Good smoothie, well mixed. Not the nicest area and no place to sit. Has online ordering and a drive through. Minimal selection of non-smoothie food/items. One negative to positive. I pulled up in front getting an on-line order. I could see it was not in the to-so stand. Waited in the car past the pick-up time. Got a little annoyed and went in to check. Turns out it was ready early and they were keeping it in the freezer for me. Thumbs up! ;)

Kind of shocked here, but this was my first time ever at a Smoothie King! I've kind of been missing out. I ordered off the Slim menu and got the Hawaiian and added peaches. I also got the kids Chocolaka. Neither disappointed and I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately was very unimpressed with smoothie king on mason today. The employee was very busy and the only person working. I was fine waiting for my drink but sadly she put way too much ice in it, so it wasn't blending then I see her add 6 pumps of water to make it blend, which only waters down the drink and then a large portion of the protein you paid for is leftover in the blender & never poured in your cup. She then didn't even blend the drink fully, because she was in a hurry, so not only was my drink watered down but it had large chunks of almond & ice. When I got to the bottom of my drink there were two giant cubes of ice. Very disappointed. There needs to be more than one person working because I can only imagine many mornings are just as busy as they were today. The employee was kind just unfortunately understaffed and therefore in a rush.

This place is a pig dressed up in makeup. You still have that pig, but at least it is a tad bit more kissable! The reason I feel this way is because from a health stand point, their serving sizes and ingredients would make most people think that no matter what they buy, they are doing something healthy, when that could definitely not be the case. Too much of anything is unhealthy, period. Make sure you know the caloric count, sugar count, and everything else when you buy these overpriced drinks. Don't assume just because these things are suppose to be healthy, that you can just buy anyone. Make sure you know what they are putting into your drink so you can ensure you get something good for your body...because the workers will not divulge that info! Always have good customer service though.

I had an extremely poor curbside experience at this location…read more I placed a curbside order scheduled for pickup between 1-2 PM. At 9:00 AM, the app showed my order as "ready" and indicated that my organic whole milk had been substituted, but it did not list what the substitution was. I also realized I needed to add one more item, so I attempted to call the store. I called the store over 10 times throughout the morning and no one answered. Because the order showed as ready, I went to the store to pick it up. Upon arrival, I again called curbside -- no answer. I was forced to go inside, which defeats the entire purpose of curbside pickup. The store was nearly empty of customers. Several employees were standing around; one was eating. I spoke to a person who appeared to be a manager and explained that I had been calling all morning with no response. There was no apology or urgency. I was directed to another employee who appeared confused by the order. When I asked what my milk had been substituted with, I was told 2% milk, which made no sense given that I ordered whole milk. When I asked why it wasn't substituted with another whole milk, there was no explanation. I was then told that whole milk was out of stock. I personally went to the milk section and found the shelf fully stocked with whole milk. I brought it back and showed the employee. He said it "must have just been restocked," yet no one had bothered to check before making the substitution. I was then told that nothing could be changed or added to my order, and that if I wanted additional items I would need to place an entirely new order -- while standing in an almost empty store. At that point, I was told I could place another order and the employee could shop it, which completely defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. I paid over $140 for a small order, received incorrect substitutions, could not reach anyone by phone, had to walk into the store anyway, and still could not get basic service or flexibility. For the prices Sprouts charges, this level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I will not be shopping at Sprouts again.

For example, milk and you'll get 2 for maybe $6-$7.xx. Cooked beans, grains, dairy, ice cream mochi, frozen foods, etc. Meals to go or meals ready to cook deals for days you just don't feel like cooking tonight. You'll have to eat it within 2 days. Raw meat packaged here seems to last longer than other markets. Sandwiches made on the spot. Good for lunchtime. I remember I used to go for this during lunchtime from my hometown. What I don't see from Spouts anymore, or any Sprouts are the self serve hot soups. When it comes to produce and veggies, these cost a little more or sometimes the same price as HEB. But Sprouts' interior design looks much better than HEB.

********HONEST REVIEW WITH HICCUPS*************…read more What a beautiful day and atmosphere at this location. Every time I walk in the building I am always amazed at the team work, smiling faces and the staff welcoming you into the establishment. My reason for the trip was two fold. I was returning items to Amazon and stopping for a quick lunch before heading to run more errands. There was a line for Amazon but it was moving fast. I was in and out in no time. The workers were very kind, they greeted me, checked in my products and return my funds. Then I proceeded to the PIZZA bar because it is one of my favorites. I don't live far from this location and I wanted to splurge on my favorite. As i proceeded to the bar there were two slices that looked cold and was very noticeable. I asked the First worker if there was any fresh pizza and she responded "That is all we have" I calmly walked back to the pizza bar and noticed a 2nd worker and she told me 20 minutes. I said okay. I did notice she was doing other things after about 5-10 minutes so I inquired again. She stated " It will be 30 minutes" I politely walked away and said okay. I proceeded to front of store and spoke with a front desk manager who listened to my concerns. While she was explaining what occurred, I was appalled at shift manager who interrupted to try and offer and explanation. Well honestly I can go on and on about what went wrong but let me shift this review So many times people place a review but never discuss the DAMAGE CONTROL done to rectify the situation. The front end manager( AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY) I forgot her name IMMEDIATELY APOLOGIZED and took full ownership of what occurred. Secondly the Pizza manager MRS CAROLYN apologized, made a fresh pizza and walked me to the register with my order on the house. Then to top it all off the GENERAL MANAGER TONY WAS EXEMPLARY!!! I literally wanted to cry, he not one time tried to downsize my feelings or the incident. I was embarrassed and he ACKNOWLEDGED ALL OF MY CONCERNS. Listening to him express how he wants to change the trajectory of how the store is viewed and wants every customer to feel appreciated made me glad. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST IN MY BOOK. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed, the chicken was the most bland chicken I've ever tasted in my life. I don't think they even use a little salt and pepper on it. So as much as I hate to do this because I usually give nothing but great reviews to every place I visit, I have to say that Whole Foods disappointed me tremendously.
