I wish I would have looked here before I ordered in from this place. I love Vietnamese food and I was sorely disappointed by everything I ordered. The rangoons were lacking flavor, very bland, same with my very favorite thing, the Vietnamese fried spring rolls, though I was pleasantly surprised that they were actually wrapped in rice paper and not lumpia rolls. Then there was the Asian frank hot chicken, burning, bland, not Asian tasting at all (should've known by the "frank" but it said a spicy orange sauce - the orange was undetectable), though the broccoli was cooked to perfection, the chicken was well over done. I can't speak to the locations atmosphere, but given the lack of flavor, I wouldn't bother going to check it out. Sad considering how many great Asian restaurants there are in the greater Houston area. This one did not make the list. read more

Great coffee unfortunately the staff is pretty rude and not very friendly. The first time I came I asked for a blended coffee, the lady at the front acted like she had never heard of coffee before and had to go the back to find out what I was requesting, now keep in mind they only sell one type of coffee. I'm not sure it is because I'm back or not but I came another time and purchased a coffee and sat down to eat and they told me that I needed to leave because I had outside food. This is my go to Friday lunch spot, although lately I've been incredibly busy so I've been getting it delivered. I absolutely LOVE the grilled combination vermicelli bowl. I always get extra pork which oh my gosh the grilled pork is soooooo good, and I add on grilled shrimp. This place has really good food. But the cleanliness the last couple times is gross. Our table was not very clean and everything was sticky and even found a few hairs sticking to items at our table. Not to mention the last 2 times you walk in and it smells of cleaning products. When I eat I don't want to smell Fabulosa. Also, both times right outside the restroom/part of the eating area there was a tub of dirty water in the mop bucket. Ain't no way that nasty water was getting anything remotely clean. Also, bathrooms were dirty and one didn't even have toilet paper. Staff is hit or miss on friendliness. Food is always good I just wish they would keep it clean. read more

To be honest this is the worst pho I've ever had. First, they don't provide a plastic bowl for the noodle. So how am I supposed to eat it when I am in work. The answer they gave me was that usually you buy it home and use a bowl from your kitchen. Hahahahah. Who takes a bowl to work? Within in great driving distance from my house, yet today's ( Thursday) experience was not the best. I am curious when did Vietnamese egg rolls started coming with another sauce instead of fish sauce. Also, usually you would get enough lettuce for 4 egg rolls but are that bad off that I only got once slice and a small size to eat with 4 egg rolls. Its discouraging when your paying $5.95 + tax And you purchase two orders. Another thing I want to address is the customer service. I understand one of the workers had limited knowledge pf the English language. However, I believe the person who was in charge could have done a better job problem-solving the situation especially if you are the manager in charge. Horrible dishes! I can nor believe how tasteless and bland the food was . I ordered the lemon chicken. The chicken had to be warned over from the night before. It was rock like. The edges were stiff and hard. The sauce taste somewhat lemony , but if you use fresh ingredients a slice of lemon would prove it. The sauce was sweet not tangy. There were green onions sprinkled on top ; however it also lacked flavor, no seasoning. I also ordered the Vietnamese chicken wings. Lacked seasoning. They should have been marinated in fish sauce and soy sauce. These had not been marinated.There were fried in oil that was not heated properly because they were soaked with cooking oil. One of my favorite places to get boba! I can't believe I've never written a review for this restaurant especially since I've been so many time. Their Thai tea is excellent. The pinacolada smoothie is also another fav. Great balance of coconut and pineapple. I also love their crab cheese wontons. The dipping sauce for them is so good. The portion size is very good and lots of fresh basil, onion, cilantro and sprouts was included. The broth is very flavorful and just the right amount of salty. The beef was good quality as was the all white meat chicken. Everything was packed nicely and separately to build when I got home. I asked for one order to have th cilantro and onions put on the side for the kiddo and there was no issue. The bubble tea was also very good and a great price for the size. I got the special combination bun bowl and omg the portion was HUGE. I ordered over the phone and my order was ready exactly at my pickup time. This means a lot, especially since the bun had spring rolls in it, because if they just made it quickly and had it sitting out, the spring rolls would have been soggy. No soggy spring rolls here!
