Two Years of Loyalty Wiped Out - Zero Support Response!! I…read moream writing this review as a last resort because every other channel--in-store visits, phone calls, support emails, and even providing my information to HR--has resulted in zero follow-up. I have been a loyal customer at Vape City for two years, ALWAYS saving my rewards points. On March 22nd, I confirmed with a staff member in-store that I had a balance of over $200. I used a portion of those points for a purchase that day; however, when I got home the vape did not work and that is when all the trouble began. While the guy I spoke with eventually located my account after a call to someone else, the account has since vanished entirely. I am now being told the system cannot find any record of my phone number or my two years of accrued points. Please note they changed/updated their "systems". The Facts: Verified Balance: Confirmed in-store on March 22nd as being over $200. Due Diligence: I have contacted support, visited the store multiple times, and spoke with HR. The Result: No one has contacted me, and the only "solution" offered was a staff member telling me, "Hopefully they find your rewards." "Hopefully" isn't a business solution for missing funds. I have spent a significant amount of money at this establishment over the last 24 months, and I expect my account and the rewards I earned to be restored. I am looking for a manager or corporate representative to reach out and resolve this immediately.

I really can't believe that anyone would leave a person like JD behind the counter of any business…read more I am an anger management and addiction counselor subcontracted by Harris County and several churches throughout the greater Houston area. I have seen some of the most alarming behavior that you can imagine. The experience that I had today kind of blew my mind...and I have been doing this for many years. I usually see behavior like this during therapy and not out in the public in such a place that is meant to be a chill spot. I can't make a bad recommendation on the business as I have had very pleasant experiences there in the past with everyone that I have encountered. Today was different...alarmingly different and very disappointing as I saw someone who may be a father crumble so easily into whatever it was that is going on in his life as if I was the person of which he had conflict with. I stood in disbelief of what I was witnessing, but knew it so well Shaking hands, pacing, facial contortions, flush skin, enlarged and darting eyes along with a loud voice of accusation as to me being the reason for the loss of his composure. It's a very common condition for those that have experienced trauma and have not received the tools to understand how to cope with it. I deal with this every day What I don't normally see, is it occurring with such magnitude in a place of business. JD's eyes were flashing around from place to place with a look like he wanted to assault me. Also, very common with those that with anger issues. At one point, he approached me way too closely with eyes that I've seen before during rage... all I asked him to do was call his manager Without going on and on about it, you can imagine my surprise and concern with such behavior in a place of business. It actually induced concern for my safety and anyone else that may encounter him in that state. I tried a couple of my go to approaches that are usually very effective situations like this but JD was locked in, so I decided to just leave. I've always had a hard time walking away from someone who is in distress, so I went home and got my card to give JD in case maybe he would be willing to discuss what happened later once he and maybe I could arrange for him to receive some therapy. My attempt only seemed to further enrage him. I hope ownership or management is monitoring this review as JD refused to give me the number to his manager.
