a hand holding a cup of ice cream
Kristy S.

Came back after a bad experience years ago (I was completely ignored for awhile so I left). Anyway this time I had a much better experience. It was pretty busy. 2 employees helping the front. There's no particular line, people just madly crowd in. Thankfully everyone was respectful on who was first or next. I ordered a cookies and cream and Ferraro rocher ice cream cone for my daughter and I got the pistachio falooda. My first falooda ever. Ice cream wasn't too sweet which was good. My daughter ate all her ice cream and I thoroughly enjoyed my falooda. I'm excited to try the other unique flavors. There's a few chairs outside but nowhere to sit inside.

We had never been to such an authentic ice cream shop. I will not lie, I wish that they would not have served my ice cream cone with their bare hands. It made me not want to eat it. Next time I will get it in a bowl for cleanliness.

There was this Indian server who is extremely unprofessional, she was first working on Hillcroft location and because of her attitude we and lot of others whom I know stopped going there. Since we were in Sugarland area we thought of giving it a try, but to our disappointment she was in this location as well. She gave us Rabadi gola in a cracked cup and when we asked her for another cup she made a face as if it's our fault if the cup in which she served had crack. Also when I asked for a lid for my other ice cup she didn't have any, she just wrapped it in a plastic foil ( seriously) how are you in business if you don't have cups and lids to serve ice cream

Place said open. Showed up and they were closed. Wasted my time trying to try this place. I came at 2 pm. It says they open at 12.

There are mostly tables for two but they do have a table for four as well. The space is clean and inviting with fun mural art on the wall. I like that there are several sizes to choose from , like their smallest (tadpole size) to large quart size. The small size is usually my go-to, as it is perfectly indulgent yet not too much to make me feel like I overdid it. The jelati is also my number one item, more favorable than just their Italian ice. The ice is smooth and flavorful unlike some other Italian ice places that create more rough/grainy ice. Their ice here is great by itself but when layered with either vanilla or chocolate soft serve ice cream, it is heavenly. The soft serve ice cream only comes in vanilla or chocolate but both are very creamy and tasty. You can get it by itself at Jeremiah's if you are not in the mood for Italian ice. Having tried several of their flavor options, my favorites are the mango, coconut, pina colada, root beer, caffe latte, and cookie butter. The fruity ones definitely are a winner in my book. Besides their regular menu, I noticed that there are seasonal items too...worth a try. Great for any solo adventure, group outing, family time, or just a treat for the kids (or kids of any age).

I tuned the head and that bright shiny sign stood in front of me. Yeah. I'm going there. No question asked. Wow. That's my favorite dessert spot too. Heck. I thought it doesn't exist anymore. I walked in and greeted by a friendly face. She handed me a few sampling cups. I went to my usual flavors. Mmm... that's how I remembered. I tried a few and only went back to those who stood up, not melting soft. My cup was so colorful. I added fresh grapes and mini marshmallows to complete my taste for the day. Yummy. Gotta enjoy my yogurt cup now. Oh just saw the Veterans Day special. I'll be back on November 11.

I've seen this concept of dessert on social media and knew in my heart (and belly) that I had to…read moretry it. It's cake baked in the shape of a cone or "chimney", stuffed with soft serve ice cream and various toppings. There are pre-made options to choose from (with some flexibility) and build-you-own option (there is a charge for additional toppings/fixings). The baking/heating process is the most time consuming part, ensuring it is baked to perfection to hold the ice cream. They were flexible in switching certain items (instead of cocoa pebbles, I chose oreo crumbs). Originally, I went online to check the menu so I know ahead of time. I ordered the fashionista, I enjoyed the different chocolate flavors. I was curious to try the matcha one, but when in doubt, go the chocolate route. It truly was a massive amount of sweet to eat and I would preferred to have shared with someone, but it really isn't shareable...not in a sanitary way. It was definitely very pretty...all of them are/were. They wear gloves (thank goodness) when handling the cones. However, I noticed the girl (while waiting for my cone to bake) went on her phone, adjusted her pants, her hair, her sleeves. So I kindly asked her to change her gloves when making Fashionista, luckily she was nice and did change. The inside of the establishment is very cute and pink, definitely instagram-worthy. There is plenty of parking available on the side of the building, shared by other businesses. Would I return? Maybe...only because it was more of a once-and-done thing for me....unless I am in the area and have a major craving.

The shop has many different kinds of chocolate including some sugar-free ones too. They are sold by the pound at the counter or in gift boxes throughout the shop. The fudge is also aplenty and the price per pound varies with flavors. Think smooth and velvety fudge that is rich and delicious! The caramel apples are also great tasting whether you like it dipped in milk chocolate or dark chocolate or covered in nuts or not. They'll offer to cut it for you so you can eat it right away or to keep it whole to enjoy later or gift it. Caramel corn is sold in bags for those who like the sweet tasting popcorn. I find their ice cream to be on the sweeter end and also somewhat more pricey than many other sweets shops. Overall a good spot to stop by once in a while to feed the sweet tooth. Parking can be a bit hard on the weekend if you're looking to park right in front of the shop, though there is complimentary parking in the Sugar Land Town Square garage nearby.
