drink with friends or family, along with friendly staff too. The caramel milk tea I ordered was pretty good, and I wouldn't mind coming back.

Bad experience. Customer service was not great Ordered a drink and fries, went up to let them know I didn't like it because it wasn't sweet. The person tells me "oh it's your fault for not liking it, it's not our fault so we can't change it." Keep in mind I asked to pay for the difference on a new drink.. Drink was bland and unsweet. Also when I ordered they never let me know the sugar started at 25% sweet because usually it's automatically sweet.

I loved the way they wrapped it so it could be hot and fresh When you take it home.

I'm giving Kim's T house 5 stars because of many things... Firstly it's the cutest darn place I've seen in quite some time. I hate leaving my dog in the car anytime and I loved the fact that they had a drive-through! I ordered their pork bun me with a side of their sweet potato fries. I also ordered a peach tea. For a bond me and a huge side of sweet potato fries it was only a roughly $8. I will never complain about too many fries of any kind. The bond me was very tasty and they Weren't singee with the jalapenos. Loved it. The sweet potato fries seasick fresh and were delicious.. Piping hot out of the fryer. The peach tea was OK definitely not my favorite kind but still enjoyed it. A little too tart for me but would definitely lead try the mango next time! Very affordable, great food, great service And extremely convenient!

The thing that stands out about Ting Tea for me is how fragrant the tea is. I like how they…read moreincorporate the tea into most of their drinks like the mango sago slush! You'd expect the mango slush to be typical, but it has a nice underlying jasmine tea flavor with small bits of diced fresh mango, sago, and (grapefruit? bits). The texture is great and portions are large! One thing: I wish it had more of the textural mix-ins. I also tried the jasmine milk tea as a baseline. It's fragrant and yummy. However, I most likely wouldn't get it again because it's not too overly special. It's good but for $8+ I'd rather order their other menu items. Service at first was quite slow, but now it's not too bad. They only have two ordering POS (the kiosk and one person), so the line is mainly to order. I see online orders are popular too, so you could order online to skip the wait. It's a cute space with seating, wifi, and restrooms. Good for hanging out, def not a place to do work since it's quite busy and loud. I'd come back to try other drinks!

I must say I was a little disappointed in my bubble tea I ordered from Ting Tea…read more I asked about the Yumi Bobo tea and was told it was taro tea with taro paste but it was not taro flavored tea. It tasted floral like Jazmine or something but definitely not taro. I could taste the taro paste but there was very little of it and very few tapioca balls. Like maybe 10 if I had to guess lol. This drink was not worth $7 as it was mostly milk. I understand the "fresh milk" drinks are mostly milk but this just didn't have the flavor that I was thinking it would have since there was very little tea, taro paste and tapioca balls. I'm definitely willing to try again because what I did taste of the floral tea was pretty good and they have some other interesting drinks I'd like to try. Maybe that one was just off. Nice interior!

I stepped into Cuppo half awake, but was awakened to the charming interior. The place was bustling…read morewith locals meeting together, and the easygoing ambience with relaxed music makes it even easier to settle in. I came for the Pandan Oat Milk Latte, one of the neighborhood favorites, it seems. So with that, I placed the order but didn't expect the hefty price tag. However, I believe that is the norm nowadays service was friendly and quick. The staff seemed to work well together and kept the mood light, which can be felt by the customers. As for the latte, a real nice Pandan flavor!

My drink was made poorly and upon my complaint no apology was given , they also did not offer to…read moreremake it instead giving me snark . " tea is made actually with water so that explains why it's watery" she proceeded to hang up in my face and ignore any subsequent calls. you always reply , i'm not saying this to tear your business down, I work at an award winning coffee shop that's been featured in the Houston Chronicle and on KHOU 13, during my training I learned how to make all the drinks on our menu which is larger than your own and tasted them all. To imply I simply hadn't had one of the most common tea lattes is rude as you see I am a regular cafe goer. I have made hundreds of teas even london fogs with my own hands! Had complaints and remade drinks myself too. It is the way it was handled on the phone as someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years , it was very disrespectful. Your going back and forth with me while I share my experience doesn't change that, I know water is in tea that's uncalled for , that doesn't mean this one isn't watery, every barista has rushed and not steeped tea long enough once I wasn't even mad . As for the emptiness of my cup before i went to throw it away, I poured tea out of my cup into 2oz sample cups when I got to my job to ask my coworkers opinion on the drink and if it was made wrong or if I was wrong BEFORE i called. mind you we sell tea, just not blueberry danishes... As a coffee shop employee , I see myself as fueling my patrons for their days and I never disrespect them when they tell me I didn't fulfill my duty properly sorry for thinking you'd do the same You're going to be mad i left this review but when i called, before I thought to review, I started by saying exactly this " I got a drink earlier a London fog and I think it wasn't steeped long enough the tea flavor is just kind of weak its tasting like milk water and syrup, just so the future teas can be better " I always call when an establishment messes up my orders and say the same thing and I'm never met with hostility until you guys, today. I didn't say anything rude or tone deaf and I wasn't yelling in the slightest. I respect cafe employees very much as I am one for 5 years now and I understand the struggles of the job. On the phone, that was hurtful and I got my drink remade off the principle that I paid 27.95$ for my stuff and I couldn't even get a simple sorry. I got the reply I mentioned earlier which upset me because I went out of my way to come spend at your shop when I spend my days making tea anyways, that entitles me to say what I bought from you. Even if you just google London fog and look at the color then look at this you can see it's off. This is me telling the full story since you feel I left something out, I left out that a room full of 5 coffee professionals one of whom being the owner of my shop said the drink was nasty and a waste of money before I called you. AND I wasn't asking for any money back or a new drink when I called. sorry for leaving that out.
