Loved it! Went for the first time and went back the next day for another drink. I've now been 3 times in one week. Staff is nice. Drinks coke out fast. The drinks are fresh. Love the honey lemon green tea. It's so good!
Really nice selection of smoothies and bobas and bubble waffles. Really nice place and staff are really nice
Came by again but through the driveway! I had a lemon green tea, which was great. Staff was quick and friendly. It also looks like they are training a new employee which is great. Being overstaffed is always better than understaffed for high quality customer service. The way to the driveway is kind of long. You have to go completely around the block of the business.
In classic foodie fashion after me and my friend went to eat we decided we needed something to drink lol so we went to Happy lemon! The place was super cute with soooo many drink options. I forgot what flavors we got exactly but I do remember liking them! It's a smaller space so it's better for smaller groups - and not too much of a study spot (at least to me). Make sure to check it out if you're around!
This was their grand opening weekend, I came on an Easter Sunday. They had the BOGO so I decided to get four drinks to try. I arrived at 11am on the dot right when they're just opening and the lines were outside the door but it moved quickly & I was able to get my drink within 7 minutes. What I like about this location versus the other Bellaire location is that it has a drive thru, the inside is more spacious for you to sit down and enjoy your drink & they have outside seating as well. Here's what I ordered. * Passion fruit green tea- refreshing, good for a hot summer day. Maybe tone it down on the passion fruit syrup because it makes the tea flavor weaker. 3/5 * Strawberry green tea- it was fine but they added too much strawberry purée which made the tea flavor weak. 2.5/5 * Mango lemon slushy- I was expecting a combination of mango/lemon flavor but it was just chunks of mango. It was more of lemonade drink with diced mangos. Also when I received my drink it wasn't a slushy anymore, maybe add more ice when you're blending it together. They did hook it up on the mango though & the drink was delicious. Good amount of tartness. 4/5 * Classic milk tea- out of all drinks that have tea flavor, this one was the strongest. This was a textbook made drink. Creamy & I can taste the tea. 4.5/5 Overall, it was a fairly decent experience, the service was quick considering how busy it was. I also received a happy lemon tote bag. The place was clean & nicely laid out. Will I come back? Yes.
Great place if you like citrus based teas/drinks, they have other choices for non-citrus lovers also! The line was long but the service was efficient enough to keep the line moving and this was during opening day. I'd say that's a positive 1st impression. The vibe is cute and clean, they have choices to sit indoor or outdoor little picnic tables.
They're opened!! Another Happy Lemon spot in Houston? Count me in. They have a BOGO deal this weekend for their grand opening (04/08-04/09). Plenty of customers on their opening weekend definitely did not deter the quality of this boba shop chain. I ordered the Passionfruit Mango Green Tea with boba and it was super refreshing. They use real passionfruit (yay!) instead of just syrup, so you really get the fresh passionfruit taste. The boba was chewy with just a hint of sweetness. Overall, such a great addition to this area! It's their second location off of Bellaire, but just a little farther west near highway 6!
I popped by here en route to elsewhere and received top notch quick service. I ordered the new strawberry matcha latte as well as the kumquat honey lemon green tea with lychee jelly. I was afraid of a strong dairy taste when I ordered the strawberry matcha latte, but to my surprise, it was very refreshing and just right. For the kumquat honey lemon green tea with lychee jelly, it was a bit on the sour side, and regrettably I should've went for 75% sugar instead of 50%. This will definitely be a place I return to to try more flavors.
First time coming here since i recently saw that it was opening so I thought to might as well try it out , as soon as I ordered my drink at the drive through I pulled around to the window and the lovely lady had my drink ready for me ! They were really nice and it was the most fastest delivery I've ever had, would recommend! :)))
Happy Lemon is awesome! I came by during the Grand Opening weekend and today again as well. I was very excited to have a new drinks place nearby since Kim's Teahouse is the closest we have in the area and I always hoped we'd get a new place with a drive-thru which now we have with Happy Lemon! I hadn't tried Happy Lemon before but so far the drinks seem to be okay. I tried the F10 Strawberry Shortcake and it's so tasty! I wish they'd put more of the Puff Cream in the cup though, so you'd get more of the Shortcake taste. Other than that, the employees were kind and I feel like Happy Lemon is a wonderful addition to the area and has a great, clean, new atmosphere!
I like stopping here since it never too busy, service is super quick, and close by when I'm craving boba. The staff is friendly and quick with service. There's lots of seating and great place to study since it pretty quiet along with a drive-thru if you don't want to come inside to order. They have all types of boba drink from milk tea, smoothie, and tea along with bubble waffle which is made fresh. I recommend getting strawberry cheesecake smoothie and a bubble waffle. Though I do recommend adjusting the sweetness level as regular sugar is super sweet along with their tapioca pearl being too soft and not chewy at all. Overall, great place if you want to grab a quick boba drink. read more

We went through the drive-thru and ordered the D5 boba milk tea with cream puff, the C2 lemon black tea, and a bubble waffle. The drinks and waffle were alright, not amazing, but decent. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by the service. The employee wasn't friendly and, worse, she deliberately covered the no-tip button on the keypad, essentially forcing us to tip at least 15%. That felt really off, especially since we didn't customize anything and just ordered through the drive-thru. Definitely left a bad impression, not sure if I would come back as the Katy location is much friendlier. read more

Glad to know there's another drive-thru boba shop near me. I ordered through the drive-thru & I believe the employee misheard me because I wanted the boba milk tea w/ puff cream, but received the boba milk tea. I believe it's because I wasn't positioned properly at the drive-thru speaker according to the employee, so I wasn't heard about properly. I would definitely come back to see how the vibes are inside. Pretty quick customer service & price compared to other boba shops. read more
