Very friendly and helpful staff, my kids like to come here, but I had no idea what to get. They have several peanut butter and chocolate flavor smoothies though and oh boy are they delicious! You can add things like vitamins and protein to the orders to expand them into the meal replacement territory. Ambience is mostly "to go" with some of their products on display on the wall, plus they're always running a blender for orders. Understandable of course. I'm not big on smoothies to replace actual food, but I don't mind this at all on occasion when the kids get a craving for it. read more

Good smoothie, well mixed. Not the nicest area and no place to sit. Has online ordering and a drive through. Minimal selection of non-smoothie food/items. One negative to positive. I pulled up in front getting an on-line order. I could see it was not in the to-so stand. Waited in the car past the pick-up time. Got a little annoyed and went in to check. This is my neighborhood Smoothie King, less than 5 minutes from home. I am a creature of habit and I only purchase I smoothie no matter with location that I visit. Power plus punch 32 oz. They have a drive thru and walk in service and if you visit often enough, I recommend that you down load their app where you will be able to earn rewards for discounts for future purchases. There are all type of health options that they can add to your smoothie if you choose. They are a chain so you should be able to find one no matter where you live or work. read more

This could be a bias review because it's been a long time I had Smoothie King, and it was oh so good when it's so hot outside, and it was something I craved a while. This is the first time I tried this location though. I got the 20 oz Angel Food, and it was really good. Perfect drink this time around, not crazy sweet, ice was good, taste was great. Unfortunately was very unimpressed with smoothie king on mason today. The employee was very busy and the only person working. I was fine waiting for my drink but sadly she put way too much ice in it, so it wasn't blending then I see her add 6 pumps of water to make it blend, which only waters down the drink and then a large portion of the protein you paid for is leftover in the blender & never poured in your cup. She then didn't even blend the drink fully, because she was in a hurry, so not only was my drink watered down but it had large chunks of almond & ice. When I got to the bottom of my drink there were two giant cubes of ice. Very disappointed. There needs to be more than one person working because I can only imagine many mornings are just as busy as they were today. Very disappointed with my experience today. The guy at the window today, was wearing his mask as a chin guard. This is not the purpose of the mask. To top it off, one of the lids were not on tight and spilled in my car before we even left the parking lot. We stopped to clean the big mess in the car and noted the next guy at the window was also not wearing his mask correctly. This is very disappointing. This place is a pig dressed up in makeup. You still have that pig, but at least it is a tad bit more kissable! The reason I feel this way is because from a health stand point, their serving sizes and ingredients would make most people think that no matter what they buy, they are doing something healthy, when that could definitely not be the case. Too much of anything is unhealthy, period. Make sure you know the caloric count, sugar count, and everything else when you buy these overpriced drinks. Don't assume just because these things are suppose to be healthy, that you can just buy anyone. Make sure you know what they are putting into your drink so you can ensure you get something good for your body...because the workers will not divulge that info! Stop by to day around 11:30 to order an 40oz and the hispanist lady worker there started to give me some nasty look even tho I talked to her nicely. Anyways, today I went in it's Friday October 7th around 9:50 and the gentlemen was so upbeat and excited. See usually I go through the drive through, however, today I went inside because I really wanted to make sure they got my weird order. Literally just left drive thru a minute ago (Wednesday, 9/12/2018 @ 2:35 pm). The girl working the drive thru window seriously need some training on customer service or how to put on a smile! A fake smile for all I care. Geez! No greeting, no smile, no return hello or hi when you greet her. Ok, maybe she didn't hear me but her overall facial expression is bleh. She looked like a major grump, unhappy with her job. The only communication out of her mouth was my total and even after telling her thank you when she handed me the drink, there was no response. I'm becoming such a good fan of these smoothie kings. I went in here today to have a smoothie and a brief conversation with a friend. This location was clean and well organized. I ordered the peach papaya smoothie this time around, it was amazing. I haven't tried the healthier smoothies the offer here but intend to in the very near future I hear a lot of good things about the vanilla Hulk and it's on my list for next time. Always experienced friendly customer service no matter who it is at the window, but the consistency of their shakes leave a little to be desired especially if I'm spending $5+ for a small size. This location moved from the Sears Hardware/Burger King/Taco Bell center just north on Mason. I've been going for a long time. Like most chains, the product is what you'd expect it to be. I've never had anyone mess up a recipe before. So the quality is very consistent from other Smoothie Kings. I find Smoothie King in general to be a bit over priced. Nothing going into the smoothies really justifies what I think is $1 too much. That said, if you want it... you gotta pay to play, er, drink. What I like about this location is the friendly staff. First of all, the young woman employee with dark brunette hair didn't even smile to begin with.. it looked like I was bothering her just waiting for my drink. Which is such a horrible feeling when I'm already paying $8 for a drink. Not even a thank you or a smile when she practically dropped my drink in my hand, and rapidly shut the window behind her. Very different from 5 days ago when a young man with short dirty blonde/brunette hair helped me. He was extremely friendly and thanked me for my business. That's how it should be.
