Unexpectedly large selection and decent parking options although they may have been better today because of the chance of rain. Drinks were very good and the service was quick. Prices are a bit steep.
I hadn't been here in a while, but I think the Popeye drink has a different recipe. It used to be my favorite and my go-to choice, but I don't think i'll be ordering this again. It used to be creamy and had a slightly nutty flavor. I know I am not confusing this drink for another drink as the Popeye is the only smoothie i've ever tried at Bebidas. Today my smoothie was too thin and overly citrusy flavored. The flavor was completely different. I am not sure when this change happened, but i'm disappointed they kept the same name for what feels like a completely different drink. I paid almost $11 for this smoothie and it was not what I was expecting. update: found current recipe for Popeye on Bebidas website listed as: spinach. mango. pineapple. greek yogurt. spirulina. orange juice. previous recipe (as seen on yelp pictures provided by Yelp community): spinach, mango. strawberry. whey protein. spirulina. almond milk. lime. which shows that the recipe was changed. I am not sure why they kept the same name for a different recipe.

Shredded kale, roasted sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, queso fresco, avocado and a seed mix. Add chopped chicken for extra protein. Love the miso salad dressing to pull the delicious and fresh tastes together. Sit inside or take a seat on a picnic table if the weather is nice. Limited parking or street parking is available. Sign up for the Adair Extras for special treats. Birthday bonus. Each 100 points gets a $5 reward.
Ordered the breakfast sandwich as usual and was given 1/4 of a slice of bacon. Showed it to the hostess and asked if I could please have some more bacon as it usually comes. She went to her manager and her response was "it only comes with one slice of bacon" and I would have to pay for more. Could have been easily avoided if the manager had come out to see that there was legitimately no bacon on this sandwich. And it's $8.50. Sadly ruins a good outdoor patio.
I recently had a coffee protein smoothie at another coffee shop and they were closed on Labor Day.. so I decided to see who had a smoothie closest to the one I am currently obsessed with. My friend and I found Bebidas and were pumped to try it. It's a little further from our house, but we were happy to go and give it a try. Service was quick, pricing is similar/decent and the smoothie was yummy. I do prefer the other smoothie from a different coffee shop as they used real peanut butter versus almond butter, but it hit the spot! Parking was kinda annoying, but they did have outdoor seating and good music. Saw lots of dogs outside which was a lovely vibe.
Really loved my first Bebidas visit! The ambiance and decorations are so nice, and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to choose from. It has an outdoor space with tables and chairs scattered across the grassy grounds. A great place to catch up with friends, go on a date, read, or get some work done. The staff is also quick and friendly. I ordered the Chicken Taco and was pleasantly surprised at the portion size. The whole thing was $6, and it included the taco and a good amount of tortilla chips. The taco was pretty good, and I especially enjoyed the blue corn tortilla--it was not fully hard, but not a soft tortilla either. I also ordered The Dude smoothie. I had originally intended to get coffee, but when I saw that this smoothie had cold brew in it, I was all in. It was super yummy; it tasted strongly of bananas and chocolate. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by Bebidas! I look forward to coming back.
I drive by Bebidas all the time but never stopped in until my friend suggested we go after a run at Memorial. We stopped in on a Wed morning around 7:40am and there was parking out front and some in the back as well. It's centrally located so it's not hard to miss when driving by. There was one other patron there so there wasn't a long wait. Looking at the menu, I did think it was expensive but everything today is. I got a juice ($10) and avocado toast ($8) on gluten free bread. My order was ready and when I saw the avocado toast, I was FLOORED. A piece of bread, with 7 slices of avocado for $8 is bananas!!!!!! Not in this recession. Safe to say, I won't be back. It also tasted like cardboard.

