Worst service ever. We went and asked for a chocolate chip blizzard. They mixed chocolate syrup with the vanilla ice cream instead of the chocolate dip cone syrup- they also did not flip the blizzards which I assume they did not because they were sitting and already melting. Every summer I look forward to the Smore's Blizzard from DQ. However it seems that the employees don't understand what a Smore's Blizzard contains. The last two times I've visited this location and asked for a Smore's Blizzard I instead get just graham cookies with the vanilla ice cream. A Smore's Blizzard contains graham cookies AND marshmallow filled chocolates. I wouldn't even be upset about it if they at least let me know that they are out of the marshmallow filled chocolates so I would avoid ordering it all together. Today I went and specifically asked if they had the ingredients to make a s'mores blizzard to which they replied yes and I instead got handed once again a blizzard with just Graham cookies in it. Best experience at a Dairy Queen. Patty and Aldo helped us. We ordered fish and triple burger in Texas sized combos. Great experience! Great food! Great customer service. (I am not easily impressed having formerly managed a DQ in CA). We also had an Oreo Cheesecake mini blizzard with added graham base, a cone, and a Turtle Pecan without Pecans (family of 6 picky people). The staff was very kind and accommodating. Patty, you're a rockstar! Aldo was training a new employee it appears and both employees were great. Versatile disappointed. My son insisted we came here for lunch for the $5 deal he had at other Dairy Queen near our house in Friendswood area. The $5 deal consists of a choice of burger, chicken strip or chili cheese dog with fries, a drink and a sunday. This Dairy Queen told him they don't have this deal. Absolute worst service. I went here with my fiancée to order ice cream. I order my cone and for my fiancée a sundae. The problem wasn't the order but the way she took it. I simply asked if it was possible to mix both the strawberry and chocolate together for the sundae. She asked "regular sundae?" I answered "yes, but can you mix the both together?" Instead of simply answering the question, she repeatedly asked "regular sundae?" It became quite apparent she didn't hear me, because she eventually yelled "is it regular sundae?!". Long story short, if you don't want to be served by self-entitled teenage girls with attitudes, please do not come here. My server was a black teenager with possible daddy issues. I hate to point out race, but on my receipt it says Rick T., so didn't want to give Rick a bad rap. With that said, Rick is probably a terrible cashier as well for all I know. Got my order, went home, wrong order. They gave me a triple burger instead. Tried calling the location three times, no answer. So I drove back to get the correct order. I drove to the drive thru and I said, "u gave me the wrong order," girl says, "OK," I then replied ,"do u want me to stay in the drive thru area (four cars ahead of me)or come inside," she responded, "does not matter." As I approached the counter and put all of the uneaten incorrect order down, I said "I just spoke to someone about the wrong order I received, she responded back, "I know which one it is." As I finally received my order, I asked, "u sure u gave me the correct order this time," the girl responded, "yes." I should have checked it there, as I received the wrong order again.
