I ordered fried rice paper with mango, but was quite disappointed. The fried rice paper was burnt and hard, not tasty. The mango was not fresh, dry and tasteless. I also had to wait quite a while even though the restaurant was not too crowded. I hope the restaurant improves the way it prepares and serves the food so that it is more worthy of the price and waiting time.

Nice little boba tea shop that took over another tea shop so the decor is very similar and the AC still needs work. Staff is nice, drinks are great. Can't wait to go back.

The staffs were super friendly and provided quick services. The drinks were sealed and with the cap on, very professional and safe to carry out. They have plenty of options to choose with affordable prices. Most drinks are around $5-6, including toppings. The store is clean and well decorated; however, it doesn't have much space to sit inside. A little bit noisy which I don't like. That's why I took one star out. Besides that, everything is good. Will be back!

(Name/location) ULike Tea Bellaire Westbound after Kirkwood behind Boba Island (Atmosphere/decor) Cute quaint place There's modern pop/ Top40 music outside where you can sip and enjoy the outside, and classical Asian music inside. (The menu/dishes) Lots of options for you to choose from. Only one size available for all beverages. (The ingredients/the prices) The beverage tasted perfect, it had the right amount of sweetness I prefer (50%). There was no tapioca today. That's alright, it's their first day. Everything tastes fresh. Pricing is on par with other shops around town. (The service/the waiters/the owner) They were super helpful when I asked some questions.

The lines move fairly quick so it's not too bad. I like their mango drinks, the coconut mango boom and the cloud mango. Decent size for the price and quality is consistent. This place isn't ideal to study or work. There are no tables, mostly seats. It's also pretty loud and crowded most of the time.

And it turned into a situation where we had to tell the manager that the way to fix it was to just to make the new drink correct and give us the 1st drink because it was more than the drink we initially wanted. The other drinks we got were good and my family didn't complain about their drinks. I think service could be better but I understand they were still probably figuring out their operations. The whole place is concrete, and kept very simple. Even the bathroom door blends into the wall and I wouldn't have known how to go to the restroom had I not seen someone go before me. It's nice and clean inside. Great for groups which is what I typically see on weekends with the line out the door.

But when I'm in town I go out of my way to "eat all the things" to take advantage of being near the Vietnamese community. I decided on trying Tea Top over other -- seemingly indistinguishable boba shops -- simply because this shop participates in the Dining Rewards Program, which allows me to earn airline miles per dollar in addition to my standard credit card points per dollar. I will say, the tea here is very good. They actually sell tea, rather than just sugar water. You can taste it. And for that, I appreciate this place. I tried their Alpine Green Tea with boba. It was good. I came back a second time to try their Wintermelon Alpine Green Milk Tea and thought it was even better! Quality drinks and I can earn additional airline miles per order? I'll be coming back. I also like that their in-store rewards program keys to your credit card so it recognizes your account and you can instantly apply small discounts to future orders every time, or save up your points to get a buck or two off an order when you feel like it.
