I've been to the iheart boba location on 529 and it's pretty good. I came in because Kim's tea house was way too packed. I really did appreciate the customer service at this location... the young lady at the front was very kind and welcoming. And the taste of the Vietnamese ice coffee was really good. However I did not appreciate the fact that when I took 5 sips of the coffee I was done with it because there was so much ice. I felt like I got ripped off..thus the 3 star rating.

I honestly think this is the best bahn mi and Boba place in town! For now there is carry out only and delivery. I always get the charbroiled chicken and the first time ever I got the milk tea and I was not disappointed. The Boba is perfectly chewy and perfect. The charbroiled chicken is tender, fresh and the bread is crispy yet chewy. I will return. Five star

Fast service here. The employees were friendly. They didn't ask for my name, but still taped it to the drink which was a little creepy. The owner seemed overly tickled pink, more so than other boba establishments who hand you a boba drink with a mundane expression on their face. Another creepy thing I guess I will point out. We got the green apple slush and the boba cream tea. Both were good. The apple slush is really sweet, though.

It is my first time here and I ordered a ice cream coffee with boba, very good choice for coffee lovers. The wait was not long considering it is a Sunday. It is small inside but the wait is not long.

This spot is under new management and it is AMAZING! They gave out some samples to show some new menu items (toasted tofu and chicken nuggets) and they were spectacular. The bulgogi banh mi is what I never knew my cravings needed until I had it! The drinks great with every dietary restriction cared for whether you want non-dairy, gluten-free, or low to no sugar options available. OH YES, and the chocolate chip cookies by the register are TO DIE FOR! Best chocolate chip cookies, hands down. Perioddddd All of the workers here are conscious of the current pandemic situation so everyone is masked and certain tables marked off for social distancing. Really well ran boba spot with the customers in mind. Will be back again... and again!

If you're only four years old they have a special table just for you. But I'm not sure how you would drive all the way out here.

IHeartBoba is better than IHeartRadio but that's not saying much. Received a message from them which said I should have told them I didn't like my drinks. Why? I've tried a bunch of different drinks here, lol. Also was defensive about the kiddy table. I love the kiddy table! They obviously didn't get my joke or don't have a sense of humour. This made me lower the rating from 3 stars to 1 star. Then the owners (a different person they assured me, but I'll check the grammar to compare the two, later, to see if I was deceived), sent a note of apology, so I'll temporarily raise it back to 3 stars which is what I gave it originally. What they said in the first note, exactly, was: "Regarding your comment and the table for 4 year old, I guess you don't have kids, Parents do take their kids here for treats and drinks.. We're also curious about how one could check in in so many different place in different cities in the same day (10/12/17)" They then proceeded to list the 10 places I had most recently reviewed including the addresses. They don't understand that reviewing 10 places in different cities, doesn't mean you visited those 10 places on the day that you reviewed them, or that you checked in on that day that you reviewed them. So clearly they don't understand Yelp and that's fine. What's not fine, is that the implication here is that I didn't really visit those places or that there's something wrong with my reviews. Never mind the fact that I took pictures of all of them including the products I bought. And what's really, really not fine is that this is actually a form of intimidation. Basically, "we don't like that you gave us a 3 star review so we will respond by calling your integrity into question." That is no way to treat a customer, and what happens when you do that (to me anyway), is that this customer will change their moderate 3-star review, to a disgruntled 1-star review. Now here's the rest of my original review: They are so dirt cheap that I want to love them. They are so popular on Yelp that I expect to love them. But no. Unfortunately I do not heart iheartboba. It has a lovely name, but their drinks while on the cheap side, are really unimpressive. The Boba has been chewy and rubbery each time I have been in here. And tasteless, which is the worst part. Because consistency is not always the most important thing, especially when dating ;) The decor may be cute and the selection may be massive, but the products just don't do it for me at all. Which leaves me really scratching my head because if you look at the ratings here you would think it was literally the best bubble tea you will ever find in your life. Or in the next lifetime. It makes me skeptical about the reviews because, well, there are so many really great boba places all over Houston with much less stellar reviews (and fewer too). There's another location way down in Sugarland and I have found the exact same problem there. I have one less problem without IHeartBoba.

This location is always friendly, and the drinks are always on point. I recommend this location. The green apple pineapple slush is so good

They've grown as a local chain, with the original in Katy and two others in Cypress and this one between Cypress and Jersey Village. This is a low key cafe where I can get work done, play a board game, and sip on a mean coffee while simultaneously handling meeting, which screams versatility. Parking is shared with a large lot and plentiful. I appreciate the layout of the seats since there's adequate seating for anyone along with a low-key vibe that starts with the young staff. Wi-Fi is on point and there's plenty of outlets for anyone who's a laptop crusader. I'm a fan of their various coffee offerings which range from a latte to blended coffee and seasonal specials. Their Vietnamese coffee is rather excellent, but I'm also impressed with their matcha Cafe, latte and even the frachillos, which, despite not being coffee is likely the frappuccino equivalent, a la Starbucks. The ladder includes flavors such as chai creme, brown sugar creme, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and mint mocha. Their cream teas is simply another way of saying milk tea, and the flavors are all over the place. I do appreciate the winter melon cream tea which contains crystal boba. The Thai cream is unsurprisingly one of the most popular ones, but I do think the honeydew cream as well as the oolong cream deserve a look. __________ (#1) Their restaurant, Baccailis: https://www.yelp.com/biz/baccailis-cafe-katy

I was sad when it was gone! My only thing was the matcha drink portion itself. It was good, however it was more like matcha flavored milk tea as opposed to true matcha if that makes sense. I can't be mad because this is totally a bubble tea place and not a coffee shop lol. What can I expect? I'll keep that in mind next time but will most likely order something else. Very nice, clean open interior. Pretty quiet on a Wednesday morning. Highly recommend it if you like bubble/milk tea!

You'd expect the mango slush to be typical, but it has a nice underlying jasmine tea flavor with small bits of diced fresh mango, sago, and (grapefruit? bits). The texture is great and portions are large! One thing: I wish it had more of the textural mix-ins. I also tried the jasmine milk tea as a baseline. It's fragrant and yummy. However, I most likely wouldn't get it again because it's not too overly special. It's good but for $8+ I'd rather order their other menu items. Service at first was quite slow, but now it's not too bad. They only have two ordering POS (the kiosk and one person), so the line is mainly to order. I see online orders are popular too, so you could order online to skip the wait. It's a cute space with seating, wifi, and restrooms. Good for hanging out, def not a place to do work since it's quite busy and loud. I'd come back to try other drinks!

Walking up, I can tell that they still need to add more window and wall decor but upon walking in, the green, yellow and bee motif is cute. It will be cuter when they're done. I ordered an orange sunset tea with boba, which has fresh oj in it, a citron honey tea with no sugar and jellies, and a mangonada for drinks. They were all good with fresh ingredients. For food, I ordered the beef banh mi with no jalapeño or cucumber. The eggrolls and the spring rolls with shrimp. The bahn mai had positive and negatives that can be fixed: meat was plentiful but overcooked; carrot and daichon were tasty but cut too thick; cilantro had too many stems. It was still a very tasty sandwich but with all the competition around, could be better. Bread was well toasted. Spring rolls were thin but very fresh and good; egg rolls were also good, and they tasted fresh. I will definitely be back and maybe they could add more honey themed items like cookies and desserts. It does look like a dessert case is coming? Can't tell... Please keep them open because the service was great, tea is tasty and the food is good!!
