Alternate selection #4 photo via text by my shopper for the unavailable item.

Like fresh, hot bread out of the oven is this fabulous experience that I cannot wait to share! Today I wanted to try something different and go shopping for lunch for my daughter in the Houston area. In under five minutes, I was able to do so right from the comfort of my "comfy" couch (pardon the redundancy). Sprouts was my choice store and the process was seamless. It was a one-two-three steps where I clicked, checked out and received follow-along texts from my personal shopper, Yusuf. Although there was a hiccup because they ran out of one of the items, my shopper sent photos of alternates and we were able to replace as if I had been right there at the butcher case! To top it off, my first order was stapled with free delivery, and the gratuity was guaranteed for my driver in its entirety. I will not hesitate in shopping Sprouts again and in recommending them to everyone!

Thank you so much James!!

Totally awesome grocery store that has everything you need and then some! Love all the options for healthy snacks, dairy free ice creams and popsicles and the freshest Rios fruit a vast selection to choose from with specials every week! Not to mention how wonderful everyone is from the moment you walk the the door.

Beautiful produce with lots of organic options. Only place I've found that carries the Keto friendly Lilly's chocolate bars (beware- they are pricey but delicious). Today i went for the 5# bag of scallops on sale for $9.99 a pound. They are sweet and good size and this is a great deal. I cook them in butter with a little garlic and some seasoning they're just delicious. I sometimes buy their organic beef and chicken and they have a good wine selection but really go for the produce especially organic.

Bunch of antimaskers trying to bring down Sprouts for having their employees' & customers' health & best interests in mind. Love to sprouts!

I grew up in this neighborhood since '94 and was so psyched when a Sprouts finally came in. It gave this dominantly suburban community a little bit more of a city feel since we don't have a whole foods close and Sprouts is way more inexpensive. I've always loved Sprouts' customer service, well organized aisles, and cleanliness. They have the best management and employees. I LOVE YOU SPROUTS. The freshest of the fresh. A huge variety. All our family's needs in one place. You have provided a great place of community and unity for Cinco Ranch. I drove by today and was heartbroken to see a bunch of anti-maskers trying to bring down a business that works so hard to protect the health of their employees and the health of all those who walk in the door. It's wild to me there are so many selfish people in a city that hosts the number one cancer center in the world. If anything Greater Houston should be extra cautious for all those they are putting at risk when they choose to omit a mask. In regards to the Woman's post who says she is being discriminated against, I'm not sure if she knows what that means. Businesses refusing to take you in because you are gay or hispanic or black is discrimination. Businesses that follow science (that the whole world is implementing because we are in a pandemic crises) and refusing to allow you in because you post an instant threat to everyone you walk past when unmasked, that's called the business cares more about the general population and not someone's inconvenience or high maintenance needs. POI from an asthmatic with bad breathing problems: If you have asthma and can not breathe in a mask... you forgot to take your inhaler before you put your mask on, and that's on you. If your inhaler isn't working then it's probably expired (meaning your asthma isn't really that bad). If your inhaler isn't expired, you still can't breathe in a mask after taking it, then your breathing problems are much worse than asthma and you should be using stronger prescriptions + nebulizers and 1000% should not be in public because you are most at risk. If you have family who maybe has a mental illness and can not wear a mask, we all are understanding towards this. We kindly ask you do what all the other selfless families in affluent suburban areas with access to meal delivery services do, and stay home to protect others and order your groceries by delivery. It's so funny how people who don't work in industries like bars, restaurants, grocery stores think the health of the people serving the is not important over their own needs and conveniences. Sprouts don't cave in. ( You do not want service from these people anyway. These are the type of people who want discounts, refunds, and feel they are owed everything by the world. Weeding out toxic customers will only make your loyal positive customers and employers happier anyway )

Lots of bulk food to choose from

Similar to a scaled-down Whole Foods, I totally recommend buying: 1. Boxed fresh rugelach. These bite size raspberry, strawberry, or apple pastries are a perfect coffee pair or anytime snack. At a generous stacking, you'll get about 12 or more in a box for $2.99. 2. Whole bean coffee. At about $8.99 / lb, the Colombian coffee is great. They may have increased the price $1 / lb, but you can catch it on sale at times for $4 off, like right now in Dec 2013. I need a truckload of this stuff. It's that good. The check-out lines are never long and the staff is friendly. Always ample parking available. P.S. Don't forget to bring your own shopping bag for a $0.05 discount.

