I just purchased the vermicelli bowl with chicken and beef. While waiting to pay I opened and look at the food. It didn't look fresh but I ask the guy and he assured me it was. Once I returned home and taste it, it was definitely stale. The chicken was hard and the beef was slimy with a weird smell. A Word of caution don't eat there!

They're super sweet, food was good, & ambience was chill. Will definitely pop back in.

My co-worker and I dined today for lunch. She had soup and chicken spring rolls and I had the tofu spring rolls. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant and the two ladies behind the register were arguing the entire time. Lol, other than that the food was awesome as usual.

My favorite pho restaurant! The beef broth is wonderfully balanced in flavor, richness, and viscosity., served at the right temperature and everything. I always order my pho tai with the meat on the side and they lovingly accomadate me every time. The whole place is very relaxed and comfy with eclectic decor. The customer service is always awesome, even when ordering for pick up they go out of their way to make the customer happy. The portions are excellent, and the ingredients are always fresh (the garnishes served with pho are fresh veggies and herbs. Also if you order pho tai like I do with the meat on the side, there is no denying the perfect rich red color of the beef.) I can't say enough about how much I love the pho tai at this restaurant, they slice the meat SO thinly it's unbelievable. A bonus treat is the tofu spring rolls. The tofu cut small enough that when fried theres a nice crisp outside with just enough springy soft tofu goodness inside. Another appetizer, the Tastea Fries have become a favorite of my VERY picky daughter, they have a good spicy kick to them but not overly so, and she'll eat almost a whole order to herself. A little back story about my history with pho; I have been eating pho since I was a little girl back in SoCal. There was actually a really awesome pho restaurant right next to my high school that was owned by a married couple who were Vietnamese immigrants who moved to the USA to raise their children. They were the sweetest people, and their pho was absolutely perfect in every aspect, their broth recipe one passed down through the family for ages. When I moved to Rosenberg, I was thrilled to find a large assortment of authentic Asian cuisine because in San Antonio, it was hard to find. I went to MANY different pho restaurants looking for something as close as possible to what I had growing up. Tastea honestly is the closest I've found in over 10 years of living in Texas.

All very tasting. We defenily coming back. I loved the fries with beef. And the egg rolls were sooo crunchy. The fried rice with shrimp was the first that have a very nice size shrimp on it. Seasoned separate.

I came here again on Sunday. The bbq pork rice plate (5/5) - the meat was char like how I want and the fish sauce is delicious. You know a place have good Vietnamese food if they get their fish sauce right! Thai green tea (5/5) - strong, creamy and not watery down like other places Egg rolls (5/5) Spring roll (5/5) Overall, another good experience.

Quaint little place out on Rosenberg. Guys were super duper sweet and the food was very good. We did not have high expectations as it was way out, practically middle of nowhere. But it was a huge pleasant surprise when our sandwiches arrived and they were delicious! We ordered banh mi, goi cuon, milk tea, and season fries. My kiddos loved the fries so much we had to order a second round! If you are in the area and need a quick Vietnamese food kick stop in here!

Located incognito within a shopping strip in Rosenberg. Easy to miss but the flavors aren't. The decor is super cute and welcoming with white countered tables, assortment of greenery, and different level seating options! The flavor of the Pho broth is GOOD!!!! That's what makes it or breaks it for me!

