I ordered take out and the amount of eye round steak was very small. I got like 5 small slices. Everything else i got a good amount of like noodles and veggies was perfect. The service was attentive and quick. I had beef vermicelli and the hubs had shrimp pho. We shared spring rolls. With my vermicelli I also received an egg roll and a shrimp sugarcane roll (maybe not called a roll but anyhow...). The beef was super flavorful and tender. Really good flavor. I did need to use some of my husbands broth because the noodles have zero sauce on them at all. I guess I was expecting something on them so they weren't just a clump of noodles. That being said, with a little broth they were really nice. I definitely prefer the spring rolls to the egg roll. The spring rolls are crunchy and flavorful but the egg roll lacked a crunchiness and felt a little mushy inside. The shrimp sugarcane thing was ok. Probably an acquired taste. The vegetables in my vermicelli bowl were super fresh and crunchy. Overall I really liked the beef vermicelli bowl...with a bit of broth. It was light and satisfying. The shrimp pho was good. The shrimp were nice and big and nicely cooked. I had hot tea, as well. It was fresh and hit the spot. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal. If you're in Rosenberg, give them a try. I don't want to forget this place. I want to remember it. So when I'm in Rosenberg again for a convention my wife and I can go eat here. We went late evening on a Saturday, after 5pm. There was only one other couple eating there when we arrived. After a while we were the only customers. But the food was so very good. The green walls (green is my fav color) inside the restaurant are beautiful. The macaroons they sell are also delicious. Our first time here and let me tell you, do not be discouraged by the outside appearance. This place was really good and very good service. The lady was very welcoming and glad to serve us. My daughter and I ordered the summer rolls appetizer and tasted fresh and good. We had the chicken noodle pho and the beef round eye and meatball pho. Both tasted delicious. Wonderful! Didn't know this place existed as it looks like a hole in the wall place. But inside is very nice, rather large restaurant with nice tables & some booths. Great decor. Family got all kinds of different pho, I got the pork sandwich. We also got 2 orders of spring rolls. Not too expensive, lots of food. Definitely will return. They don't rush you, either. I love to discover little places like this that I really didn't discover (it's apparently been around forever and it's actually quite spacious). However with all that being said you really wouldn't expect Rosenberg TX to be the location of a great Pho restaurant however it is and Country Pho is it. The location in a strip center is unassuming however the efficiency of the service the flavor and ingredients of the Pho and the versatility of the menu beyond Pho make it well worth the stop if you find yourself in the neighborhood...oh and I might add...the reasonable prices given the quality of the food makes it even more of an excellent proposition. I had Pho Dac Biet and found the broth rich with flavor and the ingredients plentiful and in ample variety sufficient to satisfy any palate. In addition, the Jalapeño's were fresh, crisp and spicy along with the bean sprouts and greens. If you enjoy Pho do not hesitate to stop here. It is well worth the experience. read more

Been here twice this week . It's a good place to go for this area obviously not the best in surrounding houston areas but since I work out here it will do. The smoothie is good but I think they should invest in a higher grade blender to make the ice a bit smoother. I got a V36. The first time I went they didn't give me all my sauces but the second time they did. My main complaint is both times my beef seemed over cooked . Very dry . Still flavorful but not the best texture. The fried egg rolls have been good both times. I tried calling before I came to order and just leave but no one ever picked up, it does take about 10-15 minutes for your food to be ready so just be prepared if you can't get them on the phone. This is my go to Vietnamese place in Rosenberg. I've eaten here a number of times now and have never been disappointed. I never eat here without starting with an order of the Vietnamese Spring Rolls. The rolls ate nice and crisp and come with a light mildly sweet dipping sauce that is blissful. I love the Banh Mi (pork, chicken, and beef are all good). One of the things that make this a great Banh Mi is that it's not too dry. The meats are moist and flavorful and the vegetable crispy and fresh. Of course you can't forget the perfectly crusty baguette, delicious! Another one of my must tries is the Chicken Fried Rice. It has a great flavor and is not too oily like some other fried rice dishes I've had.
