Dear Smoothie King Team, I visited your store and ordered two 20 oz smoothies. Instead, I was given two 20 oz smoothies and one 32 oz smoothie, which I did not want. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was told I could not receive a refund because the store was "backed up" and the manager was too busy. I only wanted the two 20 oz smoothies I originally ordered. The lack of resolution, especially after I left a tip, was very disappointing and unprofessional. Visited on a Sunday morning. The service was fast. The pumpkin D-lite was like a pumpkin pie in a cup. Delicious. Also ordered the PB Swizzler. It was made perfectly and was tasty. This location is horrible they will not edit your smoothies to your liking. They always say they don't have that option as if they can't physically make the change. And the person taking the order was like well all smoothie king locations are different. Yes they are. At every other smoothie king location they will make the smoothie to your liking. The drive-through cashier thought today would be a nice day to go back-and-forth on the name of the crunch bowl and then to and to cherry on top decided calling me a liar, about having granola on the side ,would be suitable tactic for their lack of customer service skills. Horrible customer service. This encounter was the last draw for me. Not coming g here again. I have had better experience at other locations. The first time I came in I wanted to use the free upgrade on Friday. I had not updated the app and was informed I couldn't get it. I updated app at this location in Front of them and they still didn't give me a free upgrade. I took it as miscommunication. 2nd time was just brash service. 3rd time, today, i ordered my smoothie as 20 pz and pointed out the free upgrade. The manager who attended me said I need to say I want free upgrade and not to order it as a 20 oz. Or else I will be given a 20oz. I showed him the QR code for it too and he proceeds to tell me I don't have it just to show me on my phone that I did have it open. His excuse was most customers have the wrong one open. His entire attitude and tone is horrible. I work in customer service and coming in here feels like I should be lucky enough to be there. I got my money back and told him his customer service is horrible to which he responded "go to another location". Forget helping out local franchise owner when this service is horrible. read more

Good luck getting someone who speaks English well enough to take your order correctly. Then they lied about the discounts, which I didn't realize until after I got home and looked at my receipt. Manager didn't care when I called. I used to go to this location weekly with my kids as a treat. They lost quite a bit of business just with Is. And after seeing the other reviews, looks like I'm not alone. They had to have changed management because it used to be a great location. So sad. read more

Came in a few months ago, and had tried several different things. I'd been more than once to this location and it was mediocre. I wish they had more flavor varieties for what they cost. It is a bit pricey. Maybe send out more coupons to get people in. I didn't come until I was sent coupons. read more

I love this location! When they first opened it took a while for the staff to learn to properly mix in a timely fashion, but that's fair. Now they serve everything with speed and good quality. Sometimes there is a bit of a line in the drive through but that's customer error because you are in and out if you go inside where it's always nice and clean. read more