Came by for their grand opening; this time I tried out other options on the menu. I can confirm this time that they do allow sugar adjustment levels, which is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to counteract their drinks' tendency to be over sweetened. This time I tried the following foods/drinks: Rice Bowl with pork (3.5/5): Pork could be a bit more charred. I wish the pork pieces were less leaner and contain some fat content, but nevertheless, I like the flavor of the pork and the fish sauce. The rice felt gummy in texture and didn't retain that broken rice quality. I might be a little too hard on this dish, but I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients though, which is a plus Red Bean Smoothie (4.5/5): Very surprised by how enjoyable this drink was. Expected red bean topping underneath the drink, but it is instead transformed as a smoothie, which I thought was yummy! Ideal for red bean fanatics!! Fries (4/5): crispy outside, not pasty or gummy inside, and golden brown coloration. All these qualities constitute great French fries and Tastea makes them pretty well. Black milk tea (3/5): a little too much milk in my opinion. Couldn't taste the presence of tea. FYI: I realized after talking to the manager that the potted Milk Tea should not be mixed together and, instead, should remain separate between the tea, sea foam, Oreo, and mint. Don't make the same mistake as me or you'll be stuck drinking an "Oreo milkshake!"

The bar is actually really cool because the countertop is full of coins from one end all the way to the other! Haven't seen anything like it before so that was pretty neat. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich- as you can see from the picture, he enjoyed every bite! I ordered the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon. The chicken was thick and juicy, just how we like it, and the powdered sugar with strawberries on top really held that nice, sweet and savory fix I needed! Next time we come, I'll have to try the dessert and Bloody Mary!

Our friend had a burger and said it was very good. I drank beer, which was cold and our server kept them coming which was great! Would go back for the fish and chips! We then went especially on a Wednesday to have the Chicken Pot Pie special. It was served in a bowl type (very large mug) with a big croissant type bread sitting on top. Have never seen it this way so we were kinda surprised. It was not terrible but won't order it again. It came wth a very large side salad. Also ordered a cup of the potato soup. It was very runny and unfortunately not a potato to be found. Also would not order again. Their daily specials seem to be a good deal. Their menu has quite a selection as well. Definitely want to try their breakfast!

Second time, we received our drink watered down AGAIN and this time asked nicely for a change in drinks (Açaí and a Frap) they were kind enough to do this and it was still not made correctly but took our second L. My husband picked me up a Iced macchiato and it was disgusting but the effort and thought was appreciated. Fourth time today realized just by the look our drink was watered down until I realized the curdling at the top was obviously unsafe for consumption. This was brought to the employees attention and it wasn't taken very seriously, there was an excuse regarding machine "might" be a bit wonky or it wasn't shaken properly although the drink itself is not even shakthey are really kind employees and they did offer to remake the drink but some serious changes need to be made. It's clear based on other reviews that it confirmed my experience of drinks being watered down. Please be careful it's not only the drink experience but now safety issue from consumption- this was my husbands holiday drink he was simply going to drink due to the price of an expensive drink- he didn't know any better and it's not worth it!

Hadn't been there in a while because of the food! But they posted a new cook in the kitchen so thought we try it out! My wife and I were hoping for the best, but it didn't happen! My wife ordered a sugar free lemonade, my aunt and I ordered a lime malt shake, my cousin ordered a chocolate banana shake and his wife ordered the strawberry banana shake! Well the lime malt shake really had no lime flavor. All you tasted was the malt! Everyone else drinks were good! Then we ordered our lunches! My wife ordered chicken fingers and sweet potato fries! My cousin and his wife Ora club sandwich on rye and was told the only have white or wheat for the order! The wanted to split the sandwich and chips in half to share and they did! My aunt ordered the 2 chili hot dogs with fries. I ordered the patty melt with fries! Well my wife chicken tenders were good but the sweet potatoes were barely warm! Strike One! My cousin and his wife got the Club with chips and 2 baskets so the could share! But the Club wasn't a traditional club it was just a 2 slice wheat bread sandwich! No 3rd slice of bread in between! Second Strike! My Aunt 2 coney dogs were good and also the fries were good! A Ball! I got my patty melt on marble rye, a hamburger patty that was very dry! Not many grilled onions on the first half of the sandwich and cheese on it(why) but no Thousand Island Dressing! So I ask why there was no Thousand Island's Dressing and was told they don't put that on their Patty melts! Strike Three! Very disappointed and a little embarrassed with the food and the choice of going there! Needless to say we won't recommend this place and be coming back here again!
