A small, clean, and pretty juice place with friendly staff and fast service. I love the smoothies here. I could taste the fruits that were used to blend into smoothies. So fresh and so yummy. The açaí bowls tasted awesome too. To me, the bowls could be meal replacements because the portions are big and they make me so full. Definitely worth it! They sell cold pressed juices too. They have small containers of sample juices for you to try before purchasing. This is a nice gesture. This is definitely a staple place for me whenever I want something healthy.

Love coming after a workout session knowing I'm getting actual Whole Foods into my body after the gainzzzz Every other item I've had here have been good, I enjoy how they give out free samples of their pressed juices!

Berry blast and protein punch - both delicious

We love their smoothies - we tried Berry Blast and Protein Punch our first visit, and they've become our go-to's. They add zero ice to their smoothies! I also liked Java Nut, which has raw honey - I do think it could be less sweet though. We were looking for other smoothies on the menu, but the others don't quite have as much fruit other than banana, chocolate or with coconut. It would be great if they'd add more options for fruit smoothies. Still, we love their smoothies. There are a lot of juices, bowls, and even toast options as well that I'm looking forward to trying sometime. Their rewards and promotions are totally worth signing up for. They have a decent number of deals you can take advantage of. Brings the cost of smoothies and juices from $10 to $5

The smoothie bowls here are so good!! Seriously the yogurt tastes like ice cream in a non melty way. Such a good treat on a warm day. Lots of variety to suit every palate including chocolate and fruity flavors. The ingredients are all fresh and facility is clean and interior is so cute! The service was very friendly and helpful which I appreciated as the menu intimidated me a little bit with its abundance. We tried the açaí nut bowls and also the mango smoothie and chocolate one, all of them were good. They have a drive thru so I will def hit this place up next time I'm in the area!

PB&J smoothie with pea protein added

I've been to Main Squeeze before but this was my first visit at this location. I got the PB&J smoothie with pea protein added. Delicious and tasted exactly as it should. Everything here is plant based and their smoothies don't use ice fillers, only whole frozen fruits, so the smoothie was thick and filling unlike tropical smoothie. The staff was friendly and the store is nice, with some good seats around. I sat on the couch and enjoyed my smoothie. Looking forward to visiting again.

Loved the selection, and even the samples that they offer. The service was very friendly and helpful. And question I had was answered without question. The place was very clean and lit very well. Wasn't in the establishment much since my first time but will be coming back to get my 5 day juice cleanse. Great job Main Squeeze

The healthiest acai nut bowl I've ever had, hands down. The establishment was neat, and the service was spot on. Yes, they have free samples for the juice bar to try from. The ingredients were very detailed, and if there's an ingredient that you don't know or understand, there is a book that will bridge the gap for you. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that loves smoothies, acai bowls and juices.

Close up of the juices and free samples!

First time in and let me just say I absolutely LOVE this place! I walked in and was greeted by several members of staff yelling, "Hi! Welcome to Main Squeeze!" That right there let me know I was in the right place. Michelle walked from behind the counter and asked if it was my first time in. I told her it was and she began giving me a run-down on everything they offered. She informed me that they offer plenty of options for juicing and took me over to the fridge where they were held. She talked me through some of the different juices, pointing out her favorites and the different health benefits based on the ingredients. After sampling about half of the juices, I decided to order one of the bowls. I initially was going to go with the Pitaya Bowl because I've tried açaí bowls from different places and wanted to try something new. When I told Michelle that, she suggested I try the açaí because they use fresh ingredients instead of powders like most places do when using açaí. I ordered the Açaí Bowl with strawberries, coconut and chia seeds (suggestion from Michelle) and it was AMAZING!! She was right. I can definitely tell the difference between the ingredients used at Main Squeeze versus some of the other places I've tried. After taking my order, Michelle gave me coupons to come back and try some of the different items on the menu. SCORE! While waiting on my bowl, I was taking pictures to post here and not sure if he was the manager or the owner, but he shook my hand and told someone on staff to give me extra coupons. DOUBLE SCORE! My first time in Main Squeeze and they definitely gained a regular customer! I can't explain how amazing the customer service was from the moment I walked in, until the second I walked out. If I could gIve more than five stars, I definitely would. I'll be back in and I'll be sure to tell others they should come in also! Thanks for a great visit!

