Love the broth (no doctoring needed), noodles were perfect, size was on point, and the eye of round was like the perfect thinness and all quality pieces. I also liked that the broth was piping hot when I got it so I didn't have to drive five mins home just to have to microwave it. It comes with two, however, they were considerably disproportionate between the two one was smaller than the other and it was $4.99. My husband ordered the PHO, and serving size was decent. ordered some banh mi's and egg rolls here through uber eats since we live close by and giving this place 3/5 for banh mi's. the bread was fresh and chewy but the lack of meat the put in the banh mi is a bit absurd. The mayo has no flavor as well... the only thing that made this banh mi was the spicy jalepeno and chewy and crispy bread. my husband got the beef banh mi and he said the beef was good - 3/5. the eggrolls were extremely average.. 2/5, no flavor. probably wouldn't order a banh mi or egg rolls from here again. this place might have good ratings due to the pho but we didn't get that this time around. read more

I always eat at this place and never have complaints. Today I had two brisket pho's and immediately I noticed the taste was off. I tried to eat it but it kept getting worst. I tried letting the waiter know. Nothing was done for me at all they didn't even offer to remove the items I didn't eat off my bill. I won't be back because that was not good customer service. We came here for lunch on a Sunday and there were a few other parties there. Parking was easy right in front in the shared strip mall lot. We picked what table we wanted to sit at and looked over the menu, which was all in english. It was easy to understand and I loved that there was a kids section with pho sized just for them. We for them both the kids pho and was able to request no veggies or onions. The food came out in a fair amount of time and my pho tai was pretty good. I got the large and thought it would be a bit bigger, but for the price, was a good size. The broth was a bit oily and flavorful. We have been loyal patrons for several years. Their beef banh mi sandwiches were the absolute best. A few days ago I placed a pick up order for two beef banh mi sandwiches with two orders of spring rolls. I brought the food home and the spring rolls were great, but the beef banh mi sandwiches have changed in a terrible way. The old version had lean sliced beef that was delicious and tender with a slight smoky flavor. The new version is made with some sort of garbage beef with lots of gristle in a disgusting tasting sauce. I ate about 1/4 of the sandwich and tossed it in the trash. When my husband got home, he couldn't eat his sandwich either. I have been to several Vietnamese restaurants and have never been served a beef banh mi with a sugary tomato like sauce. Yuck!! I don't know if this restaurant has changed owners and/or management. Maybe you're trying to cut costs or get more profit. I can tell you this: as long time patrons we will not be back. There's a good Vietnamese restaurant on the US 59 feeder road in front of Kroger that we will start going back to. The main reason we went to Pho Huynh is because it was easier to get to. I hope this message gets out to the owners of Pho Huynh. You need to make some changes because the quality of your food now leaves a lot to be desired. read more

We decided to try out this place since we were visiting friends in the neighborhood. There were 3 tables on a Sat around 1:30 pm. We were seated immediately but wasn't given a menu until 5 minutes later. There were 2 waitstaffs: 1 man and 1 girl with glasses. Tables are spaced out and staffs wore masks (the waitress had her mask under the nose so it wasn't effective!) We were told we can order as many items as we like on the soup. So we ordered a large bowl of pho with beef broth, marbled brisket, steak round, tendon, meatballs and tofu. There was a $2.5 upcharge if ordered shrimp. We also had the grilled pork vermicelli bowl. Broth tasted good but a tad too salty for me. Good amount of noodles and meats were good. Grilled pork was well seasoned and only wished they had more veggies like cucumbers other than sprouts. Good portion size. Large pho was $9.95 and grilled pork vermicelli was $8.95. The waitstaffs came and checked on us twice. We asked to refill water but that never happened. We were presented with the check where there was a $1 upcharge for tofu where it wasn't state9d on the menu. We asked the waiter and he said he didn't know why but decided to take it off. I find that strange and unethical. Sometimes, folks don't check their bill when paying and the restaurant can overcharge this $1. It's not going to kill us if we pay but then why should we? The charge wasn't stated on the menu and it looked like the system decided to tag that extra line item on the bill. Anyhow, please check your bill when checking out as you never know what other charges might be added on. read more

Personally, I love this dish at Vietnamese restaurants but they always devein it. This location doesn't and I couldn't eat the rest of my dish. So, I took my husbands bowl; brisket pho. The pho is always hands down delicious here. A bit expensive but then again majority of places now are increasing in cost. So it's not their fault. Still amazing! Since my last review a year ago, they have since expanded their menu! They have more appetizers, zucchini noodles in place of rice noodles and they now offer rice dishes! For our visit today, we both got pho, Vietnamese wings and a pork rice dish. The Vietnamese wings were glazed in a sticky, garlicky, fish saucey, cayenne pepper goodness!
