Located on a strip center off fry, Trafee is situated between a few other small businesses. Walking in you'll see a minimalistic, modern and earthy decor. Like most drink shops, there is a walk up counter and small tables for individual work. I usually get their salted drip coffee or cafe sua da as it's the closest to 7 leaves house coffee. The price is as you expected at $6-7 so it's not cheap nor too expensive for todays economy. Either way, trafee is a good place for a coffee itch. Glad I stumbled into here

From their selection of Wintermoons and Summermoon drinks, I enjoy both kinds of drinks, whether hot or cold! I was first introduced to Summer Moon in Austin, and I was questioning at first if the locations in Houston is going to keep the same quality as when I had it in college. And they kept it all the same! Nothing changed and I still get to enjoy my wonderful selection of coffee from Summer Moon. Recently on a few visits with my girlfriend, we would get drinks like Quarter Winter Moon, Summer Moon and even the Moontado. We enjoy every drink and can't wait to get some more once again!

Atmosphere: I visited early in the morning on a Saturday as they first opened up. The place was already open and clean offering a nice k-pop vibe. I sat near the window to enjoy the sunlight coming in. The inside was still cool enough to be comfortable. Everything about this place is very green and bright with vaulted ceilings and a nice aesthetic, atmosphere. Flavor: I had the Taro/Ube milk tea and it was perfect. I had 25% sugar so it was not too sweet. I appreciate the choice in level of sweetness. But the best part of their menu is definitely the food snacks. I had the crawfish deluxe fries, which were absolutely phenomenal. So unexpected but definitely the right twist on fries showing they are in tune with the local area and Louisiana influence. I also had the popcorn shrimp which was equally delightful very hot and freshly cooked. Location: This is a really nice low-key place in West Houston that I hope people will enjoy for years to come. There are plenty of vending machine games as well as board games with plenty of space for you to come hang out with friends or enjoy solo time. The only drawback I see is that there does not seem to be enough outlets to charge any devices if you are coming here to study. Overall, it's a great place and I will be back for sure.

I had mentioned that we visit tea houses multiple times a week and her tea is much stronger which I appreciate because most other places are just so so sweet. And she explained that they steep and make their tea every few hours versus making bulk and storing it for several days and that they use a specific kind of organic sweetener instead of fructose which I again absolutely appreciate for my family! I did kumquat aloe vera tea, my boyfriend did the fruit tea, and my son got the mango passionfruit tea- everyone was very pleased! Even if you're not a big teahouse person, this is perfect for there's hot weather go give it a try. We will definitely be back to this location! Oh, and the mini shrimp spring rolls were delicious. The only one suggestion I would have is for them to have hot sauce or Sriracha available, but they come with a sweet-and-sour sauce. We sat next to the tank of blue crawfish and we're highly entertained by how active they are and their funny movements!

I have never had any trouble at any coffee shop ordering this & i used to be a barista and would make these all the time. can it be a little annoying to pull two different shots? of course. but sometimes people order a little more complicated drinks, it's a part of the game. basically, i ordered and waited no problem. i LOVE Aleoli's coffee, and have shared it so much since I've found it. but the barista brought me my coffee instead of calling my number, then asked "were you the one who ordered the half caffeinated latte?" and i said yes! then she told me to please not order a half caffeinated latte again. that she said yes this time, but the machine doesn't like sharing beans. so please just do not order it again. this was honestly shocking, unless they have a machine I've never worked with. i also have a few barista friends and asked them, they also felt the same way as i did. it was honestly just a little disrespectful and i felt like management needed to know. i get to go out and get coffee there once a month or so for a little treat, and just felt like this situation was handled pretty weirdly. I'm sorry to be a little Karen about this. but it was definitely a little disrespectful for a normal coffee shop order.