Stopped by Sprouts for the first time for a speciality item. Picked up a few extra things that bring corn bread. Upon opening the container I see speckles of mold.. it was so small that my parents thought it was jalapeños. I'm so glad I opened it first rather than my son or my parents because they would have eaten it right away. It was 2 days past it's sell by date... I called the store right away and complained but just needed to warn others as well, to always always check the date! The store was pretty dead so I wouldn't be surprised if other things were left on the shelf past it's date.

********HONEST REVIEW WITH HICCUPS*************…read more What a beautiful day and atmosphere at this location. Every time I walk in the building I am always amazed at the team work, smiling faces and the staff welcoming you into the establishment. My reason for the trip was two fold. I was returning items to Amazon and stopping for a quick lunch before heading to run more errands. There was a line for Amazon but it was moving fast. I was in and out in no time. The workers were very kind, they greeted me, checked in my products and return my funds. Then I proceeded to the PIZZA bar because it is one of my favorites. I don't live far from this location and I wanted to splurge on my favorite. As i proceeded to the bar there were two slices that looked cold and was very noticeable. I asked the First worker if there was any fresh pizza and she responded "That is all we have" I calmly walked back to the pizza bar and noticed a 2nd worker and she told me 20 minutes. I said okay. I did notice she was doing other things after about 5-10 minutes so I inquired again. She stated " It will be 30 minutes" I politely walked away and said okay. I proceeded to front of store and spoke with a front desk manager who listened to my concerns. While she was explaining what occurred, I was appalled at shift manager who interrupted to try and offer and explanation. Well honestly I can go on and on about what went wrong but let me shift this review So many times people place a review but never discuss the DAMAGE CONTROL done to rectify the situation. The front end manager( AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY) I forgot her name IMMEDIATELY APOLOGIZED and took full ownership of what occurred. Secondly the Pizza manager MRS CAROLYN apologized, made a fresh pizza and walked me to the register with my order on the house. Then to top it all off the GENERAL MANAGER TONY WAS EXEMPLARY!!! I literally wanted to cry, he not one time tried to downsize my feelings or the incident. I was embarrassed and he ACKNOWLEDGED ALL OF MY CONCERNS. Listening to him express how he wants to change the trajectory of how the store is viewed and wants every customer to feel appreciated made me glad. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST IN MY BOOK. Mr Tony your store will do well because of your LEADERSHIP

Don't go there as as often as I would like because the prices have gone up too much. But I was…read moreexcited today, New Year's Day, to go there and get me a rotisserie chicken cause I had to travel a lot so I would love to just eat that in the car. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed, the chicken was the most bland chicken I've ever tasted in my life. I don't think they even use a little salt and pepper on it. So as much as I hate to do this because I usually give nothing but great reviews to every place I visit, I have to say that Whole Foods disappointed me tremendously.

The produce was well organized, and there were several employees restocking the shelves as we shopped. For this week, I wanted to get ingredients to make California rolls, Banh Mi, Beef Pho, Spring Rolls, and Hot Pot, and was able to find all of the ingredients I needed here except for the French baguette for the banh mi. However, since it's right across the street from an HEB, it wasn't a major inconvenience. We also picked up some pantry items like snacks, tea, and instant ramen, and they had a really good selection of items to choose from. Overall, I'm happy to have anotrrrhueuoyroyoutoutoor Asian grocery store in the Katy area to choose from, and the prices are comparable to 99 Ranch and Hmart. Since they recently opened, the store is not super crowded right now either so it's a great spot to do some weekend shopping for the time being!
