Cute spot to get a Boba tea. Extensive menu with LOTS of fun options. I got my usual oolong milk tea, which on the menu said was $5.95 but it rang up as $6.90 so that was slightly confusing. But I liked that I could customize the sweetness which is always a bonus. Really cute and clean inside with comfortable chairs. There's lots of seating, but worth mentioning that the music is a little bit loud so might be slightly hard to study or read. Hope to come back and try something else on the menu!

I mainly had the creme brûlée milk tea and it was good, no part of it was bad but it just wasn't GREAT. This place has a lot of stuff I want to go back and try which is cool. Ambiance inside feels lowkey dystopian except for the one corner I sat in

Meh. Just another boba spot. Staff was kinda rude. But drink itself more on the sweeter side. They sell the popular jelly like cheese and labubu shapes. It's priced PER PIECE btw. I wasn't aware which is kinda wild. The jelly itself was not that good imo. I didn't know what the flavor was supposed to be. The jelly looked demonic. I got the fruit tea. Wasn't bad but too sweet. Popcorn chicken was small for the price compared to other shops that's give you a bag full. Flavor was a little lacking.

Delicious drinks in sugar land. They are a great small business that has drinks and snacks. They moved from their old location to a new location about 100 ft away. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The store is a nice fresh space that's roomy and modern. The milk tea is a little different than other places because it has more tea than milk flavoring..VERY REFRESHING. Highly recommend Mtea

Ordered a rose milk tea along with two other drinks and you can see how much ice was put into the cup. While the milk tea itself was good, I'm disappointed in the ice ratio. I understand if it was halfway, but omg. Service was fine. Ordered online and all drinks were ready for pickup. Don't come for me about "ask for less ice" because this is ridiculously a lot for a regular drink. I poked the cup and all I heard was ice.

Recently came here and realized they moved a few shops down the same shopping center! MTea used to be my favorite boba shop, but it was eventually dethroned by Tea Top and most recently, Wushiland. But yall, my favorite changes as often as one changes their underwear. MTea is at the top again after a spectacular showing of their Oolong Milk Tea. Yall, the creaminess of this drink is unmatched. Strong oolong flavor comes through and the creamer or milk or whatever they use in this - seriously the best milk tea I've had in a LONG time. Paired with boba and egg pudding and it was easily the best drink I've ever had. Not sure if management changed with the move, but whatever happened, MTea is better than ever. The shop is probably about triple in size now with plenty of tables and chairs to chat or study. Music isn't too loud and everything is clean. Will def be back soon.

Super cute place. They moved 2 doors down from their previous location so it's right at the corner where chez beignet use to be. Service was great super nice staff. Sugar Land has a lot of boba places right now but if you are looking for something not overwhelming you with heavy handed syrups and flavors with pretty consistent boba this is the place for you. I had a jasmine milk tea with salted foam on top.

Avocado Smoothie and Thai Green Tea
    Bryan N.

I was recommended MTea because I was looking for a nice place to study at and wanted a yummy drink to sip on. The Thai Green Tea was very delicious. The tea comes very sweet if you order it as it is, so I found that ordering the drink with half sugar was the perfect balance of sweetness while not distracting from the tea flavor. I liked how creamy the tea was, and appreciated how it wasn't watery and diluted. The avocado smoothie was very dense but still tasty also. Spent a good 4 hours here studying and had no complaints. Wifi was stable and the seats were comfy. There was plenty of seating even on a weekend and almost every seat was near an outlet. There were a lot of students there studying so the environment is pretty quiet. If you are in the area and want to study or grab a flavorful drink, stop by and order a Thai Green Tea. 9/10!

Mango peach green tea with crystal boba
    Darian C.

I ordered the Mango Peach green tea with crystal boba half sweet, less ice and I thought it was pretty good. The ice in my drink was still almost half the cup and by the end of the drink it was diluted and still had a lot of ice. I think it was a little expensive but that is most boba nowadays. The service was fast and the workers are nice. Me and my friend went at night and the inside of the store was a little dark and the tables were a bit dirty. The drinks were good though and there were plenty of parking spots.

This place is small with plenty of parking in the front. Very comfy & cozy inside. We ordered on the kiosk. The service was good. I was kind of iffy because of some recent reviews, but my overall experience wasn't that bad. Jasmine Green Tea with Sea Salt: 5/5 very yum! I love their sea salt foam! Dragon Fruit Peach Green Tea: 4/5 I don't taste a lot of dragonfruit. The peach flavor overpowers the dragonfruit flavor.

I think I'm super picky when it comes to milk teas but I am not a huge fan of this location unfortunately. I think nowadays everyone and their mom makes a boba tea franchise regardless of the quality and taste of ingredients. The staff were friendly! But still I would not recommend- sugar land has so many other locations- take your business somewhere else.

MTea has an exceptional selection of teas, juices and even snacks. Got the coconut juice with orange slice and watermelon juice, the black sugar milk tea which is their most popular beverage, and a green pandan waffle with coconut meat chunks. Service was prompt and the interior is pretty cool with plenty of seats. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a milk tea place in Sugar Land!

Do they make their boba fresh? Today I ordered on the phone and I got my drinks, and the BOBA WAS HARD I understand if you guys aren't busy, but at least make new batches every 3-4 hours . So is it fresh or do you guys just make 1 batch for the day?

