Minuti Coffee was recommended to me by Brittant H while we were attending a Yelp event. She said they have the best Chai Latte, so I made a special trip to see for myself. They are located on the end of their strip center and has a drive thru also. I decided to go inside. There was only one person ahead of me, so I was waited on pretty quickly. I placed my order and then took a seat to wait. Instead of calling my name the barista brought it straight to my table. I have to admit I had never had a chai latte before, but it was delicious! I got a sausage, egg and cheese croissant (as you see you don't see it in the picture) it was too good it didn't make it to the picture! The parfait is separated from the granola ! It is really good ! And the chai latte I love it !! The extra shot of espresso balanced it out beautifully and if you like sweeter less strong coffee order it as is and it's great too! The service was absolutely amazing! Josh helped me sat and talked to me trying to figure out what I wanted for at least 10 minute he was very patient ! I really enjoy the coffee here but the portly gentleman with curly hair who works some afternoons ruins it. I'm writing this review regarding my experience on 7/2/26. He is the only worker here who never asks for my phone number so that I can accumulate Minuti points. He's just generally rude and abrasive. The coffee didn't taste good. They were really watered down and had odd flavors. I got the cappuccino and the Mitad and it wasn't a par. It just didn't taste like coffee and I was really hoping for a better experience cause I was looking forward to trying them. This is one of the very few whole family coffee places. They have gelato for the kids, they have the kind of coffee drinks for people who don't actually want coffee and want more cream and sugar because they actually add ice cream to some of their drinks. They have regular coffee that even my father in law who hates Star bucks actually enjoys and then they have tea with non sugar for my husband. Then of course the croissant with turkey and cheese is absolutely delicious. I wish they had more chairs, and the tables can be a bit small, but I enjoy going and have to stop myself from making it a daily stop. read more

One of many locations of this chain, and this one is located in Katy in a busy part of town close to the Katy Mills Mall or whatever they're calling it these days. Honestly I think that it could be better, I prefer Panera's coffee products and several other chains, although Minuti does taste better than Starbucks, but what doesn't? Not a fan of the ice cream or gelato or whatever it is they're trying to make, and there could be a lot more going on here in terms of quality, and I've never really loved their coffee but the service is nice. I've never been inside because I normally come in a rush before/after I get my eyebrows done at Sewa or before/after I take my princess to gymnastics. Whenever I order something, the cashier/barista is always in a good mood. They have a good variety of drinks for adults and kiddos. I normally get a latte with oat milk for myself and smoothies for my kiddos. My family can't have dairy (without Benadryl or Zyrtec afterwards lol) so I'm glad that they offer all of the yummy dairy alternatives. The prices are pretty much the same as any other coffee shop. Great espresso! Usually just mobile order from Starbucks in the mornings since it's good and quick. With all the bad weather this week, I went to pick up my mobile order and the store was closed (I get it, but disappointed). I've passed by Minuti several times, so figured I'd give them a shot (really hoped they were open). I was impressed that they made the effort to open despite only having a skeleton staff when a lot of places were still closed (ice and snow gone, but still cold, rainy and several areas without power). I ordered my normal iced latte with an extra shot from a very personable barista (so nice even though he was so busy fulfilling orders and having to constantly inform people at the drive through to come in the store since the board wasn't working and the "out of order" sign kept blowing away). A+ on the flavor of the espresso! I like to make mine at home too (so I have high expectations) and this did not disappoint. Highly recommend...and be sure to tip the staff that makes it out in crappy weather to keep us fed and caffeinated! read more

There's a good reason for all the 5-star reviews: great coffee. I ordered two grande breve lattes for myself and son, Beck. We both agreed it was one of THE BEST breve lattes we had ever enjoyed. First time going here and was excited to try it after driving by for so many months. Today sounded like a good day to try after being disappointed by Starbucks...aside the point... first the service was nice, the gentleman who took our order was professional, even nicely corrected my pronunciation of the "giganti" size for my coffee order. Secondly, loved the menu options, so many choices for pastries, breakfast and drinks. I immediately saw the breakfast burrito and opted to add it to my drink order. Got back home and this is where the disappointment took place. The burrito was extremely skinny, maybe half a scrambled egg with maybe half a sausage link and it tasted like it was old and warmed up. I'd imagine a burrito from McDonald's woulda had more to it for a fraction of the cost. Aside, I only ate one cause the taste wasn't good and still hours later my stomach is still hurting. Great place to fulfill a sweet-tooth! The coffee selection is good, nice flavor in the espresso options, good location, taking precautions right now which is nice to see as well. Most options were on the sweeter side, whereas my husband is more of a cold brew or black nitro guy, which they have options for cold brew, but the drinks were mostly foam. I want to love this place. The coffee is good and I want to see Katy small businesses thrive. But, the drive thru makes tons of mistakes; about 80% of the time with annoying little things like wrong milk, wrong sugar, wrong size, etc - annoying but not deal breakers. However their mistake yesterday was giving me caffeine when I clearly asked for decaf. I had a caffeine overdose because of a medical condition. (sounds fake, it's not, it's miserable and can be dangerous). Lucky for me and them, I was ok after 6 or so hours but it could have ended badly. I called the store to let them know and honestly, I don't think they could've cared less. When this place is under new management, I'll be back .... until then I hope they get their sh*t together. read more
