Another bustling ice cream store like Orange Leaf and Menchies but they must do it better because it was swamped. Manager / Owner was personally doing samples which was nice because I historically make a mess. He was very engaging and welcoming. Neat and traditional flavors. They had banana, peach, mango along with strawberry and chocolate etc. Toppings were really above competitors with real whole scoops of cookie dough along with other toppings and when you pay by weight go all in! Great custard profile and taste. Definite return. Great staff and clean.
If you have a sweet tooth, this is definitely the place! They have tons of toppings. I love that you can customize your dessert with so many different options. The portions were generous, and the presentation was just as good as it looks! My kids love this spot. Such a fun spot to satisfy your sweet cravings. Definitely worth checking out!
I think I found my new favorite frozen yogurt spot!! Talk about quality frozen yogurt, clean establishment, and friendly and enthusiastic employees. The frozen yogurt flavors were classic and delicious. There's so many toppings to choose from. And although it's self serve, it was top notch on cleanliness. People were constantly coming in and out and the flow of service was quick. I would def recommend this delicious shop!

16 Handles has quickly become my new favorite froyo shop in the area. From the options, the toppings, the flavors, to the staff everything is a 10/10. Their staff is always always so nice and accommodating. My daughter is always running around and they are just the sweetest and kindest souls ever. The inside is always so clean, everything is well maintained. This is my weekly staple!!
This is my saving grace since the twins started pre K. When I pick them up from school my daughter screams blood murder and luckily if I promise her ice cream she'll calm down. 16 handles is only a few minutes from their school so I rush over. The staff here is super nice and willing to let the kids try as many samples as they want but my daughter loves vanilla, and here they have two vanillas. The oat milk one is her favorite! My son enjoys the mango sorbet. I've been letting them explore the toppings options and they just discovered chocolate chips. We are coming at least a few times a week now.
Solid spot for froyo! I really liked the variety of flavors, especially the fruity ones. And you can't go wrong with the classic plain tart. They offer a wide range of toppings, just like the bigger chains (think Yogurtland), so there's something for everyone. I also appreciate that they have a rewards program. Service was friendly. I'll definitely be back, especially on those hot days!
Great, clean, place for froyo! For some reason, I always associate froyo places with being a little crusty. But at 16 Handles it was clean! No drops of melted froyo on the floor, the topping bar was well maintained, and the tables were clean. An employee asked if we wanted to sample anything, and while this place is self serve, it was nice of the employee to assist in serving samples. It also helps keep things cleaner. I really enjoyed my flavors: birthday cake and hawaiian pineapple. 16 Handles is the first place that I've seen offer a divider for the cup so that you don't have to mix your flavors. Great design! The only thing I didn't like about this place were the sorbet flavors. To me they tasted a bit weak and watery.
I love fro-yo, and I am always excited to try new fro-yo places. The exterior colors of 16 Handles definitely attract my attention. They had the classic flavors. I tried chocolate, original tart, oatmilk strawberry, pistachio, and pomegranate raspberry flavors. My favorite was the original tart. The pistachio flavor didn't have a strong taste. The pomegranate raspberry was too tart to me. Definitely got to pair it with something sweet. The chocolate, and oatmilk strawberry flavors were good. They had a wide range of toppings, probably the widest out of all fro-yo places. They also had a good variety of sauces, and fresh whipped cream too! There is plenty of seatings available, and the area is always kept clean. Staff are always servicing with a smile, and they create a nice and warming atmosphere. Parking is plentiful and free.
Very straight-forward fro-yo place that just opened in Missouri city. 16 Handles has many different locations so I was very excited to see one open near me. Ive heard many great things and many of my friends love it. I think I'm giving it a 3 star because I'm just not the biggest fro-yo girly. Their original flavor is a good clean tart flavor (which if you are into that, I thought it was very high quality). It just simply wasn't for me. Honestly, most of the flavors I sampled were not that appealing to me, so eventually I landed on the Nutella one and a bit of the pomegranate one. I'm a huge waffle cone enjoyer, so of course, I got my froyo in a cone. (Spoiler alert: I hated my cone- it was dry and bland and cardboard tasting). You can then proceed to the topping bar, which offers a vast array of options. I really appreciated the many selections. Check out is like any other fro-yo place where you pay by price. The workers were all really nice. I was greeted right when I walked in and someone talked me through the whole process and facilitated my sample tasting. The inside was also very big with ample seating for family and friend groups. Take this review with a grain of salt, fro-yo just isnt for me, but definitely worth a try if it is for you!
16 Handles is a self serve frozen yogurt spot where you make your own bowl or cone and then pay by weight. They're a franchise and have a layout that is pretty common in these types of dessert shops. Of all of the flavors that I tried, the Nutella and classic tart flavor were my favorites. The other flavors that I got to sample were all either average and standard amongst frozen yogurt spots or tasted a bit watered down. We tried a cone and the cone itself was good, but didn't hold up well after the frozen yogurt began to melt in the slightest. The Missouri City location in particular is very spacious and clean. The staff were very kind and let us sample as many flavors as we wanted. One thing that I would like to point out is that they put a metal cone holder on the scale so that they can weigh your cone. I wasn't sure if they took the weight of the cone holder out of the final weight when we paid.