Cute location, not a lot of seating compared to other locations but decent amount. I got the small tropikale smoothie. It was good, just the right amount of sweetness and couldn't taste the kale at all. Wish they had more sizing options.

    Frozen mocha coffee
    Jenny N.

I got the açaí nut bowl and it was so good that I finished it and forgot to take a picture. The frozen blended mocha is really strong but I like it! Also I bought the cold pressed juice "the glow" it was good. (They have little samples next to the juices so you can try it before you purchase the full bottle) The girl brought everything out for us in a bag, she was super sweet!

    Grab and go

Asked the lady in the front a question regarding their juices and instead of answering my questions she pointed to their "menu board" not on a nice way but a very RUDE way! Yes, I know how to read but aren't you there to help me? Perhaps my questions were more than just about the ingredients listed on the board. Despite her attitude I took my juices (youth, hydrate, heat and ginger shots)which btw were delicious and for some weird reason I had to tip her ! THE NERVE of asking for a tip you didn't deserve ! I love their products but I won't allow them to mistreat me! Found another location a bit further and hopefully they'll have better customer service!

    Avocado toast.
    Kristine C.

Got an açaí bowl and avocado toast. The bowl was eh. I got the açaí nut which was supposed to have almond butter but I think it was blended in and you couldn't taste it at all. No drizzle or anything like most açaí places. The granola was more just like loose oats and lacked flavor. The most comical was the avocado toast though. It was the saddest avocado toast I've ever seen. Literally like the saddest bread barely toasted with some overly smooth avocado spread and nutritional yeast. Anyone could have made a better one at home. Do not recommend.

    So cute inside!

Dropped by to check this place out during their grand opening weekend. Got to try the creamy colada and chocolate love smoothies and a pitaya bowl. All were delicious!! The pitaya bowl was a generous portion and so super refreshing in the hot Texas heat. Service was great and I saw no sluggishness or kinks even though it was opening weekend. The açaí and pitaya used in their bowls is sourced from Brazil and is 100% organic. So, yes, the price tag may seem steep but you're getting what you pay for. Truthfully, you're not going to find a good açaí/pitaya bowl for cheap anyway (ahem, looking at you, Costco!). The cool thing about Main Squeeze (seriously cute name) is that you can get any of their smoothies as a 12 oz size for $4.95 for your kiddo. Interior is clean and the decorative succulents are adorable. I will definitely be back!

My friend got a Texas latte & sausage breakfast sandwich. My friend said the latte was energizing & the sandwich was perfectly filling. My matcha latte was little too sweet and creamy for me so I'll probably just need to make little adjustments for my preference next time like almond milk and less syrup. The kolache was a very good serving size and only wish I had a stronger jalapeño taste. We definitely need to come back for another visit soon!

It is the only place in Sugar Land of its kind, which is a perfect reason to check it out. The atmosphere is laid back with the kind of chill vibe that anyone in a cafe would particularly enjoy. Usually they have music playing in the background and on a day-to-day basis people lounging around and using the Wi-Fi or playing board games. It all starts with their specialty coffees, the Rang series of Vietnamese coffee brewed drinks. The Rang cafe den da is simply black coffee, but folks who want something a little sweeter should go with their signature Rang cafe sua da. My personal choice typically is the super sua da, which comes with an added punch in addition to the sweetness. Their bac xiu is another specialty drink that is worth everyone's time, and comes heated or iced. Just as their social name (#1) suggests, they serve "phin" caffeinated beverages, in addition to smoothies and a good variety of matcha based drinks. They also have a limited food selection of mainly pastries, which includes croissants and even banh bao. Prices are pretty standard for most drinks, but the food might be a little bit more than what some folks are used to. There are ultra popular Vietnamese coffee places in the Chinatown area, but Rang reigns supreme in Sugar Land. They've done a great job and have become my perpetual WiFi + caffeinated destination whenever I'm in the area. ___________ (#1) Rang Coffee and more (@rang.coffeeandmore)
