Not sure if the guy working the line outside is new or not but his customer service is horrible. He walked up to the car and didnt even speak. Just stood there. Then when he asked if we wanted to leave a tip we said yes, he pressed something on his ipad and he just walked away. Even with his rudeness, my daughter was still going to tip. So not sure if he selected his own tip or what. He never even told us which car to follow behind until 5-8 minutes later. For starters this location used to be nice. It is a busy location I get that, but that is no excuse. You have 7-8 people inside standing around half of them chatting not doing anything to help the long unnecessary wait time. It's always a wait whether if you order at the pick up window or drive thru. It's pointless to order ahead using the app. Almost every time I have done so I have had to wait 10 or more minutes for one drink. There's usually one worker outside taking orders or chit chatting with a customer while both lanes are long. If the other lane is empty customers drive up to the other lane and get serviced before all the other cars that were already waiting. The workers see you have an order already order ahead and prepared yet they are too lazy to step outside to hand it to you while you wait for the cars to move forward, instead they hand it over to you once you finally arrive to the drive thru window and it's melted by then. I also witnessed a driver in front of me complain of the exact things I'm stating in this review, however the team lead I encountered on this particular day was pretty much a joke. The line was long but the staff was very efficient with getting everyone through as quickly as possible. They were very organized with taking everyone's orders and collecting payments. Someone was walking up to each car to take orders and payments to help get through the line quicker. And there were two lines to keep everyone from crowding. It's like Starbucks meets Chick-fil-A here. I've only tried Dutch Bros one other time prior to this visit. One of my coworkers decided to buy me coffee from here. I got an Americano and it was strong like jet fuel. At that time, DB wasn't so close to my area. When I found they branched out near me, I just had to check them out. When I arrived, there were 2 drive thru lanes. I didn't see an intercom to order. So, I just drove right up to the drive thru window. The barista confirmed that I could order at the window, and she was super nice. The vibe at the drive thru window was chill and the music playing was great. Also, like Chick-fil-A, there was a barista taking orders with an iPad behind my car, since I was already ordering at the drive thru window. This spot knows about efficiency. I did order a hot americano again today at their small size with oat milk and sugar. I asked the barista for a recommendation for a coffee drink for my lil bro who likes chocolate, and she made an iced drink with aromatic coffee, caramel, and chocolate. My americano was good and strong. It was pretty comparable to Starbucks. My lil bro really enjoyed his iced coffee drink. He said the coffee was fragrant and the chocolate and caramel flavor were great. His complaints were that there was too much ice in his drink and that his drink was pretty sweet. Next time, we'll see if we can ask for less ice and tone down the sweetness of the drinks. Of note, it seems that the cup sizes are larger at DB than at Starbucks. I was able to pay for the drinks using the DB app after loading enough funds into it. The barista just had to scan the app's QR code. My hope would be that they might be able to have an order ahead option on their app for ease of picking up drinks in no time. Maybe have an order ahead lane as well. I love this location. I love coffee and decided to try them for the first time when they first opened. The coffee is always on point. I normally get the Golden Eagle iced or Mocha coffee. The workers are friendly and they are quick when making the drinks. If there's a long line, it does move pretty fast. read more

They actually blend a drink correctly compared to the Sugar Land location. Their espresso is well made- not burnt or under extracted. My calorie conscious order is a sugar free hazelnut mocha no soft top yes to drizzle with nonfat milk. Google has plenty of ways to make the drinks custom and fit to your dietary needs. If it's your first time- heads up regular drinks are super sweet (we're talking 50-60g sugar and 800+ calories. This shop has something for everyone. Their eagle eye is crazy good- an equivalent to caramel macchiato. You can order this as a sugar free eagle eye with nonfat milk to save in calories. read more

Well our first visit here to try out this new place, Dutch Bros. Coffee. Went thru the drive thru, they have 2 lanes with 2 display boards what you would think one menu and one to order, nope! The two lanes come back into one lane and employees have to take your order on a i-pad type device. Doesn't make much sense! But after getting our order, and trying our drinks we will come back, just May go inside to get our order. But you will have to try it yourself and see! read more

Extremely unprofessional staff. I went to the walk up window to order two small drinks and waited for an eternity. As I'd been waiting for almost 15 minutes, another customer walks up to the window, places an order, and his order is ready (almost immediately) before mine. I drove off at 6:41with 1 car still ahead of me to order.
