Stopped by for a refreshing juice and tried a new juice on the menu -- the dragonberry lemonade. It was sweet, but a little bitter. The main flavors were mixed berry, lemonade and dragonfruit. I asked them to add a little apple juice in there as well. It was pretty good! The vibe here is super cozy. I felt like this was somewhere I could comfortably work for a few hours or have a quiet conversation with a friend. Love the vibrancy and decorations. Taking off one star because though the place was pretty clean and comfy. I noticed a few bugs. A small roach by the bathroom, a bug in the bathroom and a large spider near my table. Sooo much to unpack. I love to support a local business but what I witness today... this might be my last time coming to this location. I come in and they were in the back playing because they are kids. I get it. I was greeted once I yelled hello. That's not even the issue. lol. So I go to tell him that I want a red gummy and he tries to tell me they don't sell red gummy when I just got this last week. So whoever the other boy was in the back was like we do sell red gummy. The recipe is on the wall lol. So he was like oh OK cool. Still no issue there. So he made the red gummy, and it just doesn't taste right that's my issue. It's the consistency for me. I've been to this location a few times, and my orders are exactly the same every time I go... A small strawberry surf rider and a Belgian waffle. First off, this location is very clean. I needed to use the restroom once, and it is nice and tidy. Not sure about you, but if an establishment's restroom is dirty, how do you think the kitchen will look? The strawberry surf rider is ridiculously good. Not incredibly sweet but always tasty, cold, and refreshing. This place also offers a ton of customizations to make things just how you want it. You can even add vitamins. I feel like this place is perfect to go for a post-workout snack (not that I'd know anything about that. Lol). The Belgian Waffle is also really good. My wife thinks it's too sweet, and it probably is, but it's the best damn too-sweet waffle you'll ever have. It's served fresh out of the oven, and it tastes the best when it's hot. I have also had the Caribbean Passion and the Peach Perfection smoothies. Both extremely tasty as well, but nothing beats the Strawberry Surf Rider to me. Customer service is really good, and if I were a betting man, I'd say the staff consists of about 80% college/high school students. They are super accommodating and get your order ready fast. We ordered the Red Gummies and White Gummies drinks in large cups! They were a good size and they were delicious. We preferred the Red Gummies more than the white one. This location was spaced out and had great customer service. It's very cute and trendy in here. They have welcoming staff and were taking proper measures to practicing social distancing. I did not see high chairs here though and that's something I think they should add. The restrooms were not clean and it's not busy so they should have taken time to check on that. read more

Made a stop here yesterday to get a peanut butter mood smoothie for my husband, and an acai primo bowl for myself. The establishment has a bright and happy vibe, and the employees are extremely friendly. I appreciate how they made my acai bowl from scratch, and took the extra effort to make it look very aesthetically pleasing. They are a little pricey ($7.99/ea), but the bowls are pretty decently sized so that makes up for it. My husband was a fan of his smoothie, however he did say he found some chunks of banana, but that's no biggie to me at all. Overall, I feel like you get what you pay for. While the items are pricey, it's all fresh so I feel like it's worth it. The service was great - and I highly recommend this place! Definitely the best smoothie place in the area :) read more

The girl that works in the front had an attitude and rude face and no customer service. I walked in she said be right with you then when she turned around just looked at me and didn't say anything and then i said i had an order for pickup and she acted like she didn't hear me. Then turns around and asks how can i help you and i repeated myself and she just grabbed my stuff and didn't say a word. Don't know what chip was on her shoulder but seemed like she had a lot of animosity and taking it out on customers. A bit disappointed. I have been coming here for months. The customer service has been good and the Smoothie bowls have been perfection which is why I keep coming back. Today the experience and the Smoothie as well as Smoothie bowl were all lackluster. My daughter's smoothie wasn't even a full cup and my Pitahiya bowl barely had any smoothie in it at all. The girls weren't very friendly and seemed like they didn't want to be there. I didn't complain because the gentleman in front of me had already complained about the quality of his smoothie bowl so I did not want to give them a double wammy especially since they didn't make an effort to make a better bowl for the gentleman. But beware the app sucks stop although they seem to be making very slow fixes. Like the products but the management of this store is terrible. Every time we go they are out of some important ingredient. It is usually different type of ingredient each time. With an H-E-B across the street, Kroger a mile away, I find it hard to understand why they would continuously be out of strawberries, bananas or even coconut flakes. It's just unacceptable. I'm so very glad Jamba Juice located at the Shoppes at Sienna Plantation is now open! We now have healthy smoothie options in the area. I've been there several times since they first opened and each time I have experienced exceptional customer service from the friendly staff and consistency in my order. The staff are obviously well trained in the art of customer service, which is becoming nonexistent. Each time I've visited there was a good size crowd but I never waited more than a few minutes for my order which was always just as I expected.
