Feng Cha has is my go to spot for their signature Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba--their milk drink with cheese foam, lactose free milk, brown sugar boba and caramelized sugar crust on top. The store has an app with rewards, drive thru, and kiosk inside to place your order. Just be careful on selecting your options as the drinks can get pricey if you click everything. Also note that the drive thru intercom does not work, so you will have to remember the menu to place an order at the pick-up window. The drinks in general take a while to make and depending on who is working the counter, can be inconsistent. Still a great spot to grab a milk drink or any of their fruity drinks like their Strawberry Overload or Mango Green Tea. read more

This is one of the cleanest boba shops in all of the Houston area! On this particular visit, I got a Four Seasons tea, less ice, 25% sweet, taro cold foam, and boba. I also tried the Bursting Dragon fruit drink, and I'd highly recommend it. The staff was friendly as well. If you go through the drive through dont let the wilted paper menu scare you away! They are the hidden gem. I literally tried the matcha latte's at 4 other locations and THIS ONE IS SUPERB. This is the nicest Feng Cha location I've ever been to! Spacious, clean, and relatively fast service. Richmond is lucky to have this location that is great for studying or meeting up with friends. It's really convenient that they have a drive thru, ordering kiosks if you want self service, or a normal ordering counter. On this particular visit, I tried their earl gray milk tea with tapioca, tiramisu foam, less ice, and 50% sweet. The drink came out great! The tapioca was just the right chewy texture, the drink itself wasn't too sweet, and the tiramisu foam on top added a nice richness. The girl working the counter was very nice as well. She honestly deserves a raise because she was working hard between the drive thru orders and inside orders on this steady Saturday afternoon. One of the worst experiences I've had. Not only I had to wait 8 mins just to pay after receiving my drinks, but my "blended taro breeze" was straight liquid. The sanitation in this building seriously needs to be checked on by the health department. Me and my wife got extremely sick last night after having them. I'm still sick this morning!!! And mine was with coconut milk. This place needs a serious revamp. Terrible staff. The girl had her finger in my cup when I asked her to put boba in it. Usually when they make a mistake, and it already sealed, they empty out the cup and put it in a new one. Instead she dug her hands in it after she took a giant knife and dipped the gross knife into my cup!!!! read more

Clean, modern, and new. There's a good amount of parking spaces, located in Aliana/Harvest Green community of Richmond. This Feng Cha does not disappoint - pretty standard compare to other Feng Cha elsewhere. You really can't go wrong with any of their tea or even Vietnamese coffee drink. Boba are soft yet not crazy soft and still got some chew. Went to this Richmond location of Feng Cha, as it was the closest to me and driving in Bellaire nowadays gives me a headache. Upon entry, I was instantly greeted by the friendly staff. The first thing I did notice was the interior. It did have a lot going on with various plush animals, decor, and vending machines but this location made it seem to work and cohesive. It was a Friday night so I expected it to be a little busier but to my surprise no one was there. This location being outside of Chinatown in the outskirts didn't help its cause. I ordered the Classic Green Milk Tea with boba. It was as standard as it gets - smooth milk tea with a little less boba balls for my liking. Nonetheless, it satisfied my craving and will visit here more often due to the distance. read more

This location in Richmond (right near Aliana) had its grand opening on February 10, 2024. While it's a little difficult to accurately review any place based on its grand opening, I really like this Feng Cha for its convenience and space. You can never have too much tapioca in one area! Drive thru is available, which makes it immediately more convenient than most tapioca spots in the area. Also, I really appreciate the layout of the tables and chairs. A lot of tapioca spots don't utilize their space well, but this Feng Cha is great for studying or hanging out with a groups of friends and family. I had Vietnamese coffee this time around (probably not the most typical order here) but I can easily see myself coming back often. read more

I have tried Feng Cha a few times already, but do not exactly have a favorite. The last time I went I got the coffee milk tea which was ok. I got my mom the chrysanthemum ginger honey tea, but she didn't enjoy it as much. The place is modern, clean, and very cute. I really like all the stuffed plushies. I got a Matcha Latté with Oatmilk, but they put soy instead of oatmilk (I can tell the difference and it also makes a difference in the drink). It was pretty watery, so I was a bit disappointed. I tried ordering a milk tea with phone, but accidentally ordered something else on the kiosk (highly recommend ordering at the register instead to avoid confusion).