As someone who lives in the river oaks area I drive by bebidas all the time and I always think I should go in. Me and my friend on a Saturday around 11-12 decided to go to bebidas. First thing to note the parking lot is very small so if you come probably during the weekends be careful about where you park. I parked near the business buildings but seemed like they wouldn't tow us on the weekends. We went in and I decided to get avacado toast. We sat outside, this place has a bunch of outdoor seating and some indoor seating too. I was surprised what I paid for was one toast with maybe two toppings. It was hoping for more food than that but it was decent. Wish it was flavored more and it was larger in size. I do wanna go back and try their drinks.

They have an all-day menu if you're ready to start lunch earlier like us. We had the chicken sandwich and I really liked the pretzel bread on it. Chips with quac were crispy and the breakfast taco affordably priced at $3.50. It wasn't too big or small and comes with a side of salsa. I think they fried the shell like jack in the box does. We live really really close, but have never been until today coming back from the farmers market. Will have to come back more frequently in the future.
In yet another installment of my incredibly bias opinion- I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem, but I have the WORST luck sourcing quaint coffee spots with healthy snacks AND study/work space without the distraction of a million pastries. I can name only a handful, but Bebidas wins my vote in River Oaks hands down. While the parking & interior are intimate, the outdoor seating is where it's at. While there aren't a ton of outlets for electronic charging, the floor to ceiling windows and relatively quiet company will encourage you to stay awhile. They offer a solid menu of small bites, breakfast, & lunch items,and , the roasted corn and avo salad is pretty dang good (and deceptive huge). Plus, if you're easily distracted by sweets (ie moi), they only have a handful, you'll only need to avoid one small display case. Anyways, the vibes are friendly and light. The restrooms are neutral, and it's easy to leave with a tasty serving of greens and your daily dose of Vitamin D! It's a yes from me dawg!
Sharing one of my favorite secret study spots haha. This place is petite, so seating can be hard to find during peak hours but it's super cute! They have amazing healthy smoothies, juices, coffee, and food. We came here for a casual designing/reading time. There's lots of big open windows for natural lighting and outdoor seating as well. My bf had the Pantera Rosa juice, which has pineapple, strawberry, grapefruit, beets, ginger, and lime. This juice was pretty good, and it definitely makes you feel like you just drank a healthy detoxing juice. I had The Nino smoothie, which has blueberries, strawberries, banana, peanut butter, honey, flax, and almond milk. The peanut butter really made it thick and nutty in contrast to the berry flavor. It was pretty filling and one of my favorite smoothies for sure!

I thought to try a light lunch with a wrap. I was very wrong. This wrap is a monster and could be someone's daily meal. Very large and tasteful. It is counter service and not busy I was served in a few minutes and did not finish! I've had their breakfast tacos and all good as well. Luckily I can just walk to eat there! read more

Finally, gave this place a try since I live close by. The parking lot is small but my husband and I walked there to get some steps in We had a vegetable taco, smoothie and fajita bowl. Everything was really good. They have indoor/outdoor seating with a self serve water station. Definitely will be back. read more

I have been here a couple of times (here right now, actually ), and I enjoy the vibe and the service. TLDR: if the weather is nice and you want a nice chill place to sit outside and hang come here for quick bites or just drinks Tip: get on their reward program! First, sign up; you get a $5 gift card as well. Pros: - excellent service (very friendly staff) - outdoor sitting is an excellent vibe - fast WiFi holy cow 171mBps download 23 Mbps upload (and none of that two-hour limit WiFi stuff that some of the cafes pull... hate going to those places ) Cons: - a bit on the expensive side, but it is correct in river oaks - I don't love that I can't order an iced coffee. it has to be cold brew with ice in it which means I get a lot less coffee (since ice takes up volume and water expands when it's solid - but that's probs good for me to drink less coffee, lol ), and it's more expensive than regular coffee read more

