I purchased two packages of frozen marinated beef burgers from this store. When I got home and…read moreopened one of the packages to cook it, I immediately noticed a strong foul odor, making me concerned that the product was no longer safe to eat. I checked both packages for an expiration or "best by" date but could not find one anywhere on the packaging. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Omar), to explain the situation. He told me that there are no rules requiring expiration dates on frozen meat and stated that "frozen meat doesn't expire." He also assured me that I could return the product for a refund. After driving back to the store, Omar refused to honor what he had promised. Instead, he continued insisting that frozen meat does not expire and declined to issue a refund. I was disappointed not only by the quality of the product but also by the way the situation was handled. I expected the store to stand behind the products it sells and to honor the resolution that was promised. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had. I hope the store improves its product labeling, quality control, and customer service.

Another group of four arrived about 30 minutes before closing and was refused service altogether. If you decide to visit, make sure you arrive with plenty of time before closing, because it appears the posted closing time may not reflect when they actually stop serving customers. The food was enjoyable, but based on the service and how unwelcome we were made to feel, I doubt I will return.
