It's toasted perfectly where the outside has a slight crisp around the edges and the inside is soft and fluffy. It's really GOOD bread. I definitely prefer it over the likes of something like Subway, Jersey Mike's, etc. It's nice that they offer different sizes of sandwiches. There's the Nug (4"), Pinner (8"), and the largest size is the Blunt (12"). I ordered the Nug. It's just the right size to satisfy my appetite without leaving me feeling heavy afterward. I also love and truly appreciate the diverse vegetarian options on the menu. They're not just the basic boring raw veggies combinations either. It's super casual and laid back inside. Love their fun decorations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a bar in the back with a large TV, allowing you to enjoy sports while sipping on a cold beer or cocktail. Glad they are in the area. For sure I will be a regular here. Just thinking about their bread makes me hungry.

I was still able to finish it. I'll still come back and maybe try something different next time.

You can come here for dinner or lunch. Today we got the classic burger and a build your own sandwich. The serving sizes were hefty and we definitely left with a happy tummy. The food was fresh and high quality. The wait staff was accommodating and so friendly. We even got to speak with the manager who made us feel like family. There was a large number of pies to select from which honestly was the toughest part of the whole experience. We settled with the key lime pie which was such a great choice but will definitely be back to taste the other types of pies. Lastly, this spot was bustling. We came around the lunch rush so there was a line. However, the line went quick and the tables flipped pretty quickly. We didn't have an issue finding a table and the wait staff was on top of it. This is a family friendly spot that had a southern, homey feel to it. Can't wait to be back for those pies!!

The next trip was tonight. We stood in front of the pie & ice cream counter and no one came. There was 4 younger folks standing by the registers area and they did not even acknowledge our presence or the folks that walked in behind us. I finally walked the 4 feet to the register to get the young man's attention and let him know we would like ice cream and a pie. He seemed a little put out at first but, in the end was pleasant to deal with. Nice place worth trying. They just need a little more awareness on folks coming in and giving them some guidance on where to order and acknowledging their presence. Welcome and can I help you down here would go a long way.

I'm going to withhold torrential criticism of this establishment since I am new to it and I don't…read morewant to discourage folks however there are certain cautions that I think folks considering Harvey's should bear in mind. There is a dine in option however the place is relatively small and they have quite a busy "To Go" service so it is akin the having a meal along a busy sidewalk. Please don't misunderstand, if your option is to consume your meal in a facility or in your car it is likely more convenient but that ends the contrast. Because it is o "To Go" oriented for instance if you order gumbo (which I did) you will be given a small plastic spoon and salad (which I ordered) will be segregated (Like olives grouped together, feta grouped etc. ) in a container "To Go" container making it impossible to 'toss' without making a mess or using your hands. Let's address food which I have mentioned. Gumbo is akin to a Manhattan style fish chowder, not objectionable however not gumbo. The Greek Salad I gave already described with the addition of the fact that my dressing had solidified. When I pointed it out to the folks taking orders it was replaced however in this respect I'm glad I ate in...without a microwave it would not have liquified. Look, I am not an idealist, This is a sandwich "To Go" place I don't fault the owners at trying to make every square inch of a rental place earn money however the 'dine in' option is a convenience not an ambience. The 'gumbo' was not and the salad was a generous portion of lettuce, fresh vegetables, adequate feta however the initial dressing and the serving container for 'eat in' was disappointing. Next time I will order a sandwich which is a Deli goal.

I was…read morepleasantly impressed to find that a bakery had a menu that offered such a selection covering breakfast and lunch items. The location of the restaurant is not immediately visible from the Main Street. It was tucked away on the rear of a building creating a little challenge to find. My visit was during a weekday morning and no other patrons were inside. A completely empty restaurant is usually a cause for concern for me. Patty's is set up for orders at a counter in the back of dining room then take a number to the table for delivery. The dining room is very bright and simply decorated but spacious for a bistro. I ordered the Grandma's Morning Casserole and it was a solid 5/5 with great quality sausage and bacon. Everything about the dish is near perfect, especially the tasty crispy tater tots. My request for a croissant with the breakfast was honored and it was delicious. This gave me idea to check out more baked good from the showcase. I purchased a carrot cake to go and later wished I had bought two. The cake wasn't the traditional style with nuts and shredded carrots. Instead, the cake was the consistency of pound cake that came covered in a rich chocolate drizzled over the top. Perhaps, I got lucky with my first impression but I'm eager to give them another opportunity to repeat the great experience.

The cashier/barista Laura was so friendly and we enjoyed talking to her. You order at the counter, water is self service from a water station and the food is delivered to your table. I was here for Saturday brunch & got the "special omlette" with ham substituted for the prosciutto. The ham is deli-type ham. The omelette was very flavorful & tasty, however, definitely thinner than I am accustomed to eating. It did not come with any bread option or side item so make sure you look at the breakfast side items (only located on the Saturday/Sunday brunch menu, not the main menu) or ask about side items. I don't have a large appetite & I must admit I was still a little hungry. I inquired about bread after I finished & they offered to bring me some toast but I was already done eating. I had a bite of hubby's breakfast sausage & croissant. I'm not a big sausage person but the sausage tasted smoky with a hint of sweetness and it was yummy! The croissant was also buttery & good. I'd add that to my omelette order next time. Of course we had to try some sweets since there were so many options. We got the carrot cake; it's Brazilian style, which differs from the standard American version. The cake had carrots only, no nuts, a little less sweet, pound cake-like consistency and topped with chocolate. I enjoyed it! I also got a chocolate cake slice to-go. It's super rich with chocolate filling layers made with condensed milk. A bit too rich for me but I'm sure others will love it. They also have coffee drinks and they are setup to do the basics drinks (mocha latte, cappuccino, etc) without all the syrup flavors. I ordered a cortado. Although it is not on their menu, the barista gladly said she would try to do her best. I provided directions on the espresso to milk ratio for a cortado & she absolutely nailed it. The coffee was robust & without the traditional vanilla syrup available, a little brown sugar added made the drink great. I will definitely return. I'll try their lunch menu next time.

We didn't order any drinks from here, but they have Pepsi fountain drinks, along with some stubborn brand drinks, a tea selection, and bottled soda in a fridge near the back where the line forms. They had a good selection of chips as well as David's fresh baked cookies for you to choose from as well.