Vibe- This is a cute cafe where you can get juice, smoothies, coffee, and some bites to eat. There's about 7-8 tables inside and there's plenty of seating outside. The bright pink chairs outside were my favorite! Customer service- Good! Food/drinks- I got a hot matcha latte with oatmilk and vanilla to drink. I got tacos with black beans, potatoes, and salsa to eat. The matcha was soooo good, the tacos were pretty average; I'd order something else if I visit again. Finally tried Bebidas for the first time after driving past hundreds of times. So glad I did! I stopped in at lunch on a beautiful day, so I enjoyed dining on the patio. Ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich (on a pretzel bun) with side of fruit and a sugar free caramel Latte. The service was excellent. My absolute fav was the Chicken Salad sandwich. The pretzel bun was soft with a light crisp and the chicken salad was unlike anything I've ever had - it was unique and perfectly tasty. The portions of everything seemed small for the price but the flavor, freshness, nutrients, environment & service well made up for it. I truly want to return here many times over to try everything else in the menu. This place seems like a great little spot to catch up with an old friend on a beautiful day. I came here with a coworker on a Friday afternoon and it was so relaxing and beautiful. They have rocking chairs and benches so you can sit outside but still I'm the shade of their trees. Their chocolate croissant tasted very fresh and sweet. AMAZING! My green smoothie (MasterMix) on the other hand tasted good but the texture was similar to a powder. It did not have the texture of a typical spinach/ spirulina smoothie. We also got a sample of their coconut tea. However, smelled more like coconut than it tasted. The taste of coconut was very mild. My coworker loved her rose tea. It came in an adorable French strainer. The tea tasted very fresh and none of the tea particles passed through the strainer. I think the vibe and location are pretty dope for this place. Nice outdoor seating which I'm assuming you may have a hard time sutilizó y during the rainy season here in Houston but on a nice day it's shady and chill. I was not super impressed with the quality and selection of the food. I think thought the smoothies were pretty good. The croissant could use a bit of work it had a kind of artificial taste to the coconut filling that you don't usually get at the smaller bakeries which surprised me. The staff was very kind and actually made the experience well worth it. I think the vibe and staff are definitely 5-stars but I would save a bit of money for a regular coffee and pastry at Starbucks or something. read more

This is kind of a four star review for them but some things kind of hold them back in my Reserve. Not too much, I could add that other people have not mentioned except the negatives are pointed out as the guy at the front counter was pretty much monotone, do you remember the guy with the Clear Eyes commercial? Red eyes, dry eyes? Yes that guy I'd swear that was the mood set or maybe somebody that was speaking at a funeral. It's okay it was Sunday so I probably wouldn't want to be here either. The prices are pretty high compared to what I'm used to. But a few dollars isn't going to kill one. A positive I would definitely like to point out, there is a nice comfortable patio that you could car watch that is right off of Westheimer and I believe is dog friendly since there is a sign asking you to clean up after your dog. The other positive. It has a nice little interior but if you plan on coming here with about 15 people, you can forget it. It only has room for about 18 people. This place gets pretty loud when there are a bunch of people in here but catch them during a slow time and you feel like in the another world off of a city grid. This is one of those places possibly worth a try if you're in the area, parking is hell when it gets busy though. Someone mentioned something about the restroom being deplorable. i absolutely love this cafe. the patio is perfect on a good weather day. there's lots of shade and a good amount of tables. the inside is small, but nice and cozy. i had the la playa smoothie and it was so yummy and not too sweet. i also had the brown rice bowl with chicken salad and it definitely exceeded my expectations. i am now in a chicken salad phase because of it. like i literally can't stop eating chicken salad haha. it was so good. i'm already thinking about recreating the bowl at home. the service was also nice! i almost ordered the beet juice and she offered for me to try it first, since a lot of people say it's bitter. i thought that was really sweet of her because she didn't have to do that. the beet juice was bitter, but it was still good! just not what i was looking for in the moment. i will definitely back because i really enjoyed the ambiance! i will say the only downside is the parking lot because it's really small. read more

I have always passed this place up and didn't get a chance to try it until a friend of mine brought me here and I absolutely loved it! Great little "hole in the wall" place, which is not what you think as it is such a quaint little place. The staff is very friendly. We ordered the BROWN RICE BOWL, which at first glance seemed ok but once I took my first spoonful, I knew right away that it was going to be a great meal. Can't wait to come back! read more
