Not sure if the guy working the line outside is new or not but his customer service is horrible. He walked up to the car and didnt even speak. Just stood there. Then when he asked if we wanted to leave a tip we said yes, he pressed something on his ipad and he just walked away. Even with his rudeness, my daughter was still going to tip. So not sure if he selected his own tip or what. He never even told us which car to follow behind until 5-8 minutes later. By this time the line had gotten long and you're actually supposed to zig zag the line. The directions are even posted outside when you drive up. This place is hit or miss. The one consistent lady thats always nice is Hailey. read more

Got the Golden Eagle Blended Freeze®- (creamy Espresso, Caramel & Vanilla w/ Caramel Drizzle). It was good, but honestly so sweet. And I have a huge sweet tooth too. Got a 24 oz to share with the bf, and it was plenty given how sweet it was. For less than $7, reasonably priced. Drive-thru was busy, but the wait wasn't terrible. read more

Took way too long. And they have a sign that says the people taking orders will be "zig-zag" to take orders and the guy wasn't

For starters this location used to be nice. It is a busy location I get that, but that is no excuse. You have 7-8 people inside standing around half of them chatting not doing anything to help the long unnecessary wait time. It's always a wait whether if you order at the pick up window or drive thru. It's pointless to order ahead using the app. Almost every time I have done so I have had to wait 10 or more minutes for one drink. There's usually one worker outside taking orders or chit chatting with a customer while both lanes are long. If the other lane is empty customers drive up to the other lane and get serviced before all the other cars that were already waiting. The workers see you have an order already order ahead and prepared yet they are too lazy to step outside to hand it to you while you wait for the cars to move forward, instead they hand it over to you once you finally arrive to the drive thru window and it's melted by then. I also witnessed a driver in front of me complain of the exact things I'm stating in this review, however the team lead I encountered on this particular day was pretty much a joke. For a Sunday late morning the service was trash. I go to multiple locations and NEVER had an issue or ridiculous wait time no matter the time or day. Do Better Dutch Bros Rosenberg! read more

I've been there plenty of times and everyone has always been pleasant. Today was a completely different experience. My daughter and I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ian. His upbeat demeanor and friendliness made ordering fun! I know it's just a drink, but I truly appreciate his patience because the line was long and it was the end of his shift. Shout out to Ian for being the GOAT! read more

The line was long but the staff was very efficient with getting everyone through as quickly as possible. They were very organized with taking everyone's orders and collecting payments. Someone was walking up to each car to take orders and payments to help get through the line quicker. And there were two lines to keep everyone from crowding. There was also staff to bring out the orders to your car as soon as it was ready. Everyone is very friendly. The drinks and snacks were great as usual. read more

It's like Starbucks meets Chick-fil-A here. I've only tried Dutch Bros one other time prior to this visit. One of my coworkers decided to buy me coffee from here. I got an Americano and it was strong like jet fuel. At that time, DB wasn't so close to my area. When I found they branched out near me, I just had to check them out. When I arrived, there were 2 drive thru lanes. I didn't see an intercom to order. So, I just drove right up to the drive thru window. The barista confirmed that I could order at the window, and she was super nice. The vibe at the drive thru window was chill and the music playing was great. Also, like Chick-fil-A, there was a barista taking orders with an iPad behind my car, since I was already ordering at the drive thru window. This spot knows about efficiency. I did order a hot americano again today at their small size with oat milk and sugar. I asked the barista for a recommendation for a coffee drink for my lil bro who likes chocolate, and she made an iced drink with aromatic coffee, caramel, and chocolate. My americano was good and strong. It was pretty comparable to Starbucks. My lil bro really enjoyed his iced coffee drink. He said the coffee was fragrant and the chocolate and caramel flavor were great. His complaints were that there was too much ice in his drink and that his drink was pretty sweet. Next time, we'll see if we can ask for less ice and tone down the sweetness of the drinks. Of note, it seems that the cup sizes are larger at DB than at Starbucks. I was able to pay for the drinks using the DB app after loading enough funds into it. The barista just had to scan the app's QR code. My hope would be that they might be able to have an order ahead option on their app for ease of picking up drinks in no time. Maybe have an order ahead lane as well. Come check them out if you're in the area. read more

