Parking: This location is in a bustling shopping center. So there is plenty of parking!!! However, there are a few spots in the front of the Tea Shop! Ambiance: Typical Teahouse vibes. Tables to gather, study, or just enjoy your treat! Looks like they also have games as well. This a galley-style shop so you can see from beginning to end when coming in. Service: The server was super nice and helpful. Gave me great suggestions and even made an off the menu drink for me. THE BIG REVEAL: So how was the tea? It was cool! I ordered a Rose Milk Tea. Now those are hard because Rose is a flavor that if done wrong, its over... everything is over! If done right, then we are looking good. This one was just okay. I've had it once and probably won't revisit that specific tea. But it was a great try. The highlight of the drink was the double boba!!! Yummmm!!! And unlike some places, when you say double boba me please, they mean it and give you the double boba you pay for. Now that will have me going back for sure! There isn't anything wrong with the staff as service was good. However, the quality and the range of products doesn't compare to other boba places I have tried. When you have places that serve specialty boba such as mangonadas, high quality ingredients, and more choices than you can dare dream of, then places like this pale in comparison. It's not fair, but it's true. However, I do think for a quick boba drink, this place is well worth the visit. This is me personally, but I think I would introduce friends to boba with limited options such as the one here, even though its plenty just not as many as other boba tea establishments, to get newcomers to boba use to the drink. IHeartBoba is still better than IHeartRadio but that's not saying much. The location on Hwy 6 sent me hate mail, called me a liar, became abusive and threatening, because they didn't like a 3-star review of a very very bad boba they sold me years ago. After I lowered it to a 1-star, they apologized, but if I wanted to get that kind of illegal abuse, I'd go back to high school. The employees at this location are absolutely lovely and deserve 5 stars. The drinks are still pretty average, I'd say it's a 4-star Viet Iced Coffee but a lot of the other drinks are not quite as good. The milk tea is okay. The tapioca is a bit rubbery. They're a chain, they're cheap-ish, I think the ownership is shady AF and if they don't like your review, they may totally come for you in my experience. Based on that, I try to avoid all these stores and tell everyone what happened to me and how dishonest and threatening they can be. But just for this location and their excellent employees and decent products, as well as serving me close to closing time, I give 4 stars. read more

We ordered the Ice Cream Coffee W/Boba and the Caramel Coffee W/Boba. Customer service was good. My wife likes her Caramel Coffee a certain way and they made it just the way she ordered. I see this place everyday while driving home. I also saw on yelp that they were offering buy one drink get another for 50% off. Pretty solid deal. I tried it out today and was disappointed. The drinks were not good. The employees were nice and patient though. I ordered a frozen matcha tea and blueberry smoothie, both with boba. Both drinks were just too sweet in my opinion. I'm mainly dissatisfied with the consistency of the smoothies. They were very watery. I expected a more thicker consistency. The flavors of matcha and blueberry were there, but the sweetness and watery consistency was too much for my palate. Overall, below average boba smoothies. The drinks were kind of expensive as well at around ~$4 a piece without boba. Good thing they are offering the buy one get one 50% off deal on yelp check in. The service was fast and friendly, the cashier was attentive and answered my questions thoroughly. They have convenient menus you can take if you can't read the board. The place is cute and most importantly, quite clean. I ordered the passion fruit tea with passion jelly- the passion fruit flavor was overpowering and the jelly was harder than at other places. Milk tea coffee (6/10): It's a hit or miss on the flavor. Sometimes I feel like I'm drinking fresh,fully loaded caffeinated coffee. Other times I feel like my coffee was diluted. They need to work on the consistency of this particular drink. However, it is more convenient for me to come here during lunch hours than to drive further out towards Chinatown. They sell smoothies, slushies, and super affordable fresh juices that I have yet to try. I am too sleepy by the time lunch rolls around so that's why I haven't gotten a chance to try their other drinks. They even sell Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi's) here! Have come to this location over the past few years, however I also used to visit another location on the north side of town. I've always enjoyed their Thai tea with boba, and their bbq pork sandwich is delicious. My daughters loves the drinks and sandwiches here, and requests this over any other place. The bread is usually perfect, soft and crunchy in the right places. Service is great, no issues with customer service at all. Despite the location not being the best, you're not unsafe. (What area is safe nowadays anyway?) There is a chill vibe inside with good music, and the store is ALWAYS immaculately clean. You can tell there is a lot of pride in the store. read more

So I'd have to agree with another yelper that reviewed this place, the areas not the best but the inside is nice. When I walked in it looked clean and inviting and didn't have an odd smell (like most boba places do). I came in to try the Mango cream tea which I saw on their menu online. I placed the order and only waited about two minutes. The two guys working there were very nice and the cashier informed me about their rewards program. If you spend $40 then you get a $4 credit to use. Now onto the important stuff, the drink: yeah um didn't taste like tea at all. Sigh. It tasted like melted mango ice cream which isn't BAD but it's not what I wanted in a drink. Definitely think if they work on bringing the tea flavor out in the drink they'll hit a home run. I've been waiting for this place to open since I saw their sign back in April. I ordered a meatball sandwich, charbroiled bbq chicken sandwich, honey lemon tea with aloe vera, and strawberry mango smoothie with boba. The meatball sandwich was really delicious! Their bubble teas left a very weird after taste; not yummy at all. I also had their egg pudding as a sinker, and it was very bland. We were the only two customers in the shop and some how, the cashier heard our orders completely wrong. I ordered the Earl Grey Cream Tea with Egg Pudding with light ice. When she repeated the order she asked if I said I wanted honey in that..and then asked if I wanted to add any sinkers to the drink. My husband tried to order their coffee milk tea with non-dairy replacer, and some how she ended up making him a regular milk tea... Today was my first time at I heart boba. I was so impressed with how clean the place was and how friendly the staff is! I got the mocha ice cream coffee with boba for myself and a mango smoothie with boba and a caramel coffee with boba for my kids. They were soooooo good! The mango smoothie was fresh and so my favorite! The mocha ice cream coffee boba was a bit sweet and strong for my taste but after the ice cream melted it was awesome. I also got a charbroiled pork sandwich for my parents and they loved them! They looked great and smelled even greater! I will be going to I heart boba often since I live right around the corner from them! Yay! I would recommend y'all try I heart boba.