Hi, we do make our boba fresh and keep them hot for maximum of 3-4 hours. The boba however made of tapioca, and can become harden if kept in cold tea or smoothie for awhile. If the drink with boba not will not be drink right away we do give option…

Upon walking in, I immediately loved the cute cafe vibes and floral detail in the sitting booth area. It had a decent amount of customers, some in a group and individuals who were studying/working. The staff was patient and friendly as we looked over the menu. I ordered the Rose lychee sparkling water 16 oz, strawberry slushy with boba, French fries, takoyaki, and vegetable eggrolls. My friend ordered the Korean Viennese coffee as recommended by the employee. They also had a pastry case which I got the oreo & Nutella cookie & Biscoff white chocolate cookie which they warmed up for you. The food was good and the Takoyaki was my favorite. My friend really liked her coffee & truffle fries. My kids enjoyed their strawberry slushy but not the boba topping as much. My rose lychee drink had lychee bits which I liked but I couldn't taste the sparkling carbonation as strong as I would have preferred. We did play some of the gashapon machines which had cute pop culture toys like Sanrio, Toy Story, one piece & paw patrol. Overall, we had a good time hanging out and the food was satisfying. There's also good number of outlets against the walls. I've spent a lot of hours here to get some studying done and sometimes it gets very warm/musty inside and can get uncomfortable. Occasionally the AC will hit later on in the day and it feels great; other times it just stays warm. The last time, it was too warm for us so we just ordered drinks and did work at another place. My go-to drinks are the orange fruit tea with 75% sugar and the iced matcha latte! The fruit teas are so refreshing and do not taste artificial at all. Lots of pulp and freshly squeezed juice. Depending on who's making the drink, sometimes I get one slice of orange in there and sometimes there's multiple. The iced matcha latte is decent and not too sweet; sugar levels can be adjusted. The matcha taste itself is not very strong. It seems like they've recently changed their cups for the matcha and it tastes a lot milkier than it used to; a little disappointing. The popcorn chicken is served hot and is moist and delicious! It comes with your choice of dipping sauce. They also have bakery items here with unique cookie options and a cute area with little toy machines. Great menu options and worth the visit!

This location is also close to some fun Asian hangs & grocery stores. However, I didn't enjoy the back & forth involved in having to get my drink order correctly. When placing the order, I asked for a frozen slushy/snow type drink & so did my daughter. Walking away, I noticed a price difference on the screen (the lady refused to give a receipt when we asked - and no one was getting a receipt which I thought was weird). When we got our order, we got different drinks. My daughter got the texture I wanted & I got an iced drink. It's fine I thought, communication issue I'm sure. But the lady at the counter argued with me as I explained that I wanted what my daughter had, that was what I tried to explain earlier (an issue that perhaps would've been prevented if I had a receipt). Eventually she agreed to make me a new drink & I apologized while thanking her profusely - but as I walked away, the two younger women in the back kept looking up & laughing very loudly. Just seriously mean behavior. I don't think I'll be returning. The drink sizes, large selection, pricing & location is more my style at Teapioca anyways.

Let me caveat- if you like to study in complete silence, you might enjoy this place. Yes, I came during a weekday, but it's one thing to have the place silent because there's no one here, it's another to have a room at least half full and have it be deadly silent. I was afraid to talk because it was so quiet here. There wasn't even any background music to give it some background noise. The ice maker was the loudest thing in here. Also, I'm super annoyed because the internet sucks. I feel like I'm back in the dial up era where trying to open up a webpage or email takes multiple tries and I'm reading pages of a book in between while waiting for it to load. Even social media wasn't loading. Good ploy if you want people to be off their phones and talking to each other- too bad this place was so quiet today that I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that either. Overall, the drinks themselves are fine, no issues with that, but it could be a bit more lively.

One of my favorite things was how fragrant the space smelled while I waited for my boba. You could tell there was an exceptional tea aroma lingering despite all the cream and sweetness. The place was exceptionally clean for being so busy, and the workers consistently cleaned as they made the drinks, so you knew you could trust the sanitation here. Drink Design - I have to make a separate comment on how CUTE these drinks were. I loved the intentional sticker placement over the lips and the little carrying handle. You could tell they went the extra mile to make these drinks not just flavorful, but an experience in and of themselves. Even their receipt paper felt luxurious. That sounds ridiculous to point out, but the thought behind every aspect of this place is impeccable. High Mountain Pouchong Tea w. Lemon Juice & Mousse (Creamy Lemon Tart) - After all the sugar I had today, this lemony drink hit the spot with its perfect tartness. The cream had bits of lemon zest in it, adding to the aroma. I tried to adjust the sweetness when I ordered and was told it had a built-in sweetness, but if I found it too sweet, they would happily switch it out for another drink. I felt like I was dealing with Amazon's generous return policy--and luckily, the drink was perfect, so no return was needed! Creamy Mango Tart - Literally like the Lemon Tart, but mango. I loved this just as much and really enjoyed the refreshing flavors of BOTH tarts. Instantly a fan favorite. Dong Ding Oolong Tea w. Fresh Milk - Very mild and creamy, almost like a mellow latte. Not my favorite because it was a bit too creamy after everything else I had today. Still, I loved the tea profile and can absolutely see why others would love it. Overall, I love, love, LOVE this place. 1000/10. From the experience to the quality and intentionality behind every little detail, I couldn't be happier with my visit. I never thought I'd ever say that a drink was so Instagram-worthy, but these drinks were beautiful--like models of the boba world. Would go back in a heartbeat.
