The drinks he did provide were cans and not bottles. Multiple people including bride and grooms parents went to buy alcohol and water for people. He said we (wedding couple) would be made signature drinks...we received never received those drinks or any alcohol for the toast with our plates or later on that night. Worse of all he did not provide enough food for our guests. We told him to have food for 150 people, their was only 130 people including all the vendors, and about 10 guests who left hungry that night because they ran out of food!! Their website says they regulate the food, but they did not. On top of that we told him TWICE that I (the Groom) was allergic to shellfish and he still placed shrimp all over my plate. He does not pay attention to details or safety instructions. Ghozt Grillz did not provide a wedding experience and almost sent me to the hospital for the shellfish allergy. My friend decided on the chicken and waffles. The food came out in an acceptable amount of time and piping hot. We did have to ask for our beverages and they were quickly brought out. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, bursting with flavor from the multiple ingredients. I asked for butter but ultimately didn't need it because they were delicious with just a hint of syrup because they were already sweet. They came with 4 chicken wings (flats) which I appreciated because I don't like when the chicken is strips. The chicken wings were seasoned and fried to perfection, as were the catfish strips. Just the right amount of batter and seasoning to be crunchy but still flaky and melt in your mouth delicious. The greens were to die for!!! Cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. I added a few dashes of hot sauce and they hit the spot. It reminded me of my childhood and I longed for some good cornbread to sop up the remaining pot liquor . But I digress lol. The restaurant was located in a convenient and easy to find location with plenty of parking. Clean tables and facility. I observed the staff washing their hands multiple times throughout the visit. Overall, everything was excellent and I'll definitely be returning to try other menu offerings. A few things to note: Definitely make a reservation. They do not split checks. It's one check for the entire table so figure it out and make it easy for them. Debit and credit cards only. They also offer Chef Curated Catering experiences and party and event rentals.
