My usual order is the Golden Retriever, which is their Classic Pearl Milk Tea loaded with coffee jelly, pudding, and lychee--great if you like extra toppings. For the most part, service and drink quality are consistent, but there are times when they're understaffed, leading to longer waits or drinks tasting a bit different than usual. One area that could use improvement is the rewards system. Other tea shops nearby have their own mobile apps with better incentives, while the Cash App rewards here aren't always consistent. I'd also love to see the red bean topping come back--it was easily their best topping.

For a boba shop they should have kept their old food menu- not make it into a boba shop with what's more like an Americanized fried chicken. It's the oddest combination.