They actually blend a drink correctly compared to the Sugar Land location. Their espresso is well made- not burnt or under extracted. My calorie conscious order is a sugar free hazelnut mocha no soft top yes to drizzle with nonfat milk. Google has plenty of ways to make the drinks custom and fit to your dietary needs. If it's your first time- heads up regular drinks are super sweet (we're talking 50-60g sugar and 800+ calories. This shop has something for everyone. Their eagle eye is crazy good- an equivalent to caramel macchiato. You can order this as a sugar free eagle eye with nonfat milk to save in calories. read more

Coffee-holic here. Just stopped at Dutch Bros. for the first time. Friendly greeting as we walked up and smiling service. The coffee itself is really good, smooth and delicious. I drink mine straight up black with light ice and I can say there is not an acidic, bite back to it like you get from another place. Very smooth. Try it! You won't be sorry. We will be back for sure. read more

Great coffee and drinks. Non-communist company. Better than Starbucks. Lines move fast.

Coffee tasty but the drive thru is very slow. Staff was nice. Interesting choices on the menu. Will try another location.

Service is always friendly and efficient. Drinks are always 10/10 delicious. Definitely recommend if you want a quick and yummy drink.

This place is pretty awesome! I went there on opening day at 6 am and the vibe by everyone was great. People smiling, playing corn hole, having a good time. There were only a few cars but service was fast but the staff still took the 30 seconds to be personable. I ordered an iced latte with coconut, caramel, and an extra shot. Good stuff! I look forward to trying other drinks, they say Golden Eagle is good. read more

Use to be consistent and had great service. Now the staff is full of kids who get your order wrong and give you attitude about it. You'll get better service at the 711 next door. Girl who worked the window at about 6:00 am on 5-13 to be specific. read more

Well our first visit here to try out this new place, Dutch Bros. Coffee. Went thru the drive thru, they have 2 lanes with 2 display boards what you would think one menu and one to order, nope! The two lanes come back into one lane and employees have to take your order on a i-pad type device. Doesn't make much sense! But after getting our order, and trying our drinks we will come back, just May go inside to get our order. But you will have to try it yourself and see! read more

I got an iced golden eagle and loved it. This was my first time there. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Would go back again

Extremely unprofessional staff. I went to the walk up window to order two small drinks and waited for an eternity. As I'd been waiting for almost 15 minutes, another customer walks up to the window, places an order, and his order is ready (almost immediately) before mine. The worker looks at me and says sorry we are taking so long as the drive thru customers take priority. I ask how the other walk up customer received his order before me, she says because he's a regular. What?? I was livid. To top things off, the Aqua Berry tea that I finally received was the worst tea I'd ever had! It literally tasted like water flavored with syrup, and I asked for black tea as the base. You could literally see through that tea. Thus, terrible, discriminatory service and a bad product equals me not returning! Get it together! read more

Wow. 25 minutes in line for drinks that took 2 minutes to assemble. The cup was filled to the top with ice. I find this drive through so inefficient. Had COVID and wanted a little pick me up via an iced chai latte. Took the first sip and immediately noticed caffeine was in my drink. I'm an avid coffee drinker so I Know. I Circle back, got out of my car, and went to the window to ask if there was any caffeine in my drink. I was told by the barista that someone added a shot of espresso to my order; which clearly was not me. It was remade and overall the drink itself was OK. I was really hoping for a Matcha or similar drink but they only had jasmine green tea. read more

Love the coffee and the service but the drive through moves ENTIRELY TOO SLOW!!!! I went this past Sunday morning at 6:20 and was the 3rd car in line. I drove off at 6:41with 1 car still ahead of me to order. I know they are trying to provide a great customer service experience but 1 car every 10+ minutes is too long so I ended up leaving along with the 2 cars that came after me. Great place but gotta work faster for a drive through especially after just opening on a Sunday morning. Really wanted my coffee but couldn't be late for work waiting. read more

It's just unbelievable the wait time for customers in line each customer hast to have about five minutes conversation before getting the next customers drink. It's great to socialize with your customers but if you got people in line trying to get to work, there's no excuse for anyone to have to wait in line for 20 minutes for one cup of coffee. read more
