This tea room has moved around in its 20+ years of business (maybe more). Originally we found this restaurant off Grant road just down a ways from act-Creek high school. The food has always been delicious. Then they moved off Louetta near 249. And finally they're off hwy 6. I'm not usually one for frilly decor or 'girly' stuff, but the food. The food is so good and deceivingly filling. Everything we have ordered has been absolutely delicious. Their quiche choices are excellent. Their salad portions are very good. Their chicken salad on crescent is stuffed and scrumptious. Everything we have ever had here has been beyond satisfactory. They will also host tea parties for kids or adults. It's really cute. And the Fine China they use is so pretty. Deserves at least one visit if you've never been! read more

I took my friend who has recently moved to the Cypress area here today. We decided to give Tea for Two a try. We were really impressed with the place. The jalapeño cheese soup and potato soup were both really flavorful. The BLT was crisp and delicious. Lisa served us and was so sweet and patient as we made our choices. I took my daughter to her first tea experience. The venue was not too crowded when we arrived, but you could tell a lot of regulars attend. The wait for seating was not long, and the menu had a variety of items to choose from. The food and tea were tasty, and the service was attentive. The owner came to speak to us about our visit and was very pleasant. What a lovely and very popular tea room. It was crowded but there was an open table for me and my grand daughter. Her apple juice came in a darling teapot and could be poured into a tiny cup with a saucer. Sadly her allergies prohibited many choices for her. I had the triple club sandwich which was wonderful. I came here with a friend and her two daughters, and we had a great time! The space is very small, and we had to wait a short time in order to be seated. The girls really enjoyed choosing hats to wear while we had our tea party. The kids' beverages cane in tea pots and little tea cups. Super cute and they loved it! They have a very large menu with lots of great choices and mixed plates. The portions were pretty large, so I felt they were worth the price. The food is good, but nothing that blew me out of the water. We came for lunch on a Saturday and were the first ones there. By the time we left there were about four other tables seated. They bring what looks like pita chips and a sweet cinnamon butter. It was delicious! I had the chicken salad on a croissant with pasta salad. My three year old enjoyed her grilled cheese and lemonade served from an adorable teapot and cup. My sandwich was ok but I did not like the pasta salad. We had the brownie and ice cream for dessert and it was huge and yummy! I would try something else next time, maybe the quiche or a salad. TEA: Now about the tea I had a choice of packaged tea,,, this tea room does not have LOOSE TEA! Which I found strange they do have two tyes of iced tea reg and mango. SWEETS:At the end of your meal there is a tray that is brought to your table with exact replicas of their desserts (no smaller than advertised here) I finished up with a coconut pecan and carmel cream pie....ooooh so good. First time here and loved it. Brought my 4 year old to do tea for two. So cute they have little tea pots for the kids. We opt out the tea and got the pink lemonade instead. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that had avocado, poblano peppers, cheese and bacon with a cup of the jalapeño cheese soup. It was AMAZING! Services was awesome. We were there almost 3 hours talking and eating and they didn't rush us out at all. I had the peach cobbler for dessert and it was amazing! The food here is to die for!!! I come curbside every Wednesday to pick up food and before this whole mess started i went inside weekly with friends! it's a great place to sit and chat for hours! The food doesn't look that great in the pictures they post but i promise it's worth making a trip to! Although the reason i'm writing today was because a girl with brown and blonde hair (can't remember her name because i've never seen her before) was very rude today and gave attitude when i asked for extra ranch. This is the first time something like this has happened here and i am devastated. They also plan on serving alcohol on Mothers day but don't have the alcohol license to sell alcohol hinting that there is not an alcoholic menu. read more
