Located in the newish plaza opposite the Costco, this is probably one of the only decent boba spots in this area of Sugar Land. Feng Cha has a few locations around town and this is about the same; ordering is done via a self checkout pad and the drinks are quickly made. Their boba is somewhat reasonably priced for the 2025 inflationary era and stay in the $5-7 range. Interior seating is available and it looks like a lot of high school kids hang out and study here.

I got the Dirty Boba, it was so yummy! Get extra ice because when I took my first sip it was kind of hot lol but super yummy!

Super easy to order, I got the dirty boba, it was super delicious, make sure you get extra ice when ordering because it was hot the first few sips but it was yummy.

After lunch in the Sugarland area, we wanted something to satisfy our sweet tooth that did not include food. Boba was the clear choice so I got on the Yelp app and searched for boba close by. Feng Cha popped up and highly rated. I pulled up into a little shopping area with a variety of different stores. Parking was plentiful. I can't speak on customer service because there was absolutely no interaction with a human on my visit. As soon as you walk in, the ordering kiosk is right there, which created a weird line that was blocking the entrance/exit. I had plenty of time to look over the menu as the line took awhile even though there were only three people ahead of me. I really don't like this option as there were lots of employees back there who could've easily helped new customers who do not know the menu like myself. I went ahead and just chose off their top 5 list. I wish some of the items had descriptions because some were not self explanatory like other drinks were. I was in the mood for something more coffee forward and not so much fruity. I went with the Dirty Boba which was absolutely not coffee forward. That is my own fault as later I did see there was a dirty coffee latte option. The employee called my name, left it on the counter and bounced. Literally no human interaction. I took a few pics and took my first sip in the car. This drink is sweet even with regular sweetness level. The drink tasted like a slightly sweet milk drink. The boba was fresh and had a nice bite to it. This particular drink was just ok to me. My sweet tooth was definitely satisfied. Overall, Feng Cha was alright. I think with more research on my drink order, I might find something that suits my taste buds. I will give them another chance if in the area or next to any of their many locations.

I ordered the purple reign, and it was pretty good. I will say that it doesn't look like the pictures exactly. The only thing that I had a complaint about is the boba. It didn't taste sweetened. What I did like about this place is how they have kiosks to order, and how you can see the descriptions of each drink. I'm not sure if I would return, probably if I was in the area.

Very clean and busy boba place. They have self-service kiosk which is great. Staff were nice and helpful. The boba store has ample seating for small and big groups. There is a bookshelf, and games for everyone which is a nice touch. I had the Strawberry Overload drink, and the Strawberry Princess Cake. The drink was lackluster because the strawberry syrup tasted too artificial. I couldn't finish the drink. Maybe other drinks would taste better. The cake was soft but lacked flavor on its own. With the additional topping of cheese foam, it added some flavor to the cake.

Feng Cha is definitely in my top boba shops in the Sugar Land area! They have an interesting selection of drinks, the ever so famous cheese foam, and some refreshing new flavors I don't see in other shops. I opted for a Oreo cheese milk tea which was great. I should have mixed up the cheese foam a little more, but the drink was so yummy. As far as the establishment, I'm not a big fan of their seating as it's a bit uncomfy. However, it works out. There's small and big tables for people to sit at. I do wish the lighting was better. The staff is kind and will help you decide if need be!

We had the strawberry breeze drink, which is blended strawberries, milk, and lychee jelly. This was the most satisfying boba shop experience I've had in a while. The drink at 50% sweet was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend it. The bobaristas are sweet and service was extremely fast. There are plenty of books and games for those needing entertainment, or seats inside for those needing to study.

We ordered the drinks at a kiosk. Very easy to order on the kiosk with zero issues. The only downside to the kiosk is that there's only one and when we went, some people took a lot of time to make up their minds which I understand. Our drinks came out very quick & was very good! They also have board games and a bunch of places to sit. Great place to study

I love feng cha, particularly the crème brûlée dirty bobq..without the boba. This location is clean and quick. Lots of seating as well.

Love this place to study!! I love their matcha latte and matcha breeze ambience is great too. Can get a bit busy on the weekends, but that's expected. Service is always nice and consistent too!

