Disappointed by the quality, the mawa falooda is literally melted mawa ice cream without jelly or nuts. It should be called mawa milkshake, instead. Came back after a bad experience years ago (I was completely ignored for awhile so I left). Anyway this time I had a much better experience. It was pretty busy. 2 employees helping the front. There's no particular line, people just madly crowd in. Thankfully everyone was respectful on who was first or next. I ordered a cookies and cream and Ferraro rocher ice cream cone for my daughter and I got the pistachio falooda. My first falooda ever. Ice cream wasn't too sweet which was good. Had no issue coming here. My fiance wanted to try a mango lassi for the first time and since we were at the restaurant next to this place, we decided to make a quick stop. The employee that assisted us was kind. It did take a good few minutes to make the drink but that's how you know its going to be good. Unfortunately I couldn't try it because of my dairy allergy but he said it was really good and can't wait to come back and try another one. There was this Indian server who is extremely unprofessional, she was first working on Hillcroft location and because of her attitude we and lot of others whom I know stopped going there. Since we were in Sugarland area we thought of giving it a try, but to our disappointment she was in this location as well. She gave us Rabadi gola in a cracked cup and when we asked her for another cup she made a face as if it's our fault if the cup in which she served had crack. "They don't do that fancy stuff anymore"is what the gentleman helping me told me. They facilities are quaint. If you were allowed to dine in, it could become packed rather quickly. I've been driving past this place for a while now meaning to come try it out and finally decided to try it today. The shop is clean and the clerks were friendly. They let me sample as many flavors as I wanted. The mango and blueberry cheesecake flavors were good, but I went with the ferrero rocher and strawberry. The strawberry is very sweet and the ferrero rocher has a mild chocolate taste with a hint of nuttiness. It's very good. I'll be back for a scoop of mango soon. read more

The lovely lady who scooped our ice cream for my young daughter and I was so nice. In addition to the warm and genuine service we received, the ice cream was delicious! I got pistachio and my daughter got saffron pistachio (which was definitely the winner between the two flavors!). The saffron pistachio had a delicious and unique flavor. Kwality ice cream has all the Desi ice cream flavors you could crave, like pista kulfi, chikko, custard apple, paan masala (gasp), guava, lychee, fig walnut, with some American Classics like mint chocolate chip and cookie dough. They also had a ferrero rocher and gajar ka halwa flavor which looked interesting. They are very good about allowing you to try the flavors. The mango ice cream flavor tasted like real mango. I had the mango in a waffle cone. They also have a mango kulfi flavor as well. There were about 5 or 6 sugar free varieties. The shop itself is in a shopping center with plenty of parking.
