This is a lovely place. Clean and The staff are always very welcoming. I have been there twice ( I'm afraid it's becoming an addiction!)and yet to find something I didn't like. I was there on the day someone came in with their dog. I saw their comments posted about being asked to leave. I and another patron witnessed everything that happened and her comments are untrue. It staff handled the situation professionally and she was NOT asked to leave. As a dog lover myself, I was surprised at the level of entitlement on the part of the customer, she basically interrogated the staff on the type of allergy they had to dogs, even suggesting an EpiPen. We all deserve to be treated with consideration and respect, customers and staff alike. This store is a hidden gem. read more

Super cute spot! I got the German chocolate cake, vanilla cupcakes, and Ana's special drink. The cupcakes were perfectly moist with just the right amount of sweetness, not overly sweet at all. The coffee was really good too. It didn't taste watered down even after the ice melted. The interior is adorable, though I wish there were a few more seats. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the exterior is picture-perfect. You can spot it right away. Very disappointed in the service. I waited while two young ladies behind the counter chatted and never acknowledged my presence. The cashier saw me and also said nothing to them. This establishment asked a patron to go outside with their service dog to be served. This was a humiliating experience for the disabled person -- and an illegal one. Businesses are required under the ADA to accommodate service animals, and this staff and the owner clearly hasn't been trained on that basic obligation. Going out in public is already hard enough for someone with a disability. Being asked to leave, in front of other customers, made it that much worse. No one should have to feel embarrassed or singled out just for having the accommodation they're legally entitled to. This business needs real ADA training, and soon -- before another customer is treated this way. read more

Came in to kill some time my daughter got a strawberry cupcake and I got an iced oatmilk latte. I didn't try but apparently the cake part of the cupcake was very good! Icing just regular but still good. My latte however omg so much grind at the bottom. I couldn't take a sip without grind. Please adjust the courseness of your bean or change the filter basket. I experienced horrible customer service and instead of apologizing she is taking down my review. I can only imagine how many other reviews she is reporting as spam to delete. She fixed our order but at the cost of being rude to my teen daughter and continued to gossip about the situation to her husband. The owner is closed minded when it came to the issue we experienced and was very rude. She was dismissive when it came to feedback and process improvement. She lacks to take accountability of her attitude and keeps removing our negative review/experience from google. She continues to defend her actions by talking about and focusing on the speciality menu and lacks to see the misalignment between the paper menu and gaps in the ordering process. It was my first time here however I've heard good things about this place. I saw on their Instagram page that they had a new drink of the week: the iced white chocolate espresso with a peppermint cold foam topped with crushed candy cane (although on Instagram it showed Christmas sprinkles) so I had to try it. It was very tasty, perfect amount of sweetness to coffee taste. I do wish I got the sprinkles on top but that's really no big deal. Service was fine, ambiance was nice and quiet because I came near the end of their closing time. All in all I would come again. read more

This place makes some of the best cakes that I've ever had. The cake they made for my daughter's wedding was better than expected and the creativity of the grooms cake was amazing. Been almost 2 years now and they still talk about how good the cake was. Thought it was a nice touch that at the one year anniversary they made a cake for them rather than freezing top layer. We walked in off the street just passing by and looking for a place to grab a coffee. The service staff was friendly and the place itself was super cute. My hubby ordered an iced coffee with a splash of almond milk. It was more like 3 shots of espresso with 1/2 glass of almond milk. After first taste, he was thankful for all the almond milk to offset how strong the iced coffee was. We also tried the cake extra's from the refrigerator. It was very cold so we waited for it to come to room temperature. We both thought the cake flavor was good but the icing tasted like something straight out of a can from the grocery store. I grew up with my grandmother and not my sister making homemade icing, this tasted like. 1 compared to their 10. Not sure what it consisted of but was not eaten by us after the first taste. We did not try the amazing looking cookies so can't comment on them but they did look yummy. They are a small business and I don't think they claim themselves on Yelp. This was my second time trying to get something from this place me and my wife had already knew what we wanted the goodies look good and couldn't wait to try them. But due to only one person behind the counter we did not get anything the customer in front of us wanted to wait till her order was done to let the woman behind the counter know that her coffee was wrong I put the blame on both of them one for not asking iced coffee or hot and the other for not telling she wanted her coffee hot . The wait time was about 15-20 minutes before I decided to put back the pudding I was gonna get we were also gonna he a few cupcakes they had but couldn't due to the long wait, the first time we were there the girl behind the counter was a little rude and the customer service could improve a whole lot as well as the attitude of some of the employees working there I think maybe just hire more people to help out. I might give it one more try if they haven't shut down by then due to lack of customer service. read more

I'm very disappointed and I don't appreciate how the cashier belittle my mom and was very rude! This past Friday I recommended my mom to try the nutcracker seasonal drink with almond milk(which was not made with almond milk, after being charged for it).She paid with a $100 bill. My mother explained to me that the cashier was very rude and will not be going back. My mother told me how the cashier went to the back to get her change and when she returned with only $84.50, the cashier explained to my mom that she hadn't been charged and still had to pay which didn't make sense because she only gave her $84.50 back in change instead of $100. As my mom explained to the cashier, this doesn't add up because she wasn't giving her $100 back in change the cashier rudely told her again she was wrong and turned back to the other worker and told her can you explain it to her, she's not getting it! The other confused worker clearly understood what my mom was explaining to her and corrected the rude cashier. I've been to this cafe so many times, it's one of my favorites. I've always had a great experience and wonderful service. I don't know which cashier this was because I've never had a rude cashier attend me before but after the experience my mom had she was very embarrassed from the way she was spoken to and treated. It doesn't hurt to listen, be patient and kind. Do better! read more

As someone who lives in Houston Heights and is surrounded by restaurants, and bakeries. This is my honest review. So on Friday, I walked into this bakery that used to be a Pizza shop, CBD bakery. Much to my surprise the location had changed hands. The owner who was sweet and engaging let me know how they acquired the space. I ordered a stuffed oatmeal cookie that was AMAZING. Then I went on my way. Later I came back at 5:15 because I needed to kill some time before dinner at the Railroad restaurant and got a fun iced coffee. As I sat there drinking my fun caffeine delight. People were coming in to pick up some fun cakes and loads of cookies. The cakes were for weddings, birthdays, and gender reveal. It was entertaining watching all the patrons pleased and joyously surprised. It was about closing time so as I was leaving was inspired to get a cinnamon roll for breakfast. OMG, it was amazing 1000 times better than Cinnabun. I would highly recommend this place and will be going back when in Rosenburg again. read more
