Our first time!! Stopped by this afternoon, 8/11/26, at about 7pm. Ordered a cold brew cinnamon brown sugar foam and a vanilla caramel iced latte. They were super yummy. But the bestest part and what made my experience memorable was the outstanding customer service provided by the beautiful young lady at the register today. She was AMAZING! HELPFUL AND VERY KIND AND SWEET! I felt at peace when she said they will make a new drink at no cost if I don't like it. Thats when "First Cup Coffee" gained another loyal customer. I'm giving the two stars for the ambiance and friendly staff. It's a very cute place and has so much potential. For this visit, I got my family 2 cold brews with sweet cream cold foam and mocha sauce, 2 cinnamon rolls and a blueberry scone. The cold brews were bitter and not smooth at all. The cinnamon rolls were the driest we've ever had - seriously. My daughter was dunking hers into her drink to try to help it. Along with the scone also being desert dry it tasted like burnt butter. Small corner coffee shop on Rosenberg across a subdivision- it's pretty new so I gave it a try. They didn't have 4 items that I was trying to order so ended up with the quiche and pecan roll. My coffee (Americano) tasted burnt so not a fan. The other cup was a White Chocolate Mocha and it tasted pretty flat. Quiche and Pecan roll were a win! Pecan Roll is super rich yet flaky. Ambiance is alright- music is too loud for zoom meetings and maybe even studying. Would I come back? Probably not so I'll give it 3 stars because the decor was descent. read more

Very nice service and the place is great for studying and working, I would literally recommend 100%. Only problem I had is I think they gave me a drink with milk even when I requested and asked again for them to use almond milk because I'm lactose intolerant. My stomach has been turned around since my visit. At first I asked for no cinnamon but the person taking the order was not the one making it so they had to redo, when the other person re-did it the coffee was good but tasted like milk so I went and asked again just to make sure. Anyway might have been the coffee I'm not sure but due to that I won't be going back. They have ample seating to sit and enjoy your drink or food without feeling crowded. One thing I noticed different about this coffee shop is that they have small office rooms you can rent by the hour. This is super convenient, especially to host meetings or get some studying done. wanted to try the new coffee shop in my area and ordered a strawberry matcha ! the matcha itself was good but the service was absolutely terrible. i walked in early one morning and 2 girls were working, i heard in there conversation one of them being called irene a other was close friend of hers? she had long black hair and her teeth would show when she talked or smile. i tried getting their attention to order but they ignored me for a couple mins while i heard them talking bad about the other baristas? this itself is incredibly unprofessional, having a customer wait and then have to wait because the two employees are busy gossiping about other barista? first of all, do it in the back, second of all, saying things like they don't like her personality and talking bad about her body is INSANE! not to mention how they were angry about the customer in the drive through? i never write reviews but this was just not it. i will definitely not be coming back here, the service means a lot to me and i can't come back here knowing this place hires people who talk so bad about others !!!! customer or employee!
