Only redeeming quality is the hersheys kisses cookies, and if you're not there by 7pm or earlier, you're sht out of luck to get one, and all the other cookies are ssa too. I'm basic, and I love their strawberry smoothies, but the rainbow jelly is too soft for my liking. Their popcorn chicken is da best. You can choose your spice level. We went for the spicy, and whew was it spicy. The basil was yummy! Calamari was okay, I just have a preference for popcorn chicken. The fries were crispy. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get my bubble tea fixed. There was a decently long line, but it moved very quickly. There are a ton of smoothie, tea, and juice options. Honestly the mixed fruit tea here is hands down my most ordered item here. It is a bit sour and bitter with a good amount of fresh fruit. I always wish that it had more oranges in it. The service is quick and the menu is pretty large. I'm sure that you can find something for everyone. It looks sketchy on the outside, but had a warm cute inside. Super cute decorations and good for photos. All in all it's a solid place. It isn't as good as long coffee on Bellaire, but good for a chain. Back in high school, my friends and I hung out here all the time because it was the only place in the area that sells bubble teas and smoothies. They're the slimmer, taller cups that aren't really sold that often. I got a Jasmine Milk Tea with baby boba for my sister, a Honey Green Tea half sweet for myself, and an order of fries. The total came out to be around $9. Which wasn't bad at all! The drinks are really good! Definitely satisfying after a long day at work. The boba is always good a this location; however, keep in mind that the boba tends to get hard in smoothies only if you let it sit out. I ALWAYS come when I'm in westchase!! interior is huge + they have complimentary wifi!! great study spot, every time I'm here the noise level is pretty low and they have charging ports just about everywhere. I got the sea salt foam thai green tea (5/5) - sweetness level was perfect, boba was smaller than your average tea house's, the mixing of the foam and tea was super cool, and the cup feels really sturdy. I have been to this location one other time and I visited today because I happened to be in this part of town. With no people in the store besides myself, one would think that customer service would be no problem. I made specific requests about how I would like my tea (no ice, b/c I was traveling 20 miles back to my house) in it was done opposite of my request because "that's the way it's done here". I have a problem with that. The prices are great in terms of what you receive, however, you should listen to your customer when it comes to their likes and dislikes. If I order a pizza and tell them that I don't want pepperoni and I get pepperoni because "that's the way it's done", I have issue with that, period. Just just my 2 cents as a paying customer. Please, do better. Also, you can head off some of your issues if you ask your customer the way they would like their purchased items to turn out (ex. sweetness), rather than making those decisions for them. read more

I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie with no milk and tapioca. They charged me an extra dollar because I didn't get milk (what?) because they would have to add more fruit (okay, I get it). My drink total came out to $5.50 which was way more than I wanted to spend on a non-alcoholic drink. Since Kim's Teahouse is one of the only teahouses in the area, it didn't surprised me that the prices were hiked up so high. One of the cool things about Kim's Teahouse is that they have more than just drinks - they sell food too. They have banh mi and popcorn chicken, and a few other small snack items. This is your average Kim's Teahouse, but it always seems to be very busy. Maybe to the being located at a major crossroad in the city. I usually order the Watermelon juice or regular milk tea here. Their milk tea isn't my favorite, but I'll still order it occasionally. The watermelon juice should be called a slushy instead. It's a blended drink with a little ice mixed in. It's still pretty good for $3.75, but just drink it slow to avoid brain freeze and it turns into a watermelon juice like you would get at other teahouses. There are many tables for sitting a talking, games and tvs. Even when they don't look busy, your drink order will sometimes time 10 mins or more to make due to to-go orders. read more
