My boyfriend usually orders their Matcha Jasmine & he loves the refreshing taste of the jasmine tea with the creaminess of the matcha, but I find that the jasmine overpowers the matcha in flavor. If you've ever been to Le'Drip in Chinatown, I would say Trafee is very comparable to them, just with a wider menu.

The manager replied to my comment but received the wrong picture. I called and spoke with TEAM LEAD CESILLIA DE who was the most pleasant person ever. She sincerely apologized for the issue and wanted to make things right. She emphasize how they aim to please and would reevaluate the problem and fix it. She offered to remake the food and inquired when can I come in. Well here we are today I decided to come in and do some work today. Can I say bomb.com with customer service. CESILLIA DE immediately knew who I was and greeted me with the nicest smile and excitement to make things right. I choose to patronize them with purchasing additional items due to how well they handled my concerns The popcorn chicken was ordered with extra basil and spicy Spicy shoestring fries with spicy seasoning Mango slushes with fresh mangoes on top with basil leaves. Everything was absolutely amazing and fresh. I was well pleased. The atmosphere was so rewarding with nice jazz playing in background. Each matcha is $8.5. They claim to use ceremonial grade matcha but under the matcha latte list, there is only one drink labeled CG (ceremonial grade) while others do not. The CG is the basic and they use agave for sweetening. They also don't hand mix per cup. It is pre-batched. I'm not a pre-batch hater although I do prefer each cup to be hand mixed, so I will give it a chance if it tastes good. The CG latte was surprisingly smooth and pretty good! Not bitter at all imo, but it was slightly grainy. They used the perfect amount of agave to balance. It wasn't sweet either. Just perfect balanced flavor for a regular CG matcha latte. The other matcha latte I ordered was the banana. It is SO GOOD! A lot grainier than the CG, though. But I would definitely order that again if I come to Katy. It has a cinnamon flavor in it (probably why it felt grainier than CG) and mixed with the banana flavor was just very yummy. Highly recommend!
