Dear Smoothie King Team, I visited your store and ordered two 20 oz smoothies. Instead, I was given two 20 oz smoothies and one 32 oz smoothie, which I did not want. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was told I could not receive a refund because the store was "backed up" and the manager was too busy. I only wanted the two 20 oz smoothies I originally ordered. The lack of resolution, especially after I left a tip, was very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don't have the same experience. Sincerely, Local neighbor read more

Today I went too to my weekly Angel Food 32 oz upgrade today at 9:06 PM I noticed their was a longer wait time than usual it seem their was a single employee working taking order and making smoothies which is understandable but when I got my smoothie it was totally unexpected it was super water down it was more like a juice... than a smoothie I tried calling to address the matter nobody picked up the phone to attend unfortunately I was very disappointed very unpleasant experience. read more

I love their drinks. Refreshing and tasty!! They have a wide assortment of flavors and calories

You've been hit by... you've been struck by... a smoothie criminal. With these prices and with inconsistent service and the fact that it's a chain then if they mess it up they're definitely supposed to give you another one. These guys won't always do that. That's the reason for the rating even though the smoothies can be pretty good. read more

Smoothie King - You've been struck by a smoothie criminal - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Rosenberg, Texas

This location is horrible they will not edit your smoothies to your liking. They always say they don't have that option as if they can't physically make the change. And the person taking the order was like well all smoothie king locations are different. Yes they are. At every other smoothie king location they will make the smoothie to your liking. This is the last time I will come here unless they change ownership/management. Their customer service is horrible and they don't care.and to top it off my smoothie wasn't even a full 20 oz. read more

Smoothie King - Short changed on product - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Rosenberg, Texas

Visited on a Sunday morning. The service was fast. The pumpkin D-lite was like a pumpkin pie in a cup. Delicious. Also ordered the PB Swizzler. It was made perfectly and was tasty. The employees were very friendly and made suggestions of different pumpkin smoothies. The place was clean or organized and decorated nice. read more

If I could give their customer service, no stars, I would. The drive-through cashier thought today would be a nice day to go back-and-forth on the name of the crunch bowl and then to and to cherry on top decided calling me a liar, about having granola on the side ,would be suitable tactic for their lack of customer service skills. I initially stopped visiting this location for a reason, but i had forgotten and decided to visit today and boy did they remind me why Smoothie King is never an option regardless of how close it is to my house. read more

They customer service is good and they always make the drinks fast. But, every time I order a drink I'm left feeling sick. I don't believe they're cleaning the containers properly or adding fresh ingredients. I've been to other locations and never experience this. read more

I ordered a skinny angel food smoothie which comes with banana in it. It clearly did NOT have banana in there so I went back. Instead of making it right, they just argued with me. Poor poor customer service. read more

Nobody even served us at the drive through window, but the person two minutes after us got their smoothie. Bad service.

Horrible customer service. This encounter was the last draw for me. Not coming g here again. I have had better experience at other locations. The first time I came in I wanted to use the free upgrade on Friday. I had not updated the app and was informed I couldn't get it. I updated app at this location in Front of them and they still didn't give me a free upgrade. I took it as miscommunication. 2nd time was just brash service. 3rd time, today, i ordered my smoothie as 20 pz and pointed out the free upgrade. The manager who attended me said I need to say I want free upgrade and not to order it as a 20 oz. Or else I will be given a 20oz. I showed him the QR code for it too and he proceeds to tell me I don't have it just to show me on my phone that I did have it open. His excuse was most customers have the wrong one open. His entire attitude and tone is horrible. I work in customer service and coming in here feels like I should be lucky enough to be there. I got my money back and told him his customer service is horrible to which he responded "go to another location". Forget helping out local franchise owner when this service is horrible. read more

Good luck getting someone who speaks English well enough to take your order correctly. Then they lied about the discounts, which I didn't realize until after I got home and looked at my receipt. Manager didn't care when I called. I used to go to this location weekly with my kids as a treat. They lost quite a bit of business just with Is. And after seeing the other reviews, looks like I'm not alone. They had to have changed management because it used to be a great location. So sad. read more

We asked if they had a strawberry and banana smoothie and were told "this isn't the place for you." Who tells customers to leave instead of just making a suggestion? Won't be back. read more

Horrible customer service from the manager , he is rude , he likes to be confrontational. Very disrespectful to women and when you pay for extra he says it's enough already . Even when you have chunks of ice in your smoothie he still says it's nothing wrong with smoothie & he will Not remake it. read more

This smoothie King took 25 min with my order. Super slow and had the audacity to ask for a tip BAD service.

My daughter just had her wisdom teeth removed and wanted a smoothie, they refused to give her a spoon!! It was to my liking. It helped me on my weight loss journey. They was able to give me exactly what I wanted

Ehh, very inconsistent with making my smoothie (Daily Warrior) correctly. Some days it's good, some days it taste watery. Think there needs to be some more leadership in there instead of a bunch of high schoolers running the store. I've switched to the smoothie king on hwy 6 now. read more

I went in today to order a 4oz smoothie and I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally by a young girl with a serious attitude when my smoothie was made wrong and asked for a refund. When I asked if her being rude was necessary and asked her name she proudly spelled it for me.. so thanks for the rude and hateful service KIMBERLY... I won't b back. read more

Came in a few months ago, and had tried several different things. I'd been more than once to this location and it was mediocre. I wish they had more flavor varieties for what they cost. Terrible, slow, unprofessional customer service. I came though the driveway today and the employees held up the line laughing, talking etc. to the car in front of me. They held up the entire drive thru line to goof around. How very unpro read more

I love this location! When they first opened it took a while for the staff to learn to properly mix in a timely fashion, but that's fair. Now they serve everything with speed and good quality. Sometimes there is a bit of a line in the drive through but that's customer error because you are in and out if you go inside where it's always nice and clean. read more

This is the worst location ever. I told the young teenagers that I ordered chocolate and it looked more like vanilla. They didn't want to make me another. It tasted watered down and chalky. I'll keep going to my location in Magnolia since they pay attention to detail and don't cut on the products to cheat on the customers. So sad. Very disappointed. read more

I went to drive thru and who ever attended us did so poorly on customer service they weren't even listening to what I was asking I kept repeating my self and they kept ignoring my question Finally they did and they still fail to answer my question and just their voice was soo bad like if they hated their job or something it was barely 9:30 am like seriously!! And when she attend us through the window she had a bad attitude. Never again will I come I would rather get a smoothie from McDonald's that's how bad their customer service was. read more

Received an email offer from smoothie king that today was buy one get one feee in honor of Presidents' Day. I arrived at 8am and was directed to a note on the door that says It starts at 2pm. this location has the worst customer service by far the female who was on shift on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 3:30pm on Veterans Day needs to be fired. For starters she cut me off in the middle of me explaining that I received an email stating that veterans to get a free smoothie, she was very rude and not enthusiastic at all. we all have bad days but there's no need to bring your negativity to work. this needs to be addressed and I will continue to leave his horrible reviews until something is done about it because this is not the first time that she's been rude to me and to all the customers that come inside the store. read more
