Only downside is that parking is challenging with many spots in the tiny lot reserved for other establishments. Many park on the side street or the Keeper's parking lot and walk over. Give it a try - it's very unique. I love the Kenny's Cappuccino in hot or cold weather!

The employee was welcoming and friendly while I made my final order decision. I got the matcha latte with oat milk (vanilla syrup is used) & jalapeño sausage & cheese kolache. My friend got a Texas latte & sausage breakfast sandwich. My friend said the latte was energizing & the sandwich was perfectly filling. My matcha latte was little too sweet and creamy for me so I'll probably just need to make little adjustments for my preference next time like almond milk and less syrup. The kolache was a very good serving size and only wish I had a stronger jalapeño taste. We definitely need to come back for another visit soon!

There is a variety of coffee types to try a you can order beans, merch, and other coffee items to the right when you walk in. There's also a space in the back with machinery where they most likely do much of the coffee prep work and R&D. The order counter is simplistic, clean, and almost futuristic in vibe. There is plenty of indoor seating, but there were a bunch of people dining in and it made me feel a bit claustrophobic with most tables full, a bit of a line, and people waiting on their order. It's not a huge space, and I wish I could have seen it more empty an chill. Either way it's probably a great place to study or have a meet up with a friend or two You can order pretty much any classic coffee drink or some of their signature offerings. For coffee lovers you will find a variety of beans and options to order from the Brew Bar menu. They have hot, iced, sweet, and coffee-forward drinks. There's also plenty of pastries or bites you can order. There are small menus at the front of the line and no big menu at or behind the register. Their website doesn't provide an easy way of locating their menu so I had to wait until I was towards the front of the line to get a menu, and that is a pet peeve of mine, because then I feel rushed to order The staff were fine. Not overly friendly or pleasant. I would say everyone was professional and focused. I will say I only ordered a flat white and it took longer (probably twice as long or more) than any other coffee spot I've been to. While that would irk me slightly as I was in a rush, I'm torn on this place because it truly was some of the best coffee I've ever had. Their portions aren't very big, but the flavor will satisfy your tastebuds Some tips: See if you can grab a little menu from the front to bring with you to the back of the line. Again, I only tried the flat white, and I'm a huge flat white fan... this is probably my favorite one in the Houston area Cheers!!

We had a disappointing experience at L'Amour Du Cafe. Upon walking in, no one greeted us, and the server was in the back for a while before finally coming out--despite the restaurant being completely empty on a Sunday afternoon. The food was far from impressive. The club sandwich was more like a chicken salad sandwich, and the mozzarella sticks were served with ketchup, which was odd. The samosas tasted like the frozen ones I buy at the grocery store, and while the strawberry slushie was okay, they charged us $1.98 for bottled water after we asked for plain water. Throughout our visit, we only saw one other group, and they left shortly after looking at the menu (which you can only access by scanning a bar code). Overall, the whole experience was sad and not worth it. Avoid if possible. read more

The takoyaki was also pretty yummy and something I don't usually try. I got the peach honey oolong tea with popping lychee boba. I thought it was a little bit too sweet but that's partly my fault for not asking to customize it. I feel like my drink was good but nothing super special or unique. Overall, I really liked this place and I can see why people come in and just order the broth to go. Make your own noodles or dumplings at home and make it more filling. The broth is what shines here but it can be pricey if you're trying to get a whole meal in and not spend too much. I would end up buying a banh mi AND a soup AND a drink and spend like $25. The fish-to-rice ratio is about 1:1.25 on the nigiri which is a little too much rice imo, but like I mentioned there is still a good amount of fish. If you really don't want rice at all I highly recommend going with the dinner menu instead (which also of course has a ton of other great options), but I believe you can ask for less rice (or that might just be for the rolls, don't quote me on that). The ambiance is very clean and cozy. They play a lot of good music as well and it's not loud at all. Service was not too slow and not too fast which gave a good amount of time to enjoy bites between orders. They also do loyalty reward points so you can earn a free meal! Just remember to mention or ask about the program BEFORE you pay, this is crucial or else you don't earn anything on the visit and they can't void the transaction!! I'll be back as usual and recommending this place to those who love sushi as much as I do. This is honestly such a hidden gem and probably one of the only good AYCE places in the southwest Houston area (like deeper southwest past Sugar Land).