Fengs don't let fengs drive bobadrunk

So thanks to Charlotte, who works at the other location, I found out that it's actually pronounced "Fong Cha", with a hard, fast "O" sound, and so, here's a different Feng Cha rap than those I've come up with before, to demonstrate the correct pronunciation. Let me tell you all about a place named GONG CHA I love it so much that I put it in a SONG CHA If you don't come here, then you drink the WRONG CHA More wanted by the Chinese than control of HONG KONG CHA It's the Boba spot to which Barbi does BELONG CHA And all the boys stare, mouths open, hanging TONGUE CHA Watch her small steps like your Dad watched Neil ARMSTRONG CHA I won't visit the moon til the moon has FENG CHA Students love it more than they love Beer PONG CHA It's so addictive they could put it in a BONG CHA My flagpole makes your bf's look like a little PRONG CHA If you want a bigger thrill then meet me at FENG CHA Each cup has more balls than me playing PING PONG CHA Take tiny sips and attempt to PROLONG CHA Hide in the back like you're in the VIETCONG CHA People will do anything to get more FENG CHA WHAT. What to get: Any of the fruit teas (with black tea), Milk Tea, Dirty Boba, and especially the Sea Salt Milk Foam Cake, or any of the cakes. If they don't have boba?: Let them eat cake. I wrote an anthem about how good the drinks are here, it's called "The Star Feng-led Boba." The drinks here are spectacular and actually taste like tea, which is wonderful and unusual. Anyone who hasn't tried Feng Cha and lives in Greater Houston, hasn't tried the best drinks in these parts yet, and that's saying something because Houston has an insane amount of Boba and some of it is on a par with the better stuff in California and NYC. So good that I get up and dance with Barbi while waiting for my drink, usually we do the Feng Cha-Cha. This has become our fave Boba shop in the world, and we spend an insane amount of time here, mainly at the Chinatown location (same owners and standards) but also here in the SL. I recently rescued their lovely Boba Plush Toy in the middle of an attempted robbery by chasing a kid down and catching him in his sports car as he was pulling away, I basically work security for them now. I wish they served these on planes. I'd be flying the Feng-ly skies a lot more often, if so. The decor is lovely (when it's not being stolen), the plush toys are adorable (when they're not being stolen), service is immaculate, owners are the best I know, all things considered, Feng Cha in Houston is a must try, each location of a franchise is not created equal, and the 2 locations in HTX are the very best you'll ever find thanks to people like owner Yuxin, who created the perfect Boba shops in so many ways. Now for some more rap: If you wanna get drunk, go instead to a GONG BAR If you live nowhere near Katy, this location is too GONG FAR Unless you don't mind a nice ride in your GONG CAR To come and get a Dirty Milk Tea here at GONG CHA If they get all hipster they might serve drinks in a Mason GONG JAR If the sharp end of the straw cuts your face, you'll get a GONG SCAR I like to take slutty picture here, along with my Porn GONG STAR But if you want the best milk teas, come to GONG CHA Barbi loves the fresh lemon black tea, grapefruit, melon drink, we both adore kiwi basil, dragonfruit, and the citrus lord... and the amazing black milk tea (hot or cold) and their Dirty Boba w/creme brulee a lot. The hot milk tea is great too, when it's piping hot. The Purple Reign is good, and the cakes they make here are second to none. If you only get one cake in Texas, this is the one I recommend, which is so weird to say since it's a Boba shop, but it's that good. Barbi knows all the best drinks. Her Feng Cha is almost as tasty as her Cha Cha. And if you'd prefer (for whatever reason) to pronounce it "Fung Cha", then here's one for you: Girls really like me cuz I'm very well HUNG CHA Good with the hands and better wit hthe TONGUE CHA I've tried all the boba shops in places far FLUNG CHA And nothing can compare to the drinks at FENG CHA Some people haven't tried it which is why it's UNSUNG CHA Tastes so good that it always gets me SPRUNG CHA Perfect aphrodisiac last night before we SWUNG CHA With the girl we met when we were getting drinks at FENG CHA If you're under 21 I'm sorry you're too YOUNG CHA But still come here, it's much better than KUNG or GONG CHA They should put one in North Korea for Kim JONG (UN) CHA Come and get the best tea in Texas as FENG CHA WHAT

Feng Cha in Sugarland is a clean teahouse. I ordered dirty Boba and seasalt pearl cake to eat. Let me tell you, I loved them both!! I am a sucker for cheese foam and this was delectable. I will definitely come again and will try the tiramisu cake!

However, I do notice a handful of reviews complaining that their drinks tasted watered down. I can see their point. Typically I have to get drinks at ShareTea at 80% sweetness. The drinks I got here were mildly flavored, which i guess is fine if you're not wanting something super sugary. I don't like herbal teas either, so i don't like my drink to be bitter or tea-like.