The yogurt shop itself id part of an established chain that offers 16 different rotating yogurt flavors. On my first visit I tried the oat milk vanilla yogurt, cookies and cream and Nutella. I really enjoyed how the owner of this establishment personally gave recommendations and samples to try. They have a wide variety of toppings from popping bobas and liquid marshmallow the frozen yogurt game has truly been elevated. There is a bunch of seating options both inside or outside with high chairs or tables. Can't wait to come back to try their new flavors.

Literally within minutes from where we live, this new frozen yogurt spot is located in the beautifully renovated Missouri City Township Square plaza. It looks like this is a franchise originally from NY, with upcoming locations in TX in Katy, Richmond, Magnolia, among others. There was a really nice crowd for the grand opening, featuring discounts, a DJ, facepainting and a wheel of fortune. Though the line was out the door all the way down to Fellowship Coffee, it did move. Very family friendly, my kids absolutely loved seeing the different flavors ooze down into their bowls. Tangy, sweet, savory. A nice variety of fro-yo flavors as well as all the toppings you can imagine. I'm sure we will be back soon. Welcome to Mo City!! read more

I guess I'll start the review off by saying this place is not take 48 so the worker should stop acting like it is The ice cream tasted like plastic The cone tasted like cardboard, but like legit cardboard And one of the ladies that work here she look like a Karen and she was a Karen. She thought that she was one of the executive owners of 48. I would never recommend for one of my family members to come here nor why ever come back. read more
Best topping selection I have seen around. Service was good. Asked for sample cups and the workers served it for us. Toppings bar was clean and fully stocked. Yogurt flavors are pretty standard compared to what you find around. Location is pretty spacious, enough room to enjoy your frozen yogurt there. read more

Such a cute soft serve place! I'm so excited that this amazing place opened up in the Missouri City Town Square! They have soft serve frozen yogurt, ice cream, and gelato options, and tons of amazing topping options. I was on a walk and I decided to stop in and was lucky enough to meet the owners, Tabby and Myles and they're so sweet! They told me that they are planning on doing some community activities, like starting a walking/jogging club and doing an Easter event for kids on the weekend before Easter Sunday. Please support this cool couple and keep this place thriving across from Quail Valley! The pistachio gelato was delicious and super creamy! read more

Honestly don't know where to start this place was AWESOME. i have never been to a frozen yogurt spot in which i walked out genuinely so happy. first off, as soon as i entered i was greeted by the two lovely ladies serving and was asked if it was my first time here which it was. one of them came down to where the cups were and explained the self serve while also showing the sectioners and saying we could sample whatever we wanted. best believe we did and tried like 5 samples between the 2 of us while she never made us feel rushed or like a hassle. i'd never seen sectioners before at a froyo spot and it allowed for a nice clean way to get more than one flavor. honestly the customer service here was incredible and something you don't really feel nowadays. the entire process is self serve and they charge a dollar per ounce with the cones also adding a dollar. the topping selection 10/10. they had this thing called hazelnut crunch which i genuinely believe everybody needs to try with their cheesecake and nutella froyo. anyways we finished paying and went to sit down at one of their tables. the vibe is chill and nice with their area being very spacious. lastly, that bathroom also so clean. genuinely can't wait to be back to get more froyo from this spot. they definitely sold me and i probably will download their app! read more

WOW WHERE DO I START? This is the best froyo I've EVER had. Even better than anything in San Antonio. I had a fruity choice once and a Nutella choice the 2nd time and both times I wasn't mad at it. The creamiest froyo to date - I seriously thought I had ice cream. The flavors are so diverse and expansive, I mean come on, Toasted Marshmellow and Nutella?? Then, I get to add any syrup I want. Don't get me started on the toppings. Everything is fresh always and I've never seen Cinnamon Toast Crunch as a topping (something only us Millennials understand). 16 Handles, you have a lifetime customer here!!! Thanks to the owners Myles & Tammy!! It is also always very clean and the aesthetics of the space give me retro 90s vibes. My favorite time capsule of childhood wonder & froyo. My review update form my second visit. This young man working made the experience so bad . He was trying to pass them out but had his dirty hands all over the the place you suppose to eat . He didn't have gloves on and stated it's didn't matter he was in a rush . I asked him not to pass them out like this he made a smart remark and walked off . I even notice. He dropped one of the cups and still picked it up and gave it to a customer . I was so disappointed. read more

It was our first time at 16 Handles, and it won't be our last! To start, when we walked in we were greeted and welcomed so nicely by the owners momma who is watching the shop for a few days. She was SO sweet and explained everything to us. The birthday cake and Nutella yogurt were my favorite and the topping bar was amazing. Raw cookie dough!? YES PLEASE. The store is clean and tidy.
