I know traditionally vietnamese rice plates aren't huge, but this was sad... if the plates are going to be this size, throw in a small eggroll and a fried egg option. I was hoping for a good banh mi as I've had in the past from this place but that wasn't the case. I added wings and a boba Thai tea to the mix. Let's rip into the sandwich. Normally the bread is slightly warm and egg yolk isn't cooked all the way through so it can run through the sandwich. What the heck happened to this place!? Did the owner change? The sandwich was cold. The egg was overdone. The wings were called Vietnamese wings. I expected a fish sauce of some sort but they smelled like rotten fish and 5 wings for $5.99. The crisp was just right but wish the flavor wasn't lacking. These are so close to being perfect but I guess to each there own. Boba Thai tea. The name says it all or doesn't in this case. Thai tea was average nothing spectacular and the tea was brewed just right. The boba however wasn't boba, it was jelly. What a freaking disappointment! Don't say you sell boba if you don't.
