I love this place because it's near my school and it's convenient. I usually order their wings and fries combo ($5.99/$6.48 with tax). It's usually consistent and it's worth it's price. The wait isn't that long and it's usually quiet so it can also be a potential place to study at. read more

We stop by here because we kept driving by it after work. When we got there it was pretty much empty. The guy that took our order was nice but seem to be a little clueless when we ask about the stuff on the menu. We ordered a milk tea and it was just horrible. It was completely drown in sugar! We also order an almond milk tea and it was plain cross. It's like they just dump the almond syrup in the cup with a little of milk and tea. It was thick of diabetes. I've never had such a bad experience drinking a simple drink as a milk tea at any other teahouse. I haven't try their food yet but if they can't make a simple drink good then I don't want to try their food. I wouldn't be back. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

In terms of drinks, this place is below average compared to places such as Sharetea and Boba Zone down the street. Taste: I ordered a normal green tea because this was my first time here and I wanted to see what the quality of the tea itself was. Unfortunately, it was not good. The tea had a dirty tap water smell to it with every sip I took. Customization is also poor here. There are no options to adjust your sugar level. Still, I asked for my drink to have half sugar and it was overwhelmingly sweet. Perhaps the tea is premade with its sugar level. Service: Pretty slow and inattentive. At my visit, there was only one worker there; taking the orders and prepping the drinks. I came with a few other people and we paid individually. Drinks were not made until we all finished our orders which seems inefficient. I was also asked if I wanted boba, to which I said a clear no. However, I was still charged for it and ended up with pretty bad boba in my drink. Value: I don't know about the other food options here, but the green tea drink was $4 without tax. At other tea places, it's at most $3, so no value to be found either. Overall, I can see why this place barely has any guests (in addition to the fact that it has a poor location). I was getting my car washed near by and didn't want to sit outside and wait so I walked across the street to tap house 88. What a gem! Service was polite and accommodating. Food was great!!! I had the lemon pepper wings and fries all seasoned well tasted crispy and tasty! Also had a passion fruit slushee which was also flavored and the ice was crushed to perfection super tasty. I'm not sure if this is the same owners from about five years ago because it was decent then but definitely declined since. The owners are trying to renovate it but are doing a terrible job with the blue painted walls. Decor is dated. The space is small and won't accommodate bigger crowds like other boba shops. I wish I could say the boba tastes as decent as the $4.50+ price tag that comes with it but it's below par. I ordered a jasmine milk tea and a taro milk tea without tapioca. I've drank enough tea to know the difference between white, green, and black tea. Jasmine milk tea is made with green tea and not a black tea. This was definitely made with a black tea because there was no jasmine fragrance to it because it's not a true jasmine green tea. This is more of a house milk tea. Two thumbs down for this. They had a lot of food and snacks but I won't be back to try anything else. I don't recommend this place. read more

First of, they have amazing customer service. The environment is nice and relaxing. A good place to study or hang out with friends. Their tapiocas and coffee is amazing as well. I love their Bhan Mi's, they are delicious. A must try! As well as their egg rolls! It's hidden in a shopping center, in the corner, so make sure you look good. I think A lot of people don't know about it since it's kind of hidden, but it's definitely worth a try. read more
